Ahmed and all the staff could not do enough for me and my family we was here for 9 nights n i have two disabled children who are autistic n have adhd they also suffer with meltdowns there attitude kidness n understanding was amazing every time They even went out there way so my children could even enjoy the pool area in quieter times n even helped at breakfast time with understanding my speech delayed child n understood him n always got him what he wanted can’t fault this hotel n would highly recommend The smith family in room 529

Wonderful place! Very clean, with fresh flowers. Wonderful food and coffee! Great salad served with the sandwich options. Welcoming staff who are very kind and helpful. A lot of care and thought goes into running this place. Thank you!

Edit 03/11/2023 - This pub has now closed and is boarded up. A good place to eat food.

Went with family for Sunday lunch.Had a most enjoyable meal for the second time ina fortnight.The one child had the pasta and the three adults had the roast beef and trimmings.Food and service of a high standard .We will return.

Stayed here years ago so new of it The room we had was drab and could have done with a paint job the carpet was dirty the bed i was in was broken and squeaked every time i moved Breakfast in the morning was help yourselves but we had to ask another quest my daughter asked for some toast and we waited to see if they were going ask if we wanted cooked breakfast they did ask if we wanted brown or white toast but not do we want a cooked breakfast When we went to hand keys in no one there so handed to a lady i think she was the cleaner Date of visit May2018

We had visited a while ago and was given very poor service, the company offered a voucher. We visited this week, the service was massively different, spoke with the restaurant Manager who was very likeable, had the rainbow salad and chicken skewer from their summer menu which was very tasty, worth a visit.

The iced coffee’s I got here were perfect, I can’t remember their name but the guy that served me was incredibly friendly

Don’t bother this placed was closed at 9am on Tuesday. Only do drive through.

Lovely Sunday lunch, had the beef which was so tender. The presentation was impressive and the service was excellent. Apple crumble was a lovely and the white chocolate cheesecake was to die for. Nice and cosy and dog friendly. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful location, great coffee and an array of homemade cakes. The carrot cake was one of the best I've ever tasted. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Dairy alternative milks available vegan cakes too. The cafe sits right next to the lake where you can sit and watch the variety of bird life and the numerous dragonflies flying around this aptly named cafe. Take a walk around the lakes too such a peaceful area the car park isn't huge but seemed to accommodate visitors well enough. If you're a cyclist a friendly and warm welcome awaits with room to leave bikes safely and enjoy a well deserved coffee. Highly recommend this little oasis.

Driving home and past this place decided to get the family chips for tea. £8.40 for 3 portions of chips to which they were the size of a kids meal. Will not be going again. I felt as I walked in I was interrupting the woman. No smile or a hello aswell :/ Chips were luke warm not sure if they have been reheated or not.

Absolutely awful, took over 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold, overcooked and missing items. Would strongly recommend it is avoided.

Friendly, standard subway fare. Standard prices. Tasty, but Stingy on salad stuff with just 5 kernels of sweetcorn as a "portion" 1/400 of your "5 a day"!! Boss was dishing it out. So he can't blame the staff!

Called in here with my wife, we were staying over the road at the crown plaza hotel, But the prices were high, we were welcomed by a nice man who said he was a manager from head office on day experience, he was very pleasant and helpful, the coffees were good and the food too. Worth a visit on a busy enterprise park
