Delicious will be getting again

Usually very good food but this time there was so much MSG or salt in it we could only eat a third of it.

Whilst the food was pretty good not sure it’s a 4.7 rating personally, the fact I ordered it at 5pm for 6:45pm delivery and it arrived at 5:45pm was really quite frustrating.

Delivered slightly late, but that's not a problem at all. Considering it's Saturday night, that would have been expected. This is the top quality take away. Great food and service.

Rangamati never fail to deliver in both quality and delivery time. We have been using them for a long time and it would take something drastic for us to change now.

Delicious balti and karahi. Also the paratha, but with hindsight I’d have gone for a plain one as there was a good quantity of veg anyway! Had to wait maybe 10 mins after collection time - no big deal, but 4 not 5

Food over seasoned to the point inedible

Second time ordering from here and wont be the last, amazing tasty flavours. Piping hot. Best Indian by far.

Really went the extra mile. There was a mix up with our naans and they came back out twice to rectify. Food was gorgeous too!

Not great reasonable price but quality is poor. Lamb was like rubber, no real flavour to the Karahi. Bombay potato’s tasted a few days old. Sag paneer had very little paneer had to look for it. Onion bhaji was was like it was cooking for about a week. Garlic Nan was stone cold. Overall food wasn’t just about warm. Chicken Jalfrezi was nice good kick to it. And chips we ordered didn’t arrive.

The best tikka massala ive had in 20 years, beautiful flavours and taste, even the wife said it was beautiful and she is hard to please. Top notch.

The curry and rice were nice but the naan was so burnt on 1 side that half of it was inedible. I had to cut the whole side off to eat any of it. It was a shame as the last order was really good.

Fast and friendly service, polite delivery driver, food arrived very quickly and was all hot. Excellent tandoori mixed grill, lamb bhuna and chicken tikka rezela and all good portion sizes. Highly recommended.

Always love Rangamati wouldn’t order from anywhere. Todays order was piping hot like it just it had just come the job amazing. Btw food is always ready never had to heat after 5 years of ordering from these guys.

Not the best Indian we have had from you. Tikka masala was really watery, tandoori chicken very tough, also flat onion bajas? What’s that about? Have had better from you, a little disappointed tonight

Outstanding as always - and the flavour! WOW! A little heat, but not too much and bags of flavour!

Biryani was like tawa pulao. Chicken was under cooked, Butter chicken was super sweet can be named sugar chicken. Balti chicken was okay but not that interesting. I only liked the pilau rice. Their quantity was generous but whats the point when I could not really eat with my heart. Not a good option for Indians.

We like the advance notice that delivery was being delayed and by how many minutes 👍

Food was excellent but the delivery took 2hrs. Second delivery in a row over 90 minutes. They did add a free side dish though. Will not look for an alternative. Such a shame as food really good.

managed to drive to and from the pub to watch a full football game before it even arrived

Entirely missed a dish off the delivery, and had to redeliver that part. Which they did with a free rice dish. Though it meant we did not eat the meal together.

One of the best Indians we’ve had in a while

Awesome food! Highly recommended as the food was amazing and staff were friendly. I liked that they threw in some free bits and this was much appreciated. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this is going to become my new favourite Indian.

Best samosas I’ve ever had. Rest of the meal was very good as well. Highly recommend.

Best Indian takeaway in the area

The food is lovely... Bit disappointed the butter chicken had that pink sauce rather than the true buttery sauce

Working away from home looking on just eat for some lovely Indian food, saw pictures on the app and read reviews so I thought I would order a chicken tikka masala and pilau rice, well it was just bloody awful the masala tasted as if it had been made with a half a bag of sugar, it was so sweet it was completely inedible even though I was ravenous, as for the excellent reviews I can honestly I there must be another restaurant of the same name as this one bears no resemblance to the online pictures or the glowing reviews absolutely terrible

Ordered 7.50 ish delivered 9.09. Says it all. Food arrived after dessert was served. Others in group ordered a Chinese at the same time, these arrived by 8.15

Butter chicken - a very small portion and looked like and tasted like chicken korma! Achari chicken was not spicy at all! Meat samosa - more peas than anything! Salad with samosa was not fresh and very little of it! Naan breads were half the size of our usual Indian takeaways! Worse thing…. 2 x mango chutneys were runny like water which ruined the meals. Finally, food was luke warm. Would not order from here again.

Ordered a takeaway online on a Thursday evening at 7pm. Received message to say delivery time (I'm in Lower Earley) would be about an hour (which was fine with me as I hand a friend round) The meal turned up 40 mins later which was impressive. And unlike other recent takeaways I've had delivered, this one was still hot. Not just warm, but hot. And not an item missing or wrong (again, not a foregone conclusion these days). Portions were generous and the food was very tasty. I cannot fault our meal and I will definately use them again.

Had a takeaway from deliveroo, first place to come up so was wary about wether or not it would be good.. we were not disappointed. Super tasty food I had the lamb jalfrezi which was a fab level of spice and the delivery was quick too! We also got some free popadoms, the prices here are pretty good- would recommend

Selected restaurant on delivery time, once order was placed, an extra 30mins was added, then the food was another 30mins. Food was cold due to this, reheated but not the same.

The food from this place is generally great , What let it down was there was a main meal missing from our delivery, We called the restaurant and they said it would be delivered in 10 to 15 minutes but they never showed up

Overall for NYE, I think they done great! Food was hot and tasted great.

Food was due to come in 50-65 minutes, it came in 115. The restaurant didn't answer the phone. There is no way to contact just eat.

All we ordered was some sides and it took two hours to turn up, it was cold when it got here and when I called up to chase the woman who I spoke to shouted down the phone to me “it’s only a curry” shocking will never order here again!

First time ordering from here and I was pretty impressed. Best peshwari naan I've had in a while. Rice had plenty of egg, peas, etc. The mango chicken was a little too hot for me, but I suppose that's a matter of taste. The chicken nawabi was very creamy and delicious, will definitely be reordering that.

When I collected a takeaway on Saturday night, a new customer was on the phone to the gentleman on the counter saying how much they'd enjoyed their meal. Well, we're not new customers but we come back time after time because the food is always superb. We love regular favourites like the Lakshmi Puree but like to try other things too - we had the Adda Lamb chef's special on Saturday which had wonderfully tender lamb with onions and peppers in a lovely sauce, cooked medium-spiced with ginger. Very lucky to have the Rangamati in Winnersh.

Always the best service and it's 5 mins walk from my gaff

The food was very nice and hot but the Jalfrezi had leaked everywhere and the amount of grease and sauce has ruined my dining table.

I have been going here for years, never fails to impress me. If you want good food for a fair price eat here!

Ordered a chicken tikka masala and despite what was written on it, it was clearly a korma, which I really don't like so I had to make do with the small portion of rice and a side dish.
