Costa coffee in Wokingham

A few tables are not cleaned, and the staff is chatting to each other. Coffee was good, to be fair.

The iced coffee’s I got here were perfect, I can’t remember their name but the guy that served me was incredibly friendly

I was shocked after visiting this location this weekend , It's not Costa anymore. This place has no longer that great Costa Coffee , You don't feel that warm welcome atmosphere after walking in anymore there, the quality of Costa is going down but the price is unbelievable going up, Not too Happy after visiting this place and the cost of drinks and food

Costa coffee has changed. The taste is not how it use to be and it's not very nice anymore. The place is good, good service and selection but the coffee has gone down hill. Tried from various places and it's the same everywhere. Shame.

Omg there are so woman here nag nag nag, it sounds like a flock of geese down near the river, why can’t they ban them from one side of the restaurant, listening to them is noise polution

One of the best Costa locations. Great selection of food and drinks. Very friendly atmosphere thanks to staff working there. I really like that place. Changing my review after my last visit on 16th of September 2023. I am the customer who is visiting this location frequently about 3 times a week. I was shocked after visiting this location this weekend after refurbishment has been done. It's not Costa anymore. This place looks like warehouse canteen where most important is to put as many people inside as possible. This place has no longer that great Costa Coffee Spirit. You don't feel that warm welcome atmosphere after walking in anymore there. The team working there, the quality of products and service are top, one of the highest I ever seen. But you don't feel that it's Costa Coffee anymore. It's my personal opinion.

The cortado is basically a latte (why wouldn't it be) and you need to ask for your drink to be served in a nice cup, I wasn't aware so I got it in a cartboard cup... got a panini as well, they placed it all in my hands, no tray, and basically told me to get out. Disappointing...

Update: Now I get it, small black Americano :) Only cafe that close at 10:30pm in the area! I love Costa Coffee ☕️ However, I love Americano the most& Americano from Costa in any other part of the world would be just a double shots of espresso & hot water. Not here!! They added milk which I was not asked if I wanted. Plus this makes it a Latte, which is not what I ordered. No cinnamon too (a nightmare for me) A selection of baked goods are in this branch but do not expect a lot. Good seating area too. Staff are prompt. Overall, being inside a cinema, come enjoy a cup of coffee before the movie & that’s about it ☕️🎬🎥

Costa is very expensive with 3 rises in there cost of coffee which is Luke warm most of the time, sorry too many gossiping woman in the cafe part now sometimes you cannot hear yourselves talk the gossiping sounds like a flock of Louis geese very boring and loud

Arrived for a coffee, meant to close at 10pm and shut an hour half early.

Showcase is great but I wouldn’t rush to sit in the Costa area again. The Costa staff were not cleaning the tables but instead were just standing around waiting for customers to enter. I entered on a fairly quiet day, I stayed for over a hour, not many customers but plenty of staff. You’re better off going to Lower Earley’s cleaner Costa. If you go to Showcase Costa you may have to clean a table and chairs before sitting down.

Visited this morning. Purchased an iced coffee for my daughter and asked for a domed lid as she always has these. Was refused as they are only for frostinos. I find this odd as she has never been refused before. On top of that, the coffee did not taste right either! I had a cortado which was fine, but, I do expect better than 1 ot of 2.

It gives me a good walk and it's open later than other coffee shops.

Flying bugs that kept on coming onto our food and coffee. Tables need to be cleaned as very sticky with residue of shakes.
