Loved the xperience after a long time

Always quick service, polite staff and chicken as you like it

The food is of good quality and is prepared quickly. I would appreciate it if there were more juice options available.

I always come her to pick up take away and Punitha always looks after us very well and makes sure all the food is there and that we get served promptly!

Great service, quick and food was delicious.

It was good but service was a bit slow and people that came in after us had almost finished by the time our food arrived. Had to chase them up for it. All good when it came, just let down by the service and the inedible corn on the cob, which was a shame.

You have to order using the Web site or app. OK if you are up for this. Make sure you take your young child or grandchildren to make the order on their phone.

Cheeky Nando's every so often ain't such a bad thing... And the usual fare and quick service was ok. That's the thing... It's ok, but not much better. Drinks are a bit on the pricy side, but order on the app works well.

Average nothing special, expensive when have to pay for sides separately.

Nando’s used to be my favourite restaurant… that soon stopped. After the last few experiences i have had, the service has changed and has decreased in sufficiency as staff acting as if they don’t care and are standing about as if they have nothing to do where if you look around, there is multiple tables without food, staring at the counter where all the food is waiting! At the end of the day, my friends and I have collectively decided that Nando’s will no longer be on the top of our list when we are deciding to go for food, and will not be returning until the kitchen and staff get their act together!

I always come to Wokingham Nando’s as the staff are lovely was really let down on the 06/04/2024 we ate are meals and then I went out the back by the loos and saw all this mess won’t be visiting for a while now very off putting.

The staff here were amazing a few problems with her meal but it got sorted very fast. We did really enjoy our meals and the atmosphere. I did find it a little dark for my liking were we were sat but the place was very clean and there were so many nice places at you could sit but were full so you know it's a good one

I wish they'd give the seats a really good clean or just reupholster them... They are sticky... can you imagine having a couch at home so sticky your clothes got stuck to it and you can't even shift your bum...? how has this become normal here? you don't want to touch them. The bench seating is the worst but the chairs aren't great either.

Really good service, only minor glitch was the haloumi burger for my daughter, which was a chicken burger as somebody had mixed the flags. The staff were really good at sorting it out, so no harm was done. Will be back soon.

Food was fantastic service delivery perfect.

Very busy so had to wait for a table the evening we went. But the wait was well worth it with excellent service and top food. Like many restaurant they seem to down sized to smaller chickens in meals , something to keep an eye on. But full still full of flavor and and every enjoyable meal .

Called ahead to ask for a table as we were coming near closing. Staff were happy for us to come. Service was great, especially from Adam. Food was delish. Would recommend

Visited Nando’s Wokingham with family and friends and I have to say Woody Ferguson is the best. Brilliant service from woody he was friendly, hard working always had a smile on his face nothing was a problem and made our visit a very good one. Thank you again ⭐️

Visited Wokingham Nando’s today and was very disappointed with the experience. Myself and my son were both served our meals and the chicken was stone cold. When I returned the meals to the Manager he seemed very surprised. When questioned further he advised they don’t check the chicken temperature before sending out!! Very concerning and very risky for anyone eating the restaurant. When I advised I wanted a full refund the manager advised there machines don’t allow refunds and the refund process would taken 7 days via their head office. No apologies from the manager or offer to make things right!! AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE FOOD POISIONING!!!

Whatever is listed in menu should be available. Many times we given option choose options usually case with combo. When you display billboard advertisement and that should be available. Which is not available.

Food was good, service was quick, and staff was accommodating. Dont park outside unless you have a disable badge or dont mine paying for a parking ticket

Omg lot's of pepole working in Nando's Wokingham but so lazy and slow..they take ages to give you table and once when you order food they take ages to bring food. They didn't care much and we didn't have nice experience 😔. Unfortunately we won't go there again.

The food was amazing, but you can't book online, so we had to wait 30 mins for a table of 9, but we called ahead 1 hour before to tell them about it

I know most restaurants now try to get everyone to order from an app. And nandos is no different. But staff could be friendlier greeting customers and showing them to their tables before this. Food was excellent though so didanage to make up for this.

Good service, standard Nandos but as its a smaller branch you do tend to get better service and with a smile.

Friendly staff, good service! My friend had an issue with her wrap having sauce and they sorted it straight away! I had the new loaded fries and they are delicious!! Highly recommend ⭐️

I ordered a half chicken and this used to be a decent size but last time around it was quite small and I have been to nando's so many times over the years. I was disappointed with the portion size of my half chicken but apart from that all was good.

Cross contamination, On approaching the counter to place our order I witnessed someone prepping Hulloumi. He was doing this on the yellow chopping board with a green knife. I questioned this with the lady taking our order. She said "oh he is training !" She went over and took the board and placed it on the side, He then started using the green chopping board so I questioned that, She told me that was ok ! It is not ok to cross contaminate. Apart from vegetarians not wanting cooked meat in their food. They could also get food Poisoning from the wrong boards being used. Colour coding for food boards and knives are there for a reason, Nandos need to train their staff during food hygiene courses and not let them train on the customers well being !

Went in over lunch needing a table of 8 without a booking and were accommodated without issue. Service was very quick and the food was very nice. VUSA sauce was excellent 👍

Overpriced dessicated small chicken breast served with mashed potatoes that had solidified after clearly sitting for hours kept warm in the dish. Rainbow coleslaw was good. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things. Other diners' plates looked more appealing.

Matt was very assertive and polite. Clearly knows the definition of good customer service which is what we experienced tonight! Thanks Matt for being very helpful. You have gained a repeat customer!

Honesty can’t say a bad word about this place. Service has always been great. only had a longish wait once in several visits (Friday night). Most importantly food is always fresh and tasty which I can’t say about certain Nando’s closer to me.

Nando’s is a consistent experience, nice chicken based food - it’s good, the service is a bit of the slow side and more transactional than it is caring I will always prefer Nando’s to any fast food

It's Nandos so don't expect stunning food. It's more than reasonable but it's chicken. The guy serving on the till would struggle to be less interested in his job but the food came promptly and was fine.

Always super fresh and hot food. Staff are friendly, seating is comfortable and well spaced. Separate hatch for delivery drivers so they aren't all waiting inside the restaurant.

Very poor customer service every time! Unreasonable wait times and even when you order online, the food is never ready on time. Go elsewhere unless you have the patience of a Saint!

Worst restaurant in Wokingham! Awful service, rude staff and poor management. Don't bother with feedback, they don't care and are very rude about it. I wouldn't even give it one star rating!

Take away order not ready on time. Lots of excuses until staff discovered our order was ready all along. No apologies, just more excuses. Then told to leave restaurant after Manager refused to provide explanation. Worst customer service ever encountered. Never coming back.

Poor quality for the prices, very over priced. Mash was dry can tell it haf been sat under a heat lamp or out the microwave. Must of been a baby chicken breast that i had as it was very small. Kids meal was ok although the broccoli was cold. The drinks machine was very tasteless, very watered-down. Cane here about 2 years ago and this was a reminder why. Wont be coming back to this nandos. Poor

Very good food, even much better service, I have been served by Jack, the way he does his job, makes me to visit Nando's Wokingham again and again and again. Food is not only a taste or look. Its the way it's served. Jack did absolutely brilliant job. So Big Boss!!! Can you hear me???? Jack deserves pay rise or at least a good bonus.

It's nandos. Good food at a reasonable price. Not sure ordering by app saves time and takes away from the experience

25 minutes to get a basic order and others who ordered after me got theirs first. Not great

Wrong order turned up, manager last night was useless, wouldn’t even sort it out palmed me off to deliveroo (I ordered it on there website) to be told I had to wait 24-48 hours for it to be resolved WHAT GOOD IS THAT?!

Second order messed up by either Nandos Wokingham or deliveroo. Absolutely appalled as neither parties are willing to sort it out. First order we never received months back and todays was the wrong order completely. Both times unresolved! Will be taking our money elsewhere from now on!!!

Friendly Staff I always love visiting Nando’s. Always a great experience. This time I went to the Wokingham ranch and i am very happy with the counter staff Jake, who made a custom order for me as I don’t like Chicken Skin. Chicken Breast grilled with no skin. We also ordered: Grilled Portobello Mushroom and Halloumi Burger Chicken Burger Side:- Spicy Rice, Garlic Bread and Corn on the Cob. Coke Zero was not Fizzy, Staff offered me a Coke can as they were trying to fix the drink machine. 👍🏻

Walked in on my own for a table, the waitress sniggered and showed me to a table and just stood staring at me. Walked out. As someone trying to be more comfortable eating out alone this wasn’t a good experience

Standard, consistent Nandos experience

Place was good, food was good as usual, only issues were the seats we had were close to the delivery driver window so was really cold, and the bowl of rice, despite being a “large” was tiny and not really worth it

Great experience, staff were reasonable friendly and helpful. Food was cooked to a good standard. Desert was good too salted caramel brownies and ice cream. Our waitress was extra helpful in getting us some small spoons for our two your children to be able to share. Was hesitant about the rice but when it came it didn't let me down. Whole family enjoyed The meal

Ok. Nothing special. Friendly staff but service was rushed... Main courses delivered to table just after we had started eating the starters.

Not good! Had a free chicken due to reward card, so, you know we go often! Ordered food, it arrived, garlic bread missing, mash sent back as stone cold in the middle, & rest of the meals were luke warm, maybe due to sitting on the shelf waiting to be given to us! half way through meal, mash came back! Obviously they took it personally as mash was like napalm! As I nearly finished my meal, the garlic bread turn up! Unusually it was upside down, turned it over & it was burnt!

Chicken burger was dry as awell used pair of socks.

Chicken was cooked well and the venue was pretty nice.

Loved it. Bean burger and chips and coleslaw. Took what was left over home for lunch the following day

Very nice, only still as expensive and the Sunset burgers have shrunk I would say.

First time visit for my 10 year old nephew. He says "quick service & good food" and he really enjoyed being able to pick how spicy his food could be (he highly recommends the BBQ chicken wings!!)

A warning for any older customers. You have to order by scanning an app on a smart phone. Clearly standard stuff for the youngsters and I did try my best but gave up and left in the end.

My 6 year old son Found a frozen chip in the Piri Piri chips, manager didn’t do anything, obviously never returning here plus plates and cutlery had marks on them and toilets had stains on the floors. Very tired, dirty, over priced , badly managed place to eat . Worst nandos branch ever been too. Shame

The food was as expected. I haven't been to a Nandos in a while. I had the sunset burger which was nice but quite small. Probably the same size as a MCMuffin. I went here about 4 yes ago and TBH it's looking pretty tired. I think it's needs a refresh. As with Nandos they have allot of wooden areas. The toilet doors and the doors leading to them had thick brown stains around where thousands of people have passed through them. Bit gross and doesn't look the best imo. Service was ok. We only got 1 menu for a table of 4. :/ One of our members had a dessert and this arrived long after our mains which still hadn't been cleaned away. We had to ask the waitress to remove the plates when she brought the dessert.

Great! Exactly what you want from Nandos! Chicken and sauce to suite you cool/chilli needs, with tasty salads. Also had chicken livers - it seems they are back after their absence during Covid!

Love this particular branch we are from reading we have 3 in reading, wokingham far better for service and speed even when busy.

Terrible service terrible app that did NOT work. We walked in, been told by the waiter to use QR code to order. Wasted 10 minutes of time to choose things we want and the app asked you to login. And then it send you a code to your email to verify but then you COULDN’T log backed in. Should had told us to there is another option to order at til. No one seems to bother give us help at all. What an unpleasant experience

Good for meat eaters and vege's, lots of sides to choose from and bottomless drinks to serve yourself, so no waiting for staff. The service was fast tonight, arriving on n minutes. Small mains from £7.50

Too bright (bright light right above my head), too expensive for the food you get (hunt the chicken pitta). Vegan slaw is lovely though. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

I love Nandos and never have a disappointment. These guys are quick once you have placed your orders. The staff are all friendly. If you love chicken thats the place to go 100%

Pretty nice meal with family and it was cooked great. Therefore, chicken was dry and chips were cold 🥶 Don’t know if i should recommend here.

Absolutely loved it, one of my top places. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, the food was 10/10
