For several months now, the ladies toilets here have been an embarrassing disgrace. One or other of the two cubicles has been repeatedly out of use. The left hand one has had a broken lock for weeks, along with a damaged toilet paper holder. On my last visit, the seat was inadequately fixed. The door stop ( behind the door) has been broken for months. Add to that a dirty floor and you have an unhygienic facility that is an insult to customers. On my most recent visit at the start of service, the courtyard area outside was covered in litter and debris from the previous day - very uninviting. Surely Winchester Cathedral can do better than this?

Pizza was good, but it took a while to get here. It was when they said it Would come so I can't really complain. That was around an hour after ordering.

We happened upon this takeaway before heading back on the train. They prepared the hot n sour soup(the best I’ve ever had- plenty of pork/prawns), won ton soup, Singapore noodle(great balance of prawns/pork/chicken/egg with noodles and chilli/garlic king prawns(juicy prawns- good balance of vegetables). Meal for 2 for £19.50! Bargain!

Chose to go here with my wife as a birthday celebration with son who works locally. Good choice. Lovely table in the corner, good pub food and we were very well looked after from start to finish. Good to judge the staff anywhere when they are rushed off their feet and the attitude of the two on duty last night was first class all evening. Thank you for your efforts.

The staff are amazingly genuine and show care for their customers and the food is always served incredibly quickly. I went here last night and after giving a small tip, they responded by offering me a free drink and made sure to stuff more chips and cheese into my order. Will always come back

This place is beautiful. The staff were absolutely fantastic they listen to you and if something wrong they will change it, they are very understandable and have such nice manners. Shukran(staff) served us our food and he was such a kind gentleman. The food was so perfect i had a burger with fries and the fries were juicy and the burger was filling. i went with my family and it truly is such a good place to go. i 100% will be going back. I suggested it with a few friends and they said they already went and had such a great experience too!!

Absolutely disgusting, dry chicken, no seasoning or anything in the food. Took over an hour and a half to deliver, basically cold.. would not suggest anyone ordering from there, rather beans on toast.
