We happened upon this takeaway before heading back on the train. They prepared the hot n sour soup(the best I’ve ever had- plenty of pork/prawns), won ton soup, Singapore noodle(great balance of prawns/pork/chicken/egg with noodles and chilli/garlic king prawns(juicy prawns- good balance of vegetables). Meal for 2 for £19.50! Bargain!

Pedí mi comida en 5,15 y finalmente llegamos a 6,45 . la comida estaba tibia por lo que llamé para quejarme. La señora nos dijo que era fin de año y me dijo que no está mal para ser frío. Después me dijeron que podía haber 10 por ciento de descuento en mi próxima orden. Me dijeron que la señora que estaba bastante brusco a venir y recoger la comida y me gustaría un reembolso completo. Yo nunca pedir de nuevo aquí, muy mala actitud y servicio

Sweet and sour sauce tasted like vinegar, lemon sauce couldn't taste the lemon , chicken very overcooked and extremely dry , chips cold and tasted like cardboard, only good thing was the rice, I definitely will not be using them again

Usually a bit later than stated, but well worth the wait . . . :) Never used the takeaway service, so I'll give it six stars so as not to knack their average

Used to be a regular, but had too many items missed from too many orders. Strange the premises in Andover Road are closed. Makes me wonder where this food comes from?

Food tasty as always however missing the sweet and sour sauce and a portion of fries. This seems to be a bit of a trend at the moment but we live too far away to ask for the missing things to be delivered retrospectively

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Service is appalling and so so rude. Good took over two hours to get here, and when it got here it was stone cold. It was only a Tuesday night. Order from Supreme instead.

Although the food was really nice it took over an hour for it to arrive and then they missed some of the order. When we phoned to tell them they told us they hadn't forgotten anything!!! They did re deliver it but it took another hour!

It took nearly 2 hours for it to arrive, it was cold when it did come and when I tried ringing the store I rang 56 times and no one picked up ! I finally gave up in the end !

they didn't send the right order and sent us a shell fish product which i am allergic to. the food istelf was good but very poor customer service.

Food took over 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to us, when we rang up to find out where our food was the man hung up on us before we had finished the conversation and by the time the food got to us, it was cold.

ordered heaps of stuff, amounted to 32 pounds before the 25% off, ordered two crispy seaweed, which was essentially my main and neither came, when i called them i was rudely met by a man who told me that i hadnt ordered that, and then left the phone for 10 minutes to speak to a collegue, by which time i had assumed hed forgotten about me, when i called back they said they could confirm i didnt order any seaweed. so i spent an additional 8.40 on seaweed that never turned up.

Not only was it 30 minutes late (it took 90 minutes to be delivered), when we called up they didn't offer anything as compensation. But worse of all, there was a prawn in the chicken balls, if anyone else who potentially had a seafood allergy, it would have been horrible. Luckily I just spat it out.

First takeaway since I moved and I have to say it's pretty good! All their food is really good quality and their rice is great - not dry at all! A highlight is definitely meals with sauces - sweet and sour and honey sauce dishes taste excellent! My only minor gripe is that I wish their chicken wings were a little big bigger...they're quite small for the price paid! Delivery time was later, but a quick call made me aware of traffic (by a kind polite person at the takeaway). Person delivering was also kind and sincere. Recommend!

Awful delivery times which makes a good meal spoil, used to be good but over the last three weeks (benefit of the doubt first time even though 2 hours late), second time half an hour late try again, but took the p**s third time by being another hour late won't be using them again in a hurry, I'm sorry to moan but very disappointed and hope this feed back will make a difference but not sure it will do any good, just thankful there other choices out there, perhaps they are not bothered about repeat custom, shame on them.

I had ordered my food At 7.30 and after an hour of waiting for it it never showed so thought to give them a call! After ringing 17 times and no answer for anyone I had given up then 2 and half hours later I finally get a knock at the door!! I was very angry and upset and after explaining to the delivery man that I couldn't contact anyone to find out what was going on and it was 10pm I had sent it back! I had a call 20 minets later asking if I still wanted it I had said no! I just had a sorry!!! I won't be ordering from them again very disappointed

What's the point of using just eat and having a take away if it just messes up your evening?
