Amazing takeaway best by far in the area! Food had loads of flavour and offer a wide range of dishes and is also adding extra special dishes! Would 110% recommend!!!

lovely food.. l should have asked for a spare plate and only one serving of sandwiches between me and mum - mum and l had cheese and fig chutney sandwiches - crisps and green salad. Dad had one of his favorite sandwiches. l had a juice and pot of tea for one.. my dad had a beer l think and mum had ginger beer. service was ok.. bit slow but totally understanding that there where a lot of people dining in on account of the rain. it was really nice to see a few of the same staff we saw on our last visit in February. l really liked the rooms and loved just sitting there looking around at the artwork etc while eating my lunch.

We have loved take-aways from Eastern Cusine for years, however under new management it has gone down hill. We waited 2 hours for our order, when it arrived, the food was cold and an item was missing. An item was also missing the time before. There are plenty of better take-aways available in Witney. They have lost our custom.

I live here and go in occasionally for an iced bun and a cup of tea if I have time to kill. Yesterday I noticed how dirty and shabby everything was and how grumpy the staff were. Not at all welcoming. The place needs a good clean and a makeover. Out of interest I looked up their hygiene rating and it is 1.

Full of migrants, events cancelled, local memberships cancelled, no thought for local people who were members for years.

First tried to increase the prices on the menu and try get more then priced. Told me to be there half hour after phone call. I was late and still sat hear 35 minutes later. No communication. No customer service. Have heard some one in the kitchen constantly coffing like a dog. Sorry but OVOID

Ordered myself a chicken curry extra spicy with egg fried rice. I have to say the amount of chicken was insane, loads of it! It certainly had a kick.

Don’t go there! This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. When I got home and opened the box, it was completely burnt. I went back to exchange it, but the owner, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional, told me it was supposed to be like that and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. He even told me not to come back. I’ve never received such poor service for my money. I will never return to this awful place and do not recommend it to anyone!

Called into this store 11.30 am as it had previously been recommended to me as having sold Marks Cotswold bread and pastries .products .Alas there was none avail,@ 11.30am (bread or pastries) .so I picked up a daily mail news paper off the display stand. I took the paper to the till /counter to be told Sorry sir this paper is not for sale it’s a customer order..!!! My concern was ,1, why have it on display ….and 2, having worked for 50 years in retail are daily papers now not sale or return .?? I think they are.! Last but not least for a local resident not to be able to buy fresh bread at my convenience I will shop else where in the future…

Disgusting ordered 2 kebabs started eating mine to then find a dead big fly under some donner meat. Never ever eating from there again other kebab came stone cold aswell

When we received Oder after 1.15min and saw that not even full tubs been served but just half . Smell and taste was just awful not Chinese at all more like burned food and money what we paid not just advocate for quality. Very poor service and bot advice nobody to waste their money on this take away .

Based on positive experiences some years ago, we approached Barefoot Bakery again for a birthday cake for our seven-year-old's birthday party. When we asked about alternatives to white sugar, explaining about health issues, we were told, rather rudely "(...) in that case I suggest not buying her cakes then." Interesting approach to customer retention - the two-stars reviews seen on this forum mentioning terrible customer service finally make sense ...

I enjoyed going to this restaurant in Witney I have been here visiting the same place on a number of occasions and I can not find any faults with this place I went today for lunch as I had a voucher to use and all the staff were very nice and helpful and friendly and BEX is a very good manager but it is a shame that the restaurant will closed it doors on the 15th February to become a bellia pasta so all the best to bex and all the staff and see you soon DAVE / SERENA

The building is lovely inside, even having quiet side room that a chap was happily using for a Teams business meeting. The staff were so friendly and efficient and made the start of our day so pleasant 😊
