First time to Witney for quite a while but found this super coffee shop. Although extremely busy Saturday morning & only 2 staff I was served very fast - faster than Costas with more staff ! Lovely atmosphere, friendly cheerful staff great special festive latte. I will be back ASAP.

I watched the guy use the same tongs on nut products and other cakes and pastries twice. I have anaphylactic shock to nuts I hope none of the other clients had. Clearly the Staff need retraining on allergies. Toilets grubby, tables cluttered only two staff on working their socks off.

I visited today and this is far superior to the other coffee shop chains in town. Had a bit of an extended visit while my car was in the garage so had chance to sample the coffee, tea and a toastie. All were excellent and the staff were really friendly, quick and responsive.

This place is meant to shut at 6pm, we got here at 5:05 wanting a bit of cake for our daughters birthday, we were told "that's fine but it's going in takeaway boxes because we shut in 20 minutes" in other words we want to close early and can't be bothered to wash up so we'll make you feel very unwelcome and insinuate that you need to leave asap... it was almost an hour before closing time and we were treated like an inconvenience.. we didn't stay long and don't feel comfortable to return again in the future. Poor customer service.
