The best restaurants in Burghfield West Berkshire South East

I’ve been around the block a bit and I’ve had a few bacon rolls in my time, but these are ultimately the best bacon rolls (x2) I have ever had, with plenty of properly cooked and crispy bacon served on toasted rolls. Great cafe environment too.

I stopped at Greggs Moto Reading west after a long journey and I was so impressed with the service from Sam - what a legend, totally made my day!

Food was amazing and staff were super friendly and welcoming. You can tell that they enjoy what they do. An amazing local company and much better than some major brands. Will be going again. More than worth a try, you won’t be disappointed.

A fabulous Mother’s Day dinner at the Fox and Hounds. A tad disappointing that they had run out of cauliflower cheese but the roast otherwise was fantastic! First time bringing the children here and I couldn’t believe the size of the portions, very generous indeed! My mum had nothing but compliments about the crumble too! Emily’s service was once again impeccable, nothing was too much for her, thank you!

The staff treated us like we were pests to them and needed to get in and out asap the room was disgusting we went in while the buffet was on and the buffet was through different doors into the pub! The food was cold and nearly always empty pots! Small room very short doors I am 5’7 and nearly hit my head! Would not recommend. We had to order separate food for me due to me being vegetarian as the options on the buffet consisted of “fried potato” so I had to pay for the buffet and a separate meal. The place was not well kept and dying flowers were on all the tables. Photos attached are of the female bathroom! Was an absolute state the toilet seat had dirt all over it… yet again would not recommend to anyone. It wasn’t cheap either!

Unbelievable horrible place. I know since years burger king is getting worse but that was too much. Never again visit especially that place but any other. Disgusting burger nothing compared to photo, volume of regular fries was a joke.

Un lugar perfecto para mi fiesta de cumpleaños número 40. No teníamos que preocuparnos por ningún aspecto de la planificación o la noche en sí. El evento fue único para mis deseos y el resto fue sin estrés, simplemente lleno de diversión. Recomendaría el Jazz Café a cualquiera.

Is what it is. Expensive but necessary.

This isn't my typical review. Over the last year, I have stopped here nine times at the services. Three times, I actually attempted to get a coffee through the drive-through, but they had no ice to make the drink. The drive-through is designed that you will be stuck in line if you decide not to get a drink or they don't have ice to make your drink. This scenario happened all three times, and I was stuck in line and then had to wait for vehicles in front to leave, and then I could leave. The other times I actually went inside, just to be told the same thing, they don't have ice to make the drink. But I can walk over to Burger King, and they have ice. So my question is, are they not allowed to get ice from the same place that Burger King gets it, or have the employees not prepped correctly? All I know is this is the last time I will stop at this services, not just Costa Coffee.

Come to this KFC on a monthly basis whilst travelling to London , always great food and service 😋 👌
