Fantastic customer care alongside great coffees great macchiato. I left my bag in their seating area after a long overnight flight. Once called, Madzia found it and looked after it until I could do a 3 hour round trip. They were so helpful. Pret clearly employ great people. Another reason to make Pret my go to coffee stop.

We come here regularly and always seem to be served by Fortune in the Costa concession. Such a lovely smiling young man with great customer service skills

I think the staff are amazing and they’ve gone above and beyond to try and help me with some difficulties that I was having I lost my bag and they found it. I can’t thank them enough.

There is a large choice of places to buy food and drinks from. We went to Greggs. Obviously, it's dearer than normal. There's plenty of spaces to enjoy a break from the motorway.

It was clean in and around the food counters and shops.. The men wc, had a real bad smell and the floors around the urinals Wet Wet and dirty the chap who was cleaning the toilets was stood in the corner with a bucket and his phone in his hand why everyone was going to toilet,, not the best,,,

Ample parking for car, vans, coaches and HGV's.. The food hall offers seating, two big TVs and facilities for heating up baby food. Food outlet includes KFC, Greggs, McDonald's, Pizza express, M&S, WHSmiths, Chinese outlet, Nandos. Toilet facilities for male, female are available, cleaned frequently..

Good place for a quick bite to eat

Good selection of foods but the smell of urine in the male toilets is overwhelming.This is the worst stinking motorway services toilet I ever experienced.

Car park was chaos and inside the flow and layout is just as chaotic. Toilets were clean though.

I would of loved to of given it more stars but unfortunately on our visit the men's and ladies along with the disabled toilets utterly disgusting 🫣. The food choice was limited on the time of our stop. And the coffee wasn't nice from Costa either. I do hope this is a one off and shall give them the element of down. I travel up and down the country a fair bit. So I can say I wouldn't stop there again will all depend if my bladder can make it to the next one.

Basic accommodation, clean bedding. Carpets and furniture could do with an upgrade, but ok. Perhaps wooden flooring would be a better option? Bathroom could do with a bit of tlc but it does the job. Staff seemed ok . It’s next to the services so you can get a greggs, kfc etc and milk for your cuppa in a morning. Reasonable prices. Decent location for commute to reading and west London/ Heathrow

Pretty ordinary, nothing to say just have a leak and move on. Or stay and start a new life with the shopping attendant!

Easy to navigate. There are plenty of choices for food and drinks. The toilets are very clean.

Really need to improve the signage for where to go for cars.

Motorway services as expensive as ever but a necessary evil on a road trip. Clean toilets, efficient coffee service. Easy exit from the m'way and access back on to it

Toilets were disgusting 🫣 and the burger king completely messed up our order!

Sam the Man gave the best customer service I have ever experienced. His positive happy nature really uplifted me and I felt very glad I visited his store. I definitely will be back just to see him again ! Thank you Sam

Amazing experience! I loved my food at Burger King. There wore clean seats and nice menu options. I liked the fresh food and nice taste. Definitely recommend this. Clean toilets too*

What an impossible and confusing drive to services. Give this one a miss in future. Who in the world designed the road system.

The ladies' toilets queue was sp long they were using the mens. Women and girls standing there watching the men use the urinals, I bet if the situation was reversed, there would be uproar 🤬 People pushing past the queues and even had one guy badge past me with a huge bag on his shoulder that smashed into my stomach just 3 weeks after major surgery on my stomach, which caused a massive row with the guy who had his teenage sun with him. Never met a ruder bunch of people and the toilets also were disgusting. Went in the 27/12/2024. Will never return, would rather shit on the side of the road and take my chances with the rats, would be cleaner...

I have stopped at these Services many times and have always been pleased with the shops and services there. Unfortunately two days ago I arrived with the queue for the Ladies toilets going out the front door. On further investigation I was told that only 10 of the toilets were working... Hence the queue.

One of my regular stops as a travelling musician. Plenty of options for food and coffee, generally well maintained, plenty of parking. Always one of my checkpoints whenever I'm headed to London or further, and back.

No running water and soap in the baby changing is unacceptable. Also there is no toilet in the changing room so you have nowhere safe to leave baby as all the other toilets are too small for a pram so it's the floor or nothing.

Very confusing to drive in/out of these services. Poor signage.

Massive queue for ladies toilets on 27th December, took my partner 20mins to get in. Many cubicles out of operation.

We were very hungry and the nice man at Chow provided great service.

What you expect from a service station the normal every day food outlet brands at 50 percent more than you would pay on the high street.

Sam was such a happy guy. Soon as we walked in he greeted us straight away with a Christmas cheer. What a lovely man! Really makes the long car journey stops worth it.

Typical Motorway services - very average and expensive. Use the M & S store if possible.

Did not enjoy my experience here at all. Food wasn't great, and most of the seats in the seating area were torn, making the whole dining area feel grubby.

These were pretty good services. Lots of parking, a good choice of food, and clean toilets.

Outdated, needs a refresh. Not much choice of food. Positive, there are plenty of car chargers.

The truck stop is not very big. Gets clogged quickly

Ok services, possibly the worst and slowest Burger King i have ever used. Meal for 3 took 30 minutes, cost £47, and the only hot part was the cheesy bites. Fast food? I think not!

They’ve stopped accepting Amex which is annoying, particularly given there are big brands that usually take all cards.

Ok place but toilets are those awful ones from yesteryear.. I'm really not happy with them, smelly. Not happy to touch the lid. You have to open and shut them. Other motos don't have them anymore. Shame I didn't take the photo of it.

It is ok place to go to but there's not a lot of options on food I can tell you this the most popular food there is Greggs the queue was outside the door if you want to get anything go there

I stopped in Greggs, the guy who works there is a personality, it’s like a bit of a morale boost for the rest of your journey.

Great place to meet for a business, plenty of seating and a good selection of eateries.

A great services that has toilets, Costa (including a drive through version on the way out), burger king, wh smiths, and a Greg's. Lots of options and plenty of free parking. Looks like you get 2 hours free parking as standard. Nice clean toilets too

Well maintained and was clean when i visited. Good selection of shops inside, a drive through Costa coffee and even a Greggs.

I’m on an early hours airport drop off so thought I would stop for some food. Nothing was open apart from WHSmith wanting £2 for a pack of crisps.

Like any other UK service station really. A few restaurants to choose from. Plenty of seating. Toilets, fuel, etc... Kept clean enough.

Bit of a warren to get to as there are no signage pointing you to the food hall. If you are going past the Costa drive through, you've missed it, but fear not, you can go back and thread back to the same road. Once there, it is a quite decent services station, with various food options available. Currently there is light construction at the far end of the parking lot, but otherwise fine. Exit road is a bit wonky, take care of pot holes.

Full off people speaking lots of languages! Who understands you! But you don't them. Would not go as a single woman. Did not feel safe.

Not a great services... toilets are dingy and dirty. Could be a lot better.

Nice place to stop for food and drinks when in need & great for a quick stop for a wee or a poo ,but was very disappointing when trying to get a hot meal as all the restaurants were closed I think they need to get more staff to run the night shift as hot food is a must when on the move.

Unlike return journey , this Moto on the way to holiday was one of the better ,friendlier places to stop ,they all have higher prices for fuel and drinks etc ,but you don't mind if the Experience is worth it ,sadly few are but this one has exception to the rule .clean and tidy and toilet facilities were good .

Usual services direct access off the M4. Plenty of parking. Burger King etc. Toilets clean when I visited.

Another motorway service station, main reason to stop is to stretch the legs and use the toilets which were fresh and clean. There's a Greggs here too which is good but they never seem to be as good valued as on the high street 😕 🤔

Toilets were disgusting! Over half the cubicles were out of order so the queues were huge. When I finally got to a cubicle the toilet didn't flush, so I went to another one and there was poo on the floor!! Utterly disgusting state.
