The best restaurants in Wadhurst Wealden South East

I popped in here unexpectedly and what a jiy. The decor is simple and rustic and warm and welcoming. The menu and drinks on offer were great and the food when it arrived was beyond tasty!!! Me and my bestie and theilled we discovered this gem and will defo be returning soon. Brekki choices are varied and theres even a take away pizza swrvice on a friday night forna couple of hours. Do yourself a favour - go visit Piccolo. Enjoy!

The Thai menu was fantastic; we eat at The Artful Grocers as often as possible, we love it! Menus are always interesting and the atmosphere is fun.

We are very lucky to have this outlet in our area. I love Vietnamese food and there is nowhere else for many miles. The couple who run the business are lovely friendly people. The food, as usual, was truly wonderful. I cannot recommend it more highly

Popped in for a coffee whilst in the area for business. Charming little place. I simply wanted to mention this place as the flat white I had was a great, great cup of coffee. If only other coffee shops could provide similar quality.

Rustic pub in a great location that is a bit tired…

Food was great. A lovely lay out. Got a lovely country feel about the pub. Fires going. We were a table of 10 everything came out all together all hot all perfectly cooked was very impressed.

I've just arrived home after a wonderfully generous raclette supper. We pre-booked, and arrived to a colourful spread of salads, pickles, veg, charcuterie and of course raclette, with little burners to melt the cheese onto delicious french bread. We were given a warm welcome and brief explanation, then an excellent cote de Rhone. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Really great fun and excellent value.

Since opening as a dine-in restaurant, we’ve eaten at Jumeira several times and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is cosy, comfortable and spotless, the staff are excellent and very friendly, the atmosphere is good and the food is always delicious! We feel very lucky to have Jumeira in Wadhurst.

Really enjoyed the Valentines Night meal in the restaurant. Lovely atmosphere with the new dark grey and gold wall panelling. Friendly pub too

We have been going to this place for years and the new owners have only made it better the Chinese is 20x better the fish and chips are just as good and the service is great always so friendly and kind definitely recommend if you want to support your local chippy and want some good classic takeaway food
