Popped in for a coffee whilst in the area for business. Charming little place. I simply wanted to mention this place as the flat white I had was a great, great cup of coffee. If only other coffee shops could provide similar quality.

A pleasant place to sit and enjoy your tea and coffee with beautiful cakes !! Fare prices, very pleasant staff.

Fantastic food and staff- Met with great welcome and Easter gift for our 4 year old Followed by fantastic hot chocolate for both mum and child with marshmallows and cream Food was fantastic and moderately priced for the standard. Shame we are not local as this would be a regular weekly visit

Visited for a cake and a coffee and the lady called Luce was outstanding and made you very welcome even though she was run off her feet. Nice atmosphere and nothing was trouble will return for more cake.

Such a shame… could be so much better! 2nd visit, food is good but the young girl who took our order on both occasions is clueless. Both times got our order wrong and no cutlery. I worked at 15 in a restaurant (I’m 40) and was totally on the ball! We had to be. Teenagers today are they lazy or just unable to do basic tasks? The lady who runs is lovely but her staff are letting her down!

I always enter for a coffee and pain au chocolat whenever I finish a country walk in the Wadhurst area. Hatters is spotlessly clean, inviting, and has retro music playing in the background. Kim is always welcoming and pleasant, as is Alice, the lovely, very tall young lady serving there. It may be a little more expensive than some other places, but what you get is quality, friendly service, cleanliness, and an experience which you wish to repeat, again and again. Hatters will continue to be my coffee destination of choice.

I love the fact that this gorgeous place is open on my way to work at 7.30am. Had enough time to pop in and have a coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and a croissant, Fantastic decor a fusion between classy and cosy!!! Cannot wait to come back and work my way through the menu ( and the cakes)

Popped in for a quick cake and coffee (which was lovely!) will be back for lunch as the food looked really good too.

Wow! Such a great place, beautiful decor with it’s stylish blue theme, lovely staff, great food and dogs are welcome! A must visit!
