Absolutely amazing experience! We were four people and had a fantastic meal at Marino’s near The Pantiles. The food was delicious—crispy, fresh fish and perfect chips. The guy who served us was super kind and welcoming, and even offered us a drink on the house. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Generous portions, great atmosphere, and top-notch service. Number one for fish & chips in Tunbridge Wells. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, lovely food. What's not to love!

We had an extra hot latte and hot chocolate, I also had the warm scone and butter. The scone was lovely and warm served with a quenelle of butter, good scone.

Went in for lunch on a Sunday, excellent food and portions, great value for money, very friendly and accommodating staff.

Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. One of the best cocktails and tasty starters vs Cold main meals love the Ivy… been their customer for many year and left number of positive feedbacks before… However, no one is perfect… Celebrated anniversary with my boyfriend a few days ago and for him it was a 1st ever visit to the Ivy… So 1st impression was a big mix for him On the day, table was ready on time ✅and in nice private corner ✅as was requested on the booking🤗 Waitress was new to the place but was really friendly and tried to advise on the meals in really nice and friendly way…✅ Starter, truffle rise balls and atlantic scallops (two of my favourite by the way) were amazing and presented really well✅ I love the Ivy cocktails, best advice… DO NOT order from the cocktail list but go and talk yourself to the barmen and i am guaranty they will do a perfect match for you✅🍸 this time i was actually exploring non alcoholic range and still was stormed off by them✅ The order was a bit slow, but ok.. What do you expect for busy Friday night… Food arrived and looked amazing✅ but it was a big disappointment that both our mains were almost cold… so we were offered to wait for another 40mins for new ordered to be cooked or warm it up… at it was already 21.30with no much choice we decided to go on warm up option… what absolutely distorted fish meal and made it uneatable ☢️❌ We were offered on house deserts….they looked amazing and well presented… also delicious on taste✅😋 Bill… arrived with no £20 discount what was advertised on booking app & current promotion via emails… so watch out for it❌⛔️…. Also despite mains being cold and uneatable, they were included in original bill…❌⛔️ However, talking to the manager and explaining about the mains, they were taken off of the bill and further discount was offered✅ So no one can be perfect all the time ✅⛔️ but the good way of apologies✅ always makes it easier to move one and encouraging to come back Despite cold main meal this time, my hear still with the Ivy and i definitely will return there😋 but I am sure it will take me a while to convince my boyfriend it was a one off situation on cold mains🫣🙏

Food arrived cold, overpriced burger and fries that anyone could cook at home. Delivery driver rang wrong flat number and then surprised that I didn't answer, abysmal service

Ordered a takeaway an hour before pick up - arrived and it didn't seem that they knew about my online order. Waited 20 minutes for them cook it. Chicken Tikka in the bland curry was burnt and the wrong sauce with my poppadoms.... Very disappointing !!!

Really disappointed. Booked for a birthday meal. Tilgate one has always been spot on. Requested table with space for buggy - this didn’t happen. Staff kept knocking our buggy with our baby in it when they walked past. Our food came up cold, sent back, replaced cold items but not whole main which meant original items were cold. Drinks came up incorrect, incorrect items on the bill, hard to get hold of a member of staff each time. Customer service said because I didn’t have a copy of the receipt they can’t action the complaint appropriately- £100 down the drain. Avoid at all costs - ruined birthday.

We had our work party in the room above the restaurant. it was a great size for the number of people we had. The bar staff was friendly and helpful . The food amazing. The owners were great at helping us organise our party and gave us several suggestions. We all had a great night

Fantastic lunch outside, wholesome ingredients, great service and had the most friendly server in Izzy. Felt very welcome and enjoyed our dining experience.

Fabulous cakes. Couldn't fault them , absolutely delicious. Can recommend the incredible Ginger cake, Bakewell and Black forest chocolate cake. Their Baker is very talented.
