While the food is delicious, the customer service from the owner / manager of the business is disgusting, and I will never go back there because of it. I paid for meal, and she said my card did not go through for payment. I was told to swipe again, which i did and my bank statement confirms that I have paid twice for the same meal. Manager told me to come back after 3 working days to get a refund if the bank has not refunded me. She refused to refund me and told me to come back again. I have now called her twice since and she has said its not her problem. She also told me her sytem often does this. So, while I hate to speak badly of any business, I have to say that she was rude, unaccomodating and refused to give my money back. So beware when you pay for your food there.

Last-minute birthday lunch turned into a treat! Friendly staff, top-notch food—loved the goat cheese & beetroot tart, and the Korean chicken wings were a hit. Mains were delicious too, though we barely managed both courses. A gem of a local spot for great food and service—highly recommend!

Had a luke warm very uninspiring breakfast. Pre cooked bacon warmed up, no sausage on one of the full breakfast’s, no fruit, (fresh or otherwise) on the overnight oats and coffee not very hot. Out of seven of us only one person happy with their Eggs florentine. We were the only people in the restaurant at 10am so didn’t think it would be that hard to get things so wrong. Chose the venue because of rave reviews but guessed we just turned up at the wrong time of day and got unlucky. Left feeling we had got very poor value for money and unlikely to return.

Amazing cafe child friendly and really good prices would recommend to all. Friendly staff and always a good laugh

Var en tur i Calverley Grounds for en gåtur og da der kom en regn byge valgte vi at gå ind i denne lille hyggelig cafe. Her er servering både inde og ude. Hyggelig typisk engelsk. Flinke unge som var hurtige og vakse. Et fint tilbud af små retter, varmt og koldt og alt til meget rimelige priser. Vi valgte the og kager og hyggede os mens det regnede. Kan anbefales og vi vil helt sikkert gerne komme her igen.
