Decent stay here. Comfortable beds, nice showers (with good water pressure!). TV signal was pretty bad and the location on Google maps is currently wrong! Make sure you go to the pantiles as that's where it's based.

Excellent Hotel! Room was lovely and staff were brilliant. Would very much recommend. If you have mobility issues, would also recommend you let the hotel know so that they can book a room on one of the lower floors (no lift)

Didn’t stay at the hotel but had food at the restaurant. The service was amazing. Izzy/Yzzy was an exceptional staff member and cannot recommend this cozy little place enough. Food was okay 3/5 Service was exceptional 5/5 Atmosphere was good 4/5

Had an amazing brunch on Saturday last week and I was served by Claud I actually had gluten free fish sandwich which was divine. Will definitely come back here again soon. Amazing food and amazing decor and service too

Stayed here for one night as we went to a wedding nearby . The room was clean and well presented with plenty of towels, tea, and coffee tray , a large bottle of water . The hotel location is central. We had breakfast in their restaurant . The food was hot and very tasty , thank you . Would we stay here again? Yes, we would.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay, bed a little uncomfortable & small for us, personal preference, pillows good, lovely bath in a small bathroom. Hotel in a great location, friendly staff

Had a lovely meal on Saturday at Jane's 60th Party. The waiters were very nice and Polite

Went here as a catch up lunch with my husband. Food is very good, the service is fast, cocktails are delicious . Decor is pretty. We will be back.

To be fair we only had lunch here and there was absolutely nothing to fault! Great service, good easy going atmosphere and great kitchen. Had the flat iron steak and the fish and chips, a bread platter and all was immaculate! Thumbs up!
