The best restaurants in Rhoose The Vale of Glamorgan South East

We had afternoon tea for two and the best afternoon tea we have had, booking 24 hours before and you are asked what you would like in your sandwiches, we haven’t been asked that by restaurants before just hope you like what you get, the girls are so nice and friendly and attentive, the tea stand is overflowing and they will box up anything that you couldn’t eat.

Celebrated my Niece's birthday, great atmosphere and the service was amazing didn't wait long and the food was 10 out of 10. Would definitely go again and recommend.

We called in this morning for brunch. The atmosphere was a warm and cosy antidote to the fresh autumn morning outside. We were promptly greeted and shown to our table by Kym, who looked after us impeccably throughout. The menu was first rate. Sarah had the smoked salmon: it was delicious. I had the full breakfast: it was simply sensational. Matthew put together a fanatic brunch using the finest ingredients. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

We found the Fox and Hounds to be the perfect country pub in a wonderful rural location with lovely welcoming owners. The food we ordered was delicious and clearly cooked with fresh, good quality ingredients. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Highly recommended

Staff were pleasant efficient and very friendly, will definitely be going back very soon and I can’t wait to go back……..

Excellent welcome again at this lounge. This is our 2nd visit in a few months and the service is outstanding from all. Food very good.

Having just eaten here i can't fault the level of service and overall dining experience. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and efficient despite being extremely busy. I have to give a big mention to Naz.. his recommendation on the house special (lamb shatkora) was top notch ! Would recommend it to anyone who likes citrus fruits in their curry. very similar to lime pickle but better not so salty. Reasonable prices. It won't disappoint Will return in the near future

Stayed the weekend in my campervan. I was made welcome by all the staff. The food is outstanding, the best food I've tasted for a long time. Thank you all for making my short break a memorable one. I will be visiting again shortly.

Went for the fire awareness training. The fireman performing the training was knowledgeable and presented the information in a engaging manner.

Chinese and Fish n Chips Take Away. 4 star rating is for the Pie n Chips. We do not order Chinese food here as not nice. I've not had over the years a decent Chinese from here. But Pie n Chips pretty good.

Mike was an absolute gem in welcoming us to the airport. A great atmosphere and fantastic service . All around a fantastic experience! Thanks Mike for making it a great start to our day before jetting off on our holidays!
