Had a birthday party here, venue is an absolute steal for free we just paid for a cocktail tree to secure. We were given free reign to decorate and the music which was good and the party itself was good. However organisation and communication from the owner was lacking, we were told we had the venue till 7pm, then at 4pm receive via a text that we had to leave - I still had guests! We compromised on clearing the food table, however the bar staff made it very obvious they wanted us gone by their general attitude which was a real shame as we had such a great time previously and could have been prevented with better communication and planning. There is also only 1 toilet upstairs which is in desperate need of renovating and didn't have enough loo roll or soap to even last the first hour of the party. I'd come here again for drinks as they are very good, however I'd be hesitant to recommend as a party venue.

This place has gone down hill massively. New staff every time i have been in there. And every time i give them another chance im always left dissapointed compared to independent coffee shops with awesome quality beans and amazing staff to make it. Dont fall for Costas marketing tricks on different branded lattes with new fancy names. Their new "Spanish Latte" is their new marketing con to rope customers into buying something new and shiny. Their boards will look glamorous with bright colours that make you want it. Plot twist. This "Spanish Latte" tastes the same as an unflavoured normal latte. In other words. Crap. This company along with starbucks will run out of fancy branded names for their lattes soon.

The wrong pizza was delivered, phoned and told correct one was on its way. Half hour later phoned again to find out where pizza was to be told it hadn’t been made and would take another 20mins. Customer service was very rude and arrogant. Won’t be ordering food from here again

My husband and I used to eat breakfast in Caesers (next door) until they changed their menu, put their prices up as well as reducing the amount of food you get. Today we had breakfast in The Fountains tea rooms and it was delicious. Friendly welcome and table service. Hot food, actual tea cups and china teapot instead of ridiculous tall latte glasses. Cheaper breakfasts and generous portions. Thank you.

Been going weekly food has been great, the staff are lovely, would highly recommend especially on the all you can eat offer, very good value for money

I love the burgers from here they were thick and juicy. But today I don’t know what’s going on the burgers are allot thinner, dry. And the bun is tiny! Yet the prices have gone up. If you have switched butchers switch back because this burger wasn’t it. The bacon wasn’t that nice either. Chips were okey not like they use to be. So not sure if I would order again from here. Disappointed and not worth the price. Plus it took soooooo long and I don’t even live that far 😂🤷🏾‍♀️

Amazing service as always. Staff are attentive, drinks are always spot on and even during busy periods they are super efficient.

Visited Costa Coffee Barry Waterfront this afternoon. Nice place, lovely and clean. Was very busy today but the 2 young girls behind the counter were very pleasant, helpful and professional. I think one was called Faith. The coffee and toasty i had was delicious if a little pricey. I will definitely visit again.
