Caprinos Pizza in The Vale of Glamorgan

The wrong pizza was delivered, phoned and told correct one was on its way. Half hour later phoned again to find out where pizza was to be told it hadn’t been made and would take another 20mins. Customer service was very rude and arrogant. Won’t be ordering food from here again

I had to phone shop I was discussed how they took over and hour and half to deliver it cost a fortune and it was only luke warm when it finally arrived I would have canceled but getting your money back from here is a night mare I should not have paid for it wished I never ordered but I won't order again

All the food that arrived was of great quality, the only downside was that one of the deserts were missing (The Cookies).

The worst takeaway pizza I’ve had in a long time. Ordered extra cheese on my pizza and there was barely any, it was over cooked and too chewy.

Don’t waste your money. Ordered food that didn’t arrive. When we contacted the restaurant that claimed they had photo evidence of it being delivered, told them that we didn’t get it and they said they have a video of it being delivered too. So I asked for the ‘photo & video’ but clearly didn’t get it as they were lying. I then told them I want a refund and they said to call after 9pm as that is when They will be quieter. I tried calling through several times but they did not answer the phone to me. Honestly a waste of money and a very rude person on the other end of the phone claiming they can’t understand me. Save your money and go elsewhere.

was really small the deal. 4 piece pizza. which was 7" for 15 quid. JOKE . SHOULD BE LIKE 3QUID. & THE CHIPS WHERE DRY LIKE THEYD BEEN IN THE OVEN NOT EVEN FRIED . THEN MYBDRINK WAS MISSING. I recently visited Caprinos Pizza in Bary, and I was really impressed with their food. The pizzas were incredibly tasty, with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked crusts. I also tried their sides, and they were just as delicious. The flavors were spot on, and everything was served hot and fresh. Overall, a great experience for anyone craving quality pizza!

So disappointed this is our third order the service has been acceptionable the food was excellent which is why we ordered again but boy definitely not third time lucky the chips were cold and not properly cooked the pizza didn’t have the sauce on it, it was greasy and cold so were the cookies. Waiting an hour and a half for delivery to receive awful food is not great. I did call them and apparently they were really busy because of the rain!! Really

Disgusting customer service. Food 90 mins late, freezing cold burnt and uneditable. We were staying in a local hotel and it's a well known area and hotel and driver didn't have a clue where we were. Tried calling shop no one answered. Uber eats who I ordered through were useless.

Food was late and cold also was missing the drink. I guess this was because of the 25% offer they thought they could leave out items. I think they must have had a management change because it used to be really good few years ago, sad times. If u like hot food on time delivery and what you order best choose somewhere else.

Chips was cold and soggy. Wouldn’t bother as they’re only oven baked. And wasn’t nice at all. The pizza’s are also very small. Hardly any taste. Instead of fixing the order, they said they’ll give us extra on next order. Sadly won’t be a next time. Wouldn’t recommend.

They really do EPIC pizzas at Caprinos. This one I had is a 12 inch spicy beef, tandoori chicken, mushroom and Jalapeño pizza, with stuffed cheese and herbs crust. Very friendly staff working there. Highly recommend the white chocolate cookies for dessert as well.
