I renctly visited and had veg supreme pizza and it's absolutely amazing. Moreover the customer service is very good and the delivery also very quick. Highly recommend to visit this place.

Recently visited captions Barry there food was really good pizzas are mouth watering and I tried there sides are also very good and they are doing fast delivery in Barry I suggest the people who are in Barry must try the caprinos pizza 🍕

Awful food. Pizza hardly had any toppings and tasted awful. The milkshake had to go in the bin I’m afraid as well. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone buying food from here

The Mexican pizza is amazing—crispy crust, seasoned meat, beans, fresh tomatoes, and melted cheese. It’s my top pick.

I recently visited Caprinos Pizza in Bary, and I was really impressed with their food. The pizzas were incredibly tasty, with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked crusts. I also tried their sides, and they were just as delicious. The flavors were spot on, and everything was served hot and fresh. Overall, a great experience for anyone craving quality pizza!

First time of ordering but won’t be the last excellent

Disgusting customer service. Food 90 mins late, freezing cold burnt and uneditable. We were staying in a local hotel and it's a well known area and hotel and driver didn't have a clue where we were. Tried calling shop no one answered. Uber eats who I ordered through were useless.

Food was late and cold also was missing the drink. I guess this was because of the 25% offer they thought they could leave out items. I think they must have had a management change because it used to be really good few years ago, sad times. If u like hot food on time delivery and what you order best choose somewhere else.

Chips was cold and soggy. Wouldn’t bother as they’re only oven baked. And wasn’t nice at all. The pizza’s are also very small. Hardly any taste. Instead of fixing the order, they said they’ll give us extra on next order. Sadly won’t be a next time. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food was horrendous. Really poor quality, just frozen rubbish you'd find in Iceland. chicken was inedible and everything else was bland and stale

They really do EPIC pizzas at Caprinos. This one I had is a 12 inch spicy beef, tandoori chicken, mushroom and Jalapeño pizza, with stuffed cheese and herbs crust. Very friendly staff working there. Highly recommend the white chocolate cookies for dessert as well.

Delicious! We had a large pizza, jalapeño cream cheese and curly fries. The pizza was soooo good and so were the fries and jalapeños. Would recommend! Seemed very quiet for a Friday evening though!!

Really nice pizza and food always arrives on time and always fresh. Far Better than Dominos and also unlike Dominos they actually deliver to the people who cannot travel to collect. Caprinos not only provides good food but looks after everyone the community. Will always choose caprinos

Chips were hard, tasted not fully cooked. Ordered here before but this wasn't a great meal unfortunately.

I very rarely have any complaints when it comes to the quality of the food that comes from Caprino’s, there’s a reason why they’ve been nominated for so many/won awards.

Fast delivery, food was ok but pizza was unfortunately undercooked, if it had been cooked enough I can tell it would've been incredible. Fries were good, many take out fires end up soggy but they were nice and crispy. Also weird that I received a dip that wasn't vegan with my vegan pizza.

Order was delivered a little late BUT we had a message to say it had been delayed and in reality it was only five minutes. Appreciated being notified though. Considering it was lunchtime and Christmas Eve, was not a problem. Pizza was beautifully thin crust, lots of topping and was super tasty. First time ordering but definitely won't be the last.

Staff were very rude and hung up the phone when I called to check my order had gone through. Late delivery and poor customer service. Would not order from here again.

Excellent pizza, always arrives hot and the pizza is always presentable and properly cut! A far cry from some pizzas I've had delivered from around that arrived looking like the dog's breakfast in a box. Delivery guys are always polite and overall, great service and delicious pizza at an affordable cost!

Awful service , food not good enough to make up for it! Spent over £35 on pizza for my sons 13th birthday treat. It was supposed to be delivered in less than 40 min. An hour later and no delivery. Phoned the shop to check on it, only to be hung up on before I could say hello!! I redialed and just kept getting a busy signal. At. 8.30 pm the food finally arrived, a whole 90 mins after ordering, driver was apologetic. Opened the food and they had substituted items we ordered for other things WITHOUT consultation. I rang the shop, surprisingly I now got through. He advised they had run out of stuff and seemed totally disinterested. I advised I was complaining but he didn't care and hung up again. The substitution should not have been done. They should have called to explain they don't have what we wanted and given us the chance to cancel but they obviously want all the cash they can so they chose to ignore the fact that the substitute item could possibly have triggered an allergic reaction in someone with allergies but they didn't bother to check, I hate to say it but I don't think they give a damn about thier customers. I've been waiting over a week for a reply or acknowledgement of my email complaint but not heard anything . Will not be using them again.

The food was as great as the last time I had ordered from here - The delivery could have been a little better, last time I ordered they were 5 minutes early, this time it was 15 minutes late, which is not consistent what so ever, it might have to do with the size of my order, but even then I’d still expect it to be within the time frame.

They gave me an Hawaiian with BBQ sauce which I definitely didn't ask for the BBQ sauce. Now I can't get in contact with them because I think they've taken their phone off the hook

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid £25 for my food including deliver fees. I then receives my order late, and incorrect. I have tried contacting the store 88 times in total and had nothing, call cancelled. I then take myself to the store where there is just one man working behind the counter I says my foods incorrect id like a refund please, he could not even give me a correct refund. £15 I had back for that. I paid £10 for 5 pieces of chicken and a bottle of coke. Who are you trying to

It is a bit pricey to pay for a 9” pizza, small thin fries and desert that costs 2.99 in total over £21 with delivery. And i got charged a bag fee, and didn’t even come in a bag 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ Guys working there are lovely and I know that business get charged fees, but still 😬
