We were missing kids cheeseburger and the meal was cold

Very poor quality food served from this place.

Never have an issue, food is always fresh and warm. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Really enjoy going as weekly treat.

1.5hrs from order to delivery. Food was cold on arrival.

Cold food small portions terrible value for money

Ordered a takeaway - 1. Double Bacon Cheeseburger 1. Whopper 1. Fries 1. Chicken Doritos fries (9). This was what I got. The disappointing double bacon cheeseburger was an absolute joke. I mean, what even is that? It tasted exactly how it looked. Whopper was a whopper. Fries obviously were cold (Why would I even expect anything else). Chicken fries were ok. Now the bombshell. Ask yourself how much would you pay for this ? £1, £3, £7 ? No. You can have all this for £20!!!!!!! + some change. I’m not expecting much in Wales, as it seems the high standards here are considered average everywhere else. But this has completely taken me by surprise. It’s not even very bad. It’s worst. The only other thing I expect from this experience is food poisoning. (Wouldn’t be surprised).

Unable to order via drivethru as the intercom was still not working properly. Gave up after a frustrating attempt with the lady on the other end and went to the kfc 50yrds away... no such issues there..

I ordered delivery for 5:30. its did not arrive til 6 oclock.

Amazing service. Always cater to my son’s additional needs with food. I use this restaurant daily and cannot thank them enough. Kazia will always go above and beyond to help us.

Been coming here weekly for a long time and it’s still just as good as when it first open I never have any complaints with the service or food

Dont waste your time ordering meals. they never send the drinks that are ordered.

Driver very friendly and efficient

Chicken royal meal ordered with hot chocolate via drivethrough with another meal. Whoever produced the hot chocolate failed to notice that the hot chocolate had run out. As my partner had gone on his own it wasn't noticed until given to me at home. Surely when the lids are placed on the drink the white watery liquid within the cup would be the giveaway that something was wrong. We were unfortunately unable to go back for replacement. Please burger King staff keep your eyes on the job at hand

It's a burger king what can I say some good offers on the app had a 6 min wait for my food but was hot fresh and nice lovely whopper meal. Drive though was ok operators well polite and friendly. Worth a visit with a discount code from the app if you a bk fan

I’m guessing by the temperature of the food that the timing on the app is controlled by the delivery driver. It was obviously collected 10- 15 minutes before the app showed as prepared. The food was lukewarm warm, so I won’t be using just eat again.

The delivery time was being pushed an pushed for over an hour. We needed up having to give our daughter something else for her tea. When it arrived it was cold and soggy, we have had to put the chips in the microwave. Very poor. Will not be ordering again

Overcharged, should have come to £17.80, charged me £38.90 for two burgers. No receipt in bag, so no recourse. Avoid if I were you.

I have not received the second bag of my order. I have spoken to the restaurant and they have confirmed that there was 2 bags to be given and the delivery driver did not give this to me so in fact stole food. There was 2 children’s meals in that orde

I've been to this burger king MULTIPLE times and every experience has only gotten worse. The toilets are CONSTANTLY dirty, the bins are always overflowing, the food is mediocre at best or more often than not COMPLETELY wrong, i have waited up to 30 minutes for my order before, and the customer service is TERRIBLE, the short female manager with glasses has never been accommodating and has never apologised for getting an order wrong, refuses to smile and has a very dismissive attitude which i would expect from the teenagers that they hire but she is in fact manager. I will never be having food here again and neither should you. If you want burger king there's one 15 minutes away in Cardiff Bay.
