Went through the drive through, a bit slow but cheerful service

I nearly choked on a large bone in my “boneless” burger & the restaurant haven’t even bothered to contact me.

food was ready at 18.09... delivered at 18.42, by then it was cold... within the time limit, just. although the time changed getting later

kids chips was shocking they are about 5 chips in the box what is going on

Good food, accomodating staff and a convenient location. All and all, happy with my dine in experience.

placed order around 8.30 ish,got delivered around 9.55 and food was cold..everything I checked for update delivery time got later and later..not happy at all with them

Not terrible but they need to ease up on the sauces, there's WAY too much Ketchup and Mayo in a Whopper. Felt like I was eating a Condiment Burger instead of a Beef Burger

Staff always friendly, food always hot no matter what time of day. Eat here every week and never disappointed

I paid for a whopper with no tomato or pickle. I paid extra for cheese. I got practically a plain whopper. Only tomato sauce. No onions. No cheese or the other white sauce they use. All other food was correct and hot. However being that the main was mine and not as I asked for and not without the extra I paid for I’m not impressed. As I then had to supplement my burger with my own ingredients. Defeats the purpose of customisation

Whether you decide on the eat-in or the take-away option, Burger King always offers that great taste with a matching price. Staff are friendly and efficient. There is ample seating and also plenty of parking - including disabled parking right at the door. Certainly worth a visit.

Shockingly late with freezing cold nuggets and chips. Really disappointed :(. My daughter wanted a weekend treat and everything was cold.

The delivery driver didn't turn up. had to go down with 2 nine year-old kids to pay again for food that didn't turn up. Staff were sound just eat delivery are garbage this time

Order placed before 15:30 and delivered at 16:20, despite being given an estimated delivery time of 16:00. Would’ve understood if i ordered a lot but was only burger,fries and drink, surely it would not take that long to prepare and deliver considering its only local. Very disappointing.

Had a drive through. Got home and discovered hadn't received 1 of the meals. Went back and gave wrong meal. Absolutely useless staff there, all too young too care.

The courier was great but sadly the food was not. The burgers were very small, very little bacon, and the whole meal was less than lukewarm warm. We felt extremely ripped off for the food that we paid a lot for. The chips were underdone and some were cold. Sorry Burger King, it was very disappointing.

I used to be so pleased with this restaurant. Eat in or delivery, it was always hot and fresh. However. Recently I have twice ordered on just eat and when the food arrived items have been missing. One time it was the burger of a main meal. The last time it was 20 chicken nuggets. Despite me leaving a message to please not forget the sauce that comes free with them. Well I got neither. I called the store both times and got the old “go to just eat for a refund” yeah that’s easier said than done. I called the store because clearly whoever is packing the food now, disregards all messages and can’t tick off what they place in a bag. Terrible customer service

Livid. Second time that again things are missing. Despite a note. No 20 nuggets. Or the sauces. Last time my burger wasn’t delivered and just a sheepish sorry from the restaurant. Last order for us. Pathetic

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant last night When I went to order at the counter, the staff told me to use the self-service kiosks instead. While I understand they are promoting this new technology, the young blonde woman came across as rude in her approach. I didn’t receive a paper receipt at the end. After waiting 10 minutes to receive my food, I noticed concerning practices like staff picking their nose while preparing food! Keeping food warm in the fry station. Multiple staff members had untidy uniforms with only one wearing an apron , which made me wonder about the general hygiene standards. While most of the staff seemed totally lost, only two employees who stood out in a positive way and knew what they were doing I don’t know their names but the tall man with glasses who was out the back and the female employee bagging orders at the fry station. I left feeling disappointed by the unclean conditions, poor service and difficult technology. I hope Burger King can work out these kinks because I believe there is an opportunity to improve.
