The best restaurants in Chilworth, Nursling and Rownhams Test Valley South East

Lived in village 10 plus years. First visit to Pipasa. Won’t be going back. It was ok but there is much much better Indian meals to be had and much better quality. The open kitchen allowed me to view rice being moved from pot to pot by hand which isn’t great. In this day n age we should not be getting reheated chicken breast either. They need to sharpen up at Pipasa.

So far I’ve tried a Kebab and a Burger and they were both delicious, good quality meat and quick and friendly service and the Chips are the best !

I took my mum here for mother daughter afternoon tea and it was amazing! The decor is so cute. The service, we had a Greek man (I think he was Greek!) I didn’t catch his name sorry, but he was the sweetest man, amazing customer service! The afternoon tea is very very reasonably priced, unlimited hot drinks including lattes/cappuccinos etc. The portion size was very large! We asked for it to be boxed up to take away as we couldn’t eat it all! Could have easily fed 3/4. The scones came out warm and fluffy which made mum super happy and after we walked the wonderful grounds in the sunshine before leaving! Brilliant day, brilliant service, brilliant price. Would recommend and I will be back :)

Celebramos una cena de Navidad y fiesta para una sociedad universitaria con más de 80 personas aquí y tuvimos una gran noche! Todo el personal era muy servicial tanto con la organización del evento como en la noche misma. La comida era particularmente buena, con un montón de cumplidos de los asistentes. Muy recomendable para cualquier evento similar.

Great pub with a modern feel but still has character. Open fires and leather chairs etc. Food is great, a little more expensive than your average pub but this is reflected in the quality. Great beer garden and ample parking. Dog friendly too. Probably the best pub in the Nursling/Rownhams area.

The meat was missing from my roast dinner

We went to the Balmoral today, the service was terrible we was given a table and just left there, the woman never asked us what we was haveing, as we have never been there before we was just sitting there then a man come over with a really bad attitude and brout our drinks we was told there was no turkey so basically you only had one meat choice, which was beef, the beef was horrible the vegs wasn't nice either, the potatoes and Yorkshire pudding was nice but that was it, although we have had breakfast before and that was nice, but wouldent recomened the roast .

A slight delay of 10 min when booking in due to customer in front having registration problems. A self book in terminal would have helped.

Just walked across from the airport for a pre flight dinner. Easy twenty minute walk. Dinner was great, service super. Recommended

Very efficient service from lovely staff Food of a good standard. Halloumi burger rather plain with only a tiny salad which was the only disappointment. The padrón peppers were perfect

Not first time when buying coffee from Rowanhams services , Costa drive thru on M27, every single time the service was poor and coffee so hot that I had to wait 30-40 min so I can drink it . Just last week I stopped again there and the coffee was boiling hot almost burn my hand and the lady who served me the coffee had very dirty hands and nails , I was disgusted and couldn’t drink the coffee as she touched the top of the cup and press the lid with the whole dirty hand and nails, so at the next service I just bin it, even if I paid £5 for it , which is a lot for what you get.

La habitación estaba bien y el personal está bien, pero la comida es terrible para el precio, muy mala selección para elegir y no la mejor comida cuando se entrega. £ 15 . 95 por 6 pequeños trozos de pollo en una niñera de goma con un poco de lechuga.
