Do NOT eat here unless you are ok with waiting over an hour for your food.... I asked for a refund and left, starving, after 1 hour and 5 minutes waiting. They refunded with no apology.

Not much to say it’s a McDonalds. Food was very hot but it wasn’t a busy period. Staff and service was quick and efficient. No receipts in the kiosk which is annoying. Other than that it met expectations.

I've been using lucky 8 for years and would rate one of the best my last order was no were as good sorry but very poor have they changed management dave

Fuimos a la sala principal a las 7. 30 y no se nos dio bebida gratuita (como se prometió en la descripción de la comida de Navidad). Preguntó a 2 personas que dijeron que lo investigarían. Finalmente acorralado el gerente que dijo, tomamos bebidas para todos los que estaban en la habitación en ese momento y... ¡Entonces se fue! Absolutamente impactante, repugnante comportamiento de un supuesto gerente. Nunca vendrá aquí de nuevo. No es así como manejas un negocio. Y la comida estaba seca y de mal gusto. No prometas una bebida gratis si no te vas a asegurar de que todos la tomen.

I had a wonderful dinner with my wife at The Bracken Place restaurant inside The Hilton Doubletree Hotel in Chilworth, Southampton, England on our trip to our Norwegian cruise. First the restaurant manager, Gee, was so pleasant and helpful to us as we entered the restaurant. She made us feel very welcome and glad that we had come to the restaurant. Our server, Bashu, did an excellent job helping us with the excellent menu. My wife had the vegetable curry and rice and I had the beef brisket. Our food was delicious and we also had the watercress/cheddar/ale soup to start. My wife claims that is the best soup she has ever had! So, if you are coming Southampton to join a cruise or just visiting lovely Southampton, please try The Bracken Place restaurant.

We were going to have a Leon's but having seen Chozen Noodle we ordered from them. I had the Red Thai curry with noodles which was very nice. Daughter had the chicken katsu curry which she said was ok.

The concophany of beeps and whistles coming from the kitchen area is deafening. I don't understand how the staff can just ignore the constant demand from all the machines. It would drive me insane being there longer than the six or seven minutes it took to produce two cups of tea and a mini flurry.
