What a dump, service was terrible and there is enough filth everywhere to start an epidemic, even the flies stay away

Just stopped for a quick coffee. Whilst waiting at the counter for our coffee my husband pointed out to me a teacake that was in the cabinet next to the till. It was absolutely disgusting because it was covered in flies!!! We mentioned it to the girl serving and she said "I know we don't serve that one it's been there a long time" What!!! We only had coffee, would not eat there!!!

We stopped here for drinks to go on our way with the grandkids to the seaside. My grand daughter is gluten intolerant, when I asked if their hot chocolate was gluten free my request was handled brilliantly. The lady knew how to check and did so in a careful and unhurried way (despite a small queue building behind!) They made sure the drink was prepared in a freshly washed jug and served it separately. Exceptional service!! Brandon if you are reading this, thank you!

Decent pit stop en route to Southampton for the yearly cruise. Been coming here the last nine years.

Just observed young costa lady ‘Amy’ when visiting the facilities helped a lady with Parkinson or some condition of that sorts who was struggling. Poor Amy only went into use the facilities herself and ended up supporting this lady for a good 10minutes- whilst her colleague Marzena just walked out without offering to support. Well done Amy!! You’re in the wrong role my dear!! By being aware and caring you saved that woman’s dignity at a clearly difficult time in her life!! I hope you are recognised!!

Friendly service but poor coffee

So slow, defeats the purpose of drive-thru. Fundamentally limited by the throughput of making coffee, but also by all of the food options and people ordering lunch. Should focus on coffee and speed things up.

Talk about hopeless they asked if I wanted a cold coffee and when the coffee came through I had to go over to McDonald's for sweeteners just go to McDonald's

Been here lots of time before and it has been great however the coffee was a bit watery and cake a bit disappointing.

It's rare to see someone butcher a coffee quite so eloquently, first scalding the milk to something approximating the surface of the sun, next dumping it into a cup before also dumping the shots of coffee on top. Wasn't even busy or a rush period. Wasn't expecting much and was still disappointed.

Whole place seems refreshed and improved. Friendly and efficient service.

Had a large latte. Very pleasant.

Coffee and toastie. Just what you need

The concept is good, but it's just far to slow. Me and a mate did a test. He managed to park up, walk in to servicers order his coffee and get out before I had collected mine in the drive thru. Staff can only seem to make one drink at a time, not very efficient at all. If there is more then 4 cars infront of you. Go inside. It's quicker.
