This is honestly the best Chinese takeaway we’ve ever had! No exaggeration. It’s fresh, full of flavour and doesn’t leave you feeling bloated or sick like others do! We’ve had several from here and have not been disappointed!

The rice smells like it's been cooked in old dish water very dry!!! Don't bother with the kunpo chicken it's Rank!!! Weird taste and smell, curry sauce is filth, such a horrible taste, chips are like dry bits of cardboard . Stay clear of this place the chef doesn't know what his doing, the most simple things to cook and the fudge it!!!! RUFFFF AS A BADGERS BACK END!!!

Not very good deep fried king prawns and crab claws didn't come with any sauce. You would expect to have condiments.

Was useful being Chinese and English takeaway, Chinese was pretty good, as was the cod and chips, neither were as good as my favourites but it's useful to get mixed foods from same delivery and it's pretty close to best.

Seen some bad reviews on here, but personally found it to be a lovely takeaway, food nice and hot, delivered quickly and before the estimated time, meat seemed fairly good quality, no complaints from me would definitely recommend and will use again in future

Absolutely disgraceful service. Food over an hour late and completely unable to get through to them on the phone to get an update on order. Ended up driving to them to collect and refused a refund of service charge and delivery charge. Second time this has happened. Will never use again.

Not been here in years, thought I'd wwalk over and give it a go as rembered their Chicken balls in sweet and sour, amazing and lovely and hot still when I got back home. Will be walking to them again and go thru their chicken menu... Oh and wasn't robbed got so much I couldn't finish it!

food was terrible. sweet and sour bland curry was like a congealed lump of sauce on top of plain sliced chicken with water at the bottom of the tub. chips hard soup was like syrup. dont waste ya money on this place

Fast deliveries they charge a small fee. The environment is clean, covid regulations observed wear masks when you whilst placing your order & waiting to take out. Polite and helpful staff. Tasty meals if you really know what you like. Menu is loaded with wide selection of dishes, sauces all sorts. I highly recommend everyone to try it if you haven't already.

These guys are pretty good. If you're in the mood for chips their smoked chips are nice. Their satay sauce used to be amazing, it would have pushed this review to 5 star. Sadly it changed, it is the worst satay sauce I have eaten.

Munchy Box! Its amazing. But not just that, the delivery is prompt and earlier than estimated. Nice and friendly delivery drivers. Food is piping hot and super delicious. Never had a bad meal from here.

Oh man, I really don't want to be writing this. Until recently this was *the* Chinese if you'd opt for that cuisine. A month ago our food was 2 hours late and we were told there was only one driver. Fair enough, one off, it happens. This weekend just gone... The same situation. Two and a half hours on from ordering for delivery, we had to go and pick up the food. It's all very well apologising for only having one driver but... Employ another on the busier nights and maybe courtesy call the people who have ordered to keep them posted. That's two consecutive times this has happened.

Previously had been very good (5 star) but last 3 delivered orders have been very late and obviously kept warm as food was congealed and not piping hot. One order when we phoned were told it was out for delivery, when we phone half hour later were told it was still in the kitchen. Don't know what the problem is but won't be using again sadly.

I love this place !! It has a great variety of different foods and is really tasty !! The chicken can sometimes be a little dry but still tastes good enough to eat :) The delivery people are friendly and so are the staff in shop. If there is ever any problems they are quite quick to sort them out. :)

Chinese noodle dishes are absolutely amazing. The only Chinese takeaway I will have, the Singapore noodles are outstanding every single time I order and my family always order from here whenever they visit. Compliments to the chef and the staff.

If I could give zero star I would had fish and chips at 6pm last night and I have jot had a wink of sleep been throwing up all night plus me and the loo have made good friends... Can't point finger to the food but it's been ever since I'd eaten the fish.. making doctors appointment first thing as I'm am 6months pregnant

Missed parts of my order on the last 2 occasions food is ok but nothing amazing and probably not worth the price. Not sure but think it might have changed owners recently.

Not even a 1 star. Absolutely vile. 1st missing a rice so I got a curry no rice. 2nd I had a duck chow main which had chicken in also chicken fat and skin. Way too much sauce and the sauce is vile. 3rd Crispy shredded beef wasn’t crispy but was soggy and chewy. Only half a portion. Too much veg hardly any meat. Half the pot was sauce which tasted vile. 4th. Curry is not fresh and had been frozen previously. The meat chewier then gum. 5th made me so ill. I’ve been puking. 6th The person on the phone can’t speak basic English. 7th It’s a service so they could have at least have a smile even if it’s fake. Want a refund but can’t speak to person on phone. Never ordering from there again. Such a shame was amazing when Allison was there.

Food very poor - chips were obviously re heated, but were cold and horrid. Chow main was cold and soggy. Not good value for money either. Would never go back

Had a mixture of items and all tasted of fish and way too much grease. The pork looked grey and old. I perservered after spending alot on this meal. And have been feeling not well ever since. Cannot be certain it was the food but coincidentally the illness came on after with both me and my partner

Gone down hill Nasty food.. chips cold as usual batter so thick its raw on the inside the fish is discoloured so it went in the bin rice is hard and cold best thing is to be shut down

Best Chinese takeaway in Andover

Poor quality. Egg fried rice had no peas and hardly any egg and did not taste right and chicken balls were very hard and over cooked

This is an excellent Chinese takeaway reorder from here a lot the curry is amazing the staff of friendly and the delivery drivers are very prompt definitely recommended

Food was alright but the chicken Curry was only lukewarm, the delivery was 25mins late and I was insulted by the delivery driver. Lost loyal customer. Go to peeking chef cost a little bit more but their customer service is spot on.

After waiting over an hour for our order to be delivered which was cold, we realised we were missing an item. Phoned them only to be told we’d have to have it taken off our next order as they are too busy to deliver missing item. There wont be a next order.

After night not impressed with the service which is a shame as food is lovely. But missing items off our order. Then getting our drink wrong not once but twice. I do not think we will be ordering again any time soon.

This place only looks dated but they serve brilliant food take away and they also deliver. You can as well ring and order over the phone and collect when ready.

Very disappointed with the food. Over charged for a king prawn curry with prawn fried rice £17.20 + delivery and I got loads of egg shell in the rice . I won't be using this Chinese again when I'm in Andover

Thought we give this Chinese another go after long waited deliveries and cold chewy food. Again they got it wrong food didn't arrive after an hour so called and it had not even been cooked. Lady on phone was rude. Got refunded and cancelled order and would never order from there again.

Lovely jubilee nice food service with a smile

They may have been on a slippery slope a couple of years back, but they've hired new chefs and cashier staff, improved their menus, have hired a delivery driver and improved their hygiene standards. Not only that, but their duck dishes are perfect and serve the best udon noodles I have ever tasted. They say that time is a healer, and this definately applies to this small resturaunt. Please give them another chance. Totally worth another shot.
