Really bad customer service, staff huffed when asked to get a parcel.

Zero Customer Services ,these indo/Srilankan Stuff are always rude & they always lying that they dont have space for parcel even morning 8am they are full wish i can upload pics here both of them that lady & man but i just want to say avoid this station they are very rude whenever i visit this place they are rude but sadly i have one option for yodel collection …

If zero stars were an option that’s what I would have left. Zero customer service and completely epitomises the ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude. Refused to take a parcel yet again due to the size. If I can carry it into the store with one hand it’s obviously not to heavy or to large to be placed behind the counter. If taking yodel parcels from a customer and placing them behind the counter requires that much effort and that much difficulty I would suggest you need to find better staff. In a world where shops and convenient stores are finding it difficult to survive a little help and customer service goes a long way. I will no longer be using the store or getting my weekly fuel here either. I can’t be bothered with the attitude from staff members and the constant coin toss as to whether a parcel will be accepted or not from the chief refuser.

Don’t get fuel here. Woman is very rude.

Always friendly and helpful staff when visiting the petrol station. The store is always kept clean, tidy and well stocked. BP prices so fairly expensive but that is to be expected. Will happily return again.

Avoid this petrol station at all costs! I thought I was the only person having the issue thinking how extremely rude their staff is, I’ve now tried to send a parcel with them for the 5th time, every time they said they had no space to take it , and this time I was ‘lucky’ to get it accepted. Two Indian girls were chatting and laughing behind the till, I stood like an idiot right in front of them waiting to get served. I approached a young lady with kindness, greeted her , then I asked if they could take my parcel , so she took the scanner , scanned my parcel , gave me the label for me to stick on the parcel, when I finished I gave her the parcel, she took it and THREW IT ON THE FLOOR! And I mean it, it wasn’t put down on the floor, it wasn’t dropped, it was launched across the floor ! Which was a shock to me, she looked at me arrogantly as if to say, have I got a problem with that.. I was so shocked I couldn’t even comment on that. I then asked if she’d mind taking the backing of the label to put in the bin , to what she said, no, we haven’t got a bin here I laughed in awe! She said take it with you! I was totally gobsmacked, so I took it and put it in the Costa machine bin which is at the exit… I mean seriously?! What sort of service is that? Where do you even get this sort of employees from?

Same story as many others. Claim to offer collect+/YODEL parcel drop off and refuse to take parcel as it's "too big". My Parcel was within the dimensions set by the service. Lazy attitude towards helping me and no help at all. Avoid.

What a bunch of useless muppets

Yodel is clearly an inconvenience to you. Always to capacity for parcel drop off. Staff are rude, unapproachable. Zero from me, I avoid this store.

Always an excuse not to take my parcels, poor customer service

The lady in there was very unhelpful refused to take my parcel I’ve been in there multiple times and they’ve always got an excuse not to help me, very poor customer services on their behalf. Ended up going else were and they was very helpful don’t go here if your looking to drop off parcels

I give up trying to send parcels from this place! I’ve lost count how many times they’ve refused to take my parcels. I spoke to dpd and they said under no circumstances should they be refusing parcels. This isn’t just a recent thing either. Terrible service!!

Staff are friendly, it's roughly the same price as the nearby Tesco, but less queuing...

Common guys, always in the morning there is no place for yodel drop-off parcel 📦 . It has happened for a 3 times for last month. And always problem with man-cashier. And then afternoon always good with women-cashier. But always I lost my time in the morning! Is it hard to do more space for parcels?

Tried to drop off a Yodel parcel today. Cashier (Amad) showed complete disregard in trying to help. He refused to take the parcel firstly claiming health and safety issue as there was no storage, storage room had plenty of space. Then he claimed there was a daily 20 parcel limit. Even if these points were true, he was genuinely rude and needlessly escalated the situation. Horrible customer service.

So disrespectful I went to top upy electricity and apparently they don't do my bits there when clearly they do as done it before and so rude towards me clear no manners was taught when they was growing up

Visited BP for the first time. The guy at the checkout was very helpful. Had a good experience.

Guys on the register saw I was having trouble with my hip. When I said I needed to check tyre pressures as well as buying fuel one of them came out and did it for me. Brilliant service.

I used it the other day and i must of seen at least 3 people enter without wearing a mask for which the shop management didn't bat an eyelid.

absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff! first of all i like to say i made a honest mistake and left my wallet in my lorry but had my taco card in my pocket and thought my wallet was in my bag. i showed the employee my driver card from my pocket and he snatched it and said you can have it back when i pay which he is not allowed to do what so as it illegal so i phoned 101 and because he said to(trying to call my bluff). while i was waiting to get through to 101 i got my card back. his co-worker had then said to lock the door and don't let him leave so now we got false imprisonment as well which is also illegal when I had gotten through the lady on the phone asked me to try the door again and to my surprise it was open because he clearly knew he was in the wrong. the officer on the phone told him to take my details and allow me to go to work to get my wallet so he threw a pen at me and some paper and with a right attitude told me to write my details down. this will be reported to bp as you are representing their brand.

Rude staff,today was the last time I’ve been there!talking about garage staff

Listed on internet as a fuel station which accepts Key Fuels card. The chap working there said they don't. Couldn't really try resolve issue with him as he could barely speak English.

Expensive fuel, nothing else really to tell you.

Was open a 6:30 pm Xmas day. Which was great

24hr petrol station, hot drinks , a microwave to heat food, magazines , toilet facilities, maps , sandwiches, tobacco , drive through car was and they accept card payment.

Attendant wasn't very helpful or pleasant and the fuel prices are quite expensive, especially as there is a tesco garage across the road which is cheaper

Nice petrol station, competitive prices, has a good selection of goods in the shop. Staff are friendly.

Cheap good friendly people and collect club card points for sainburys

Listed cheapest unleaded fuel prices out side but did not fasilitat at this station. I strongly recommend to avoid this station at all cost.
