Most people say it's the best chip shop in Reading..... they are not wrong.

Esta debe haber sido la 4ª visita al Cilentro. Siempre combinamos con una noche en el hotel. La comida siempre es fantástica, el ambiente es muy refinado y nos hace sentir especiales para una noche. El servicio es siempre de servidores muy agradables y educados. No puedo esperar hasta que volvamos de nuevo.

Unpretentious cafe with a great selection of Brazilian delicacies and excellent coffee. Very friendly and informative serving staff. This was our first visit but certainly won't be our last. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience at Costa! The staff Jithin were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He took the time to chat and made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. The service was quick, and the coffee was perfect. It’s so refreshing to meet people who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Costa team, for a lovely experience—I’ll definitely be back!”

Reception staff were not attentive and didn’t even smile when he served us on arrival. The room was standard and didn’t feel like a family room, just two small beds pushed up against the double bed. This was less room than a lot of the other premier inn hotels we have stayed at. The hotel bar and restaurant closed at 9:30pm without any notice, so if you want to stay up late then maybe choose another hotel nearby. Positives were the lovely host / cleaning staff in the restaurant at breakfast time and the free parking.

Temporarily Closed as of 12th December 2023. According to the poster on the door, they are negotiating with the landlord and hope to refurb and reopen in the new year.

Good place for a pint before football ⚽️ and watching Reading FC this season you will need a pint , or 10 👍🏻🍺🤪

Great cooked breakfast and Guinness

My favorite coffee shop. I love oat milk cappuccino, everytime same great taste. I love chai latte too. With extra syrup it taste like masala chai.

Was yesterday with my family for lunch.Pub was clean and tidy,food came out in time , was hot and fresh.Staff was very helpful and thank you for that to Cornelia,Claire,Mia and Definitely will come back.
