The best restaurants in Abbey Reading South East

The service of this place has REALLY GONE DOWNHILL. Been going here since 2017 and eating every now and then but visited them two days ago and got served by some Asian guy who clearly is either underpaid for the job or can’t be arsed. Taking incorrect orders, correcting them, not charging correctly, then demanding more payment, and the attitude of the guy was really stinking. I won’t be returning again, terrible service and terrible people, find food spots two minutes away, you have Mr Ts and Pepes.

Went for a night out on Friday, lovely staffs and crowd. Downside was the DJ mixing with no consistency and throwing random songs about, not blending the music into each other. This is my first time here, so maybe music might be better another night. Security was well organised and respectful, overall a great place and mixed crowd.

I absolutely love this place! It’s clean, the view is beautiful, and the food is fantastic. The croissants are absolutely delicious. Paired with a salted caramel frappé — the best I’ve ever had! The staff is friendly, quick, and attentive, always making sure the tables are clean. I truly enjoy coming here.

Rude staff who don’t care about hospitality

One of the most attractive Indian restaurants I have been to on the River Thames. The food is very good and tasty. I have had a lot of exodus Indian restaurants and this is one of the best.

4th time no fries in happy meals! no refund being issued rather fed up

Used the royal tandoori located inside the hotel. Use on a regular basis and never disappointed.

四川火鍋を近くで食べた後で冷やかしがてら訪問。日本の立ち食いの様に茹でたうどんが1食分ごとに置かれており嫌な予感がしたが、予想通り全く腰が無かった。かけ汁も讃岐風ではなく醤油色味が強かった。現地人はパスタも野菜も茹で過ぎが好みなので仕方が無いか。次回は日本式で提供出来るか確認して、出来ない場合は要らないといって去る様にします。唯一の救いは英国にしては安価でした。
