McDonald's in Reading

The food came late and was cold on top of that McDonalds do better man🤦‍♀️.

Driver was great but the order took over an hour longer to prepare than it should have. The food arrived cold. This is clearly restaurant error

I love big tasty the original and the one with mushroom, try it and see that I am telling you the truth, the chicken strips are awesome, although I didn't find big tasty in London last time I visited, I hope they will go back to make it available

the waiting time for the order is very long I have been waiting for over an hour and still nothing. I do not recommend

our order had been pushed back 4 times, when the driver arrived he'd gone to the wrong location and when we tried to find him he marked it as delivered and left without giving us our order. the service was abysmal and we still do not have our order.

The delivery driver went above and beyond to ensure the food was delivered considering the half marathon had shut most roads

Everything is always ok with the food. The only problem is that there are always too many people on the weekend and the waiting time is long.

I had an order that the delivery person was making multiple drops from multiple companies, hence waiting on other orders and travelling to other shops.. Food was stone cold, colder than the drinks

We are still awaiting our order. The delivery rider mistakenly gave us the wrong order. Since he was still nearby, we informed him about the mix-up. He mentioned that he would return to the restaurant to retrieve the correct order. However, we have not yet received our correct order.

Rider went the extra mile, literally, as we have a difficult address to find, not sure why but the same issue with any delivery service every time. Really appreciated the rider's efforts to get the food to us. McDonalds had missed a nugget though, only 3 instead of 4.

My order was never delivered even though the update says it was. The only way I can contact someone was via email. The reply is they will look into it and get back to me. Rubbish! Someone needs to be on the end of a phone call when something isn’t delivered. Had to pay again to re order!!!!

driver had spilt my drink left with mouth fill and out my food in bags in the wet ground which when handed to me food fell out off the bottom

My 8 yrs old child absolutely loved playing the games, which were on an iPad-style screen, and I couldn’t resist joining in the fun too! It was such a wonderful bonding experience for both of us at MacD after her school. The ambience and food was absolutely amazing.

Cola was flat and watered down. Chicken nuggets were old and chips were cold and stale. Barbecue sauce never arrived and burger was messed all over the bag. Only good thing was our nice delivery driver

My husband and I ordered via mcdelivery from the app for our dinner. We waited but items were missing from our order. Tried to contact the store but they are not answering. Uber eats and the courier were of no help either. Very bad experience.

Amazing McDonald's, lots of space, warmth, beautiful view of the river. Delicious potatoes and McPlant!! Very fast service, no queue on weekdays at 15:00 🤩

It's awful in there. There seems to be loads of fruit flies everywhere so you can't enjoy your food in peace, and makes you wonder why there are so many flies in the first place.

Delivery driver was useless he went to the wrong address and kept calling me to come outside and collect I tried telling him 10 times he was at the wrong address and that I was outside the correct one but he would not listen and his english was poor

Food is not worth the prices, they’ve raised all the prices but they’ve made everything smaller. Fries was really bad, very hard and it was cold, the chicken sandwich was cold and it wasnt fresh at all, there was no straw with the coke.

I recently visited McDonald’s in Reading and had an excellent experience. Their burgers are the best! I highly recommend trying the McCrispy, McChicken, and the MySpicy burgers. Each one is delicious and perfectly cooked. The McCrispy has a delightful crunch, the McChicken is always a classic favorite, and the MySpicy adds just the right amount of heat. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient. What really stands out is the happiness that a good meal at McDonald’s brings. McDonald’s was founded upon the idea that you would get your food within 30 seconds of ordering. What this one has attempted is an embarrassment we ordered 2 drinks and 16 orders were served ahead of ours despite it being ready to collect and another 16 were set to go. Something that usually takes 5 minutes has now taken 25

Instead of giving me 9x Chicken Selects, they gave me 9x Nuggets. Do I have to start opening my food in front of the staff to make sure that I receive the correct order and I'm not being swindled? Disappointing.

Forgot to put two orders of fries as well as the dips in the bag. Poor service, won't be ordering again.
