McDonald's in Reading

One of my items was missing and nobody did anything to resolve the issue.

Food was luke warm, verging on cold and fries tastes like they were sitting for a while. No ice in any drinks. Really poor.

Food is not worth the prices, they’ve raised all the prices but they’ve made everything smaller. My food looks like it’s been stepped on most of the time I feel there’s no care when it comes to handling my food and my order is almost never correct there’s always a mistake or something missing. Don’t feel McDonalds is worth the hassle or the money anymore

Food came completely soaked and destroyed. Unedible had to go straight in the bin

They shut toilet half hour before closing

Order on McDelivery was incomplete (Missing Chicken Mac) and there is NO way to report this to McDonalds. Every Customer be aware: McDonalds will make mistakes and put them in your Pocket!

Retards close 20 minutes before the advertised time which I find misleading.

No sauce and box all broken and soggy nuggets

The people were helpful and friendly and the food was good it is good you can dine in again I like chicken nuggets and chips and I like chicken burger and chips

The establishment provided prompt service, and the food was fresh and served at an appropriate temperature. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Restroom facilities were available, although somewhat compact in size.

Cucumber service was really bad.Very rude behaviour by senior shift manager. Food was freshly made but due to rudeness didn't enjoy the meal and we left very early.

ordered for 12.15 delivery, almost half an hour late, all food was cold! This was ordered as a special treat for 5 elderly ladies lunch, in a care home! I was very specific with delivery details but had a very rude phone call from the courier, who eventually hung up on me!

Absolutely disgusted as I found fungus on my burger and when I complained all I see the staff laughing.disgusting food disgusting service.❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

Fries was really bad, very hard and it was cold, the chicken sandwich was cold and it wasnt fresh at all, there was no straw with the coke.

I recently visited McDonald’s in Reading and had an excellent experience. Their burgers are the best! I highly recommend trying the McCrispy, McChicken, and the MySpicy burgers. Each one is delicious and perfectly cooked. The McCrispy has a delightful crunch, the McChicken is always a classic favorite, and the MySpicy adds just the right amount of heat. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient. What really stands out is the happiness that a good meal at McDonald’s brings. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a meal with friends, McDonald’s in Reading delivers consistent quality and satisfaction. Highly recommend visiting for a taste of happiness in every bite and great on your pocket. Not the healthiest but great as a cheat meal!

McDonalds messed the grill order up, I double checked that I ordered it correctly, which I did, and they messed it up. sad 😔. won't be ordering from this McDonald's again 😢

I ordered off Uber eats paid £22 food never arrived and when I went to call this store no one would pick up then ring customer service closed worst service ever so angry stay away from this place don’t care about customers

Last time ordering from here as order has been wrong too many times.. How hard is it to read an order and pack it accordingly? Left with 20 nuggets and no dip which I’d paid for. Awful service.

McDonald’s was founded upon the idea that you would get your food within 30 seconds of ordering. What this one has attempted is an embarrassment we ordered 2 drinks and 16 orders were served ahead of ours despite it being ready to collect and another 16 were set to go. Something that usually takes 5 minutes has now taken 25

Instead of giving me 9x Chicken Selects, they gave me 9x Nuggets. Do I have to start opening my food in front of the staff to make sure that I receive the correct order and I'm not being swindled? Disappointing.

Forgot to put two orders of fries as well as the dips in the bag. Poor service, won't be ordering again.

Never got the food as the dopey delivery driver delivered to the address and didn’t contact me to say it was delivered so we never got our food valuable money down the drain because of his total lack of incompetence

Your mapping app is still wrong, even though I reported it weeks ago. Driver went to wrong location, waited 10minutes before calling me, shouted 'Just eat' at me then hung up. Then waited there a further 10minutes. I had to leave my flat and walk 100m up the road to locate him. PLEASE. validate RG16HP postcode with google maps ASAP. I could have picked up this food quicker myself walking!

No dips delivered even though we asked for 4 bbq dips. This almost always happens from McDonald's and it's really frustrating.

27th may at 21:30 the guy who was working on cashier had a very bad attitude and throw Mcflurry and falls as well when we did an order and here its a hospitality industry that has to looks for its customers and when I talked the lady who looks supervisor on the shift she didn't care about our feedback, management has to look at this point and take action on that.very disappointed

Drinks spilled which also ruined the mcflurries that were on the same bag

Absolutely terrible. Courier rang me saying he was in the wrong location, behind my apartment. I explained how to get there to him and he hung up and marked my order as delivered, when I recieved nothing.

Closes at 11pm but arrived at 10.20pm and doors are closed. I come here when I finish work at 10pm and have been here 10 minutes before closing on multiple occasions so this was pretty annoying.

All felt a bit tense eating in on a Saturday afternoon. Didn’t get milk with tea so has to ask and it wasn’t kept out as teenagers keep using it in food fights according to staff. Not long after leaving something happened with 6 security guards on door from festival place and two police officers turned up pretty quickly as well. Probably not a good spot for a family dine in.

This is the 2nd time that they have forgotten the Barbecue dips for the chicken nuggets. This is unacceptable now, as I ordered it as a set meal.

A little bit overwhelming and not very tidy. People seem to think it's polite to just leave their rubbish and trays on table for staff to pick up. Entitled and lazy.

Staff seemed on high alert which made us feel uncomfortable to be there.

This is the 3rd time I have had issues with a delivery….. won’t be placing anymore orders, they take your money but don’t deliver what you have paid for. Ordered 3 meals with drinks, only delivered 3 drinks in a huge bag. No meals. Called the restaurant and no answer and impossible to speak with anyone at just eat. Very unhappy

Messed up the order so unfortunately we could not eat one of the burgers... only realised after we were driving out of the car park.

bacon double cheeseburgers had no bacon, requested extra pickles on big Mac and there werent ANY. NO sauces included with nuggets.

All the time I order from The Oracle McDonald’s, something has to be missing. I’ve called the store before on an occasion as most of the food was missing and they were really unhelpful. The only reason why I still order from there is of how convenient the location is, but always hoping to get my order right. Best McDonald’s so far with deliveries is Forbury. Maybe they should start learning how to get an order ready from them!

I like to sit by the windows there. It has a great view on the river and a lively street. Service is always fast. I can’t tell that the food is any good particularly, but it’s alright.

Mcflurry has very little chocolate sauce

Very good location in the heart of the lovely oracle. Nice river setting. Lovely decor inside. Interesting art work. Very fast and efficient ordering system. Very good crowd lots of nice people. Also very clean. Coffee surprisingly good. Water also good. All in all very nice place. Recommend.

No breakfast rolls delivered, they made all wraps instead. Also the free hash brown was not included

The staff are always lovely and kind here. It's usually very busy but there is generally the odd table available. Food is okay.

Had to wait for over 2hr 30 mins and couldn’t get hold of the McDonald’s store so had to re order again. Very disappointing and ruined my night.

Clean and wide space to enjoy the tasty food

Food is standard, ok. Staff are overworked and frustrated (understandably) one of the least organised lay ours for a MacDonalds, overly busy and loud and not very clean.

Cheap lunch but very good value, and quick, good if you are in a hurry.
