Very tidy for a subway, good customer care.

I choose toasted in order, but they are not toasted.

my kids food was missing so had order theirs again which I wasn't happy about at all

How is it even possible to be missing cheese on every item? Footlong pizza roll was a pathetic 6 inches, food was cold and bread was burnt.

Worst subway I have ever had was soggy and cold even tho I asked for it to be toasted all the food was crushed by the drinks come looking like a big mess

Food was good, but I ordered Italian herbs and cheese and got Italian white bread. Also they sent a double chocolate cookie instead of a white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie.

Pretty poor show from Subway at Reading Station this afternoon. Mediocre customer service and the bread tastes as if it is yesterday's. To cap off the poor experience, the member of staff taking g the money, said, after I'd paid, that I could have had a discount if I'd asked, as I'm railway staff. I won't be rushing back, discount or not.

Can be a bit sparse on the salad. Depends on who serves you.

The food was absolutely delicious and early. Highly recommend this subway. The staff definitely know what they’re doing.!!!

The bread in the sandwhich was mouldy got food poisoning the next day never again the other half also had mould.

I ordered and paid for a bundle of 3 cookies. Only one was received. I'm not impressed! Something similar happened from a different Subway outlet not long ago. There appears to be no way to contact anyone to ask for a refund of any undelivered/missing items. This is unacceptable customer service.

All correctly made just needed a tad more sauce but yummy regardless.

Steak & Cheese, Footlong had no cheese. Italian B.M.T.®, Footlong bread was overtoasted. All food was cold.

Order just didn't turn up after it was displayed is delivered

Came in with two big suitcases, started with the European assuming where I just came from because of my ethnicity. Then the man who said he’s from Nepal joked to his colleague if I have a house because of my suitcases. If I wasn’t so tired from my flight you would’ve got shouted at. Learn to respect your costumers, keep your gob shut and make your sandwiches. I have more houses than you!

When I placed my order I paid an extra £1.99 for a 2ltr bottle of Pepsi and I received a 500ml bottle how can you justify making people pay an extra £1.99 for a small bottle of Pepsi absolutely outrageous.

Waste of money. They added peppers to one without request, both drinks were wrong, wrong crisp and wrong cookies. What’s the point in choosing what you want in a meal deal if they’re only going to pick and pack you something different

Ordered a 6” tuna sub and it came with no tuna!!! How can they think that it was acceptable? Literally how can you make a tuna sub and not add the tuna?? Only ordered tuna with cheese so it’s not like they got confused by the amount of ingredients. So bizarre

My son who goes to school in reading went to this subway to eat something as the train was cancelled and had 40 mins wait. His debit card on mobile was not working for whatever reason and he did not have cash on him. He said sorry I couldn’t pay and the cashier said OK and after he walked away apparently threw the sandwich in the bin. He goes to school there everyday! The cashier could have said pay me tomorrow or ask to speak with parent for over the phone payment or something. But NO! They would waste the food and throws them in the bin instead of giving it to a hungry kid? Clearly you guys need training.

This happens all the time no matter where I order from but there were items missing from my order.

Food was never delivered. Refund process is slow and useless, can't speak to a human any more.

Food was disgustingly cold so I couldn’t eat most of it, only thing that was warm was the sandwich which had most probably been through the toastie machine.

Overall good…nothing missing, subs as requested, cookies very good, but crinkle wedges were soft, limp and lifeless, devoid of any heat, and will definitely not order again

Sandwich was stone cold and didnt feel toasted at all. Bread was very soft.

Took only 20-30 minutes for my delivery but the food all came in cold. The has browns were like ice and completely inedible, the chips looked uncooked and the nacho chicken bites were chewy like they were undercooked. Really disappointed, especially with the price of the meal deals.

Bread order was wrong on one order and was missing sweet corn, and almost no sauce, Second order seemed to have something un asked for, unhappy with order for the second time from this subway. 😒 But delivery was super quick, friendly, and even waited as he got here quicker than we did, lovely driver

I should have received a 2 litre bottle of drink, instead I got 500ml and no seeded bread.

I was sent a different potato product to hash browns and the sauce was crushed and spilt everywhere. I also ordered 2l Pepsi max and got a 500ml bottle. Sandwich was underfilled with only a dab of sauce. Driver was friendly, arrived fast and called me as asked when he arrived.

Nunca pensé que escribiría una reseña para una tienda de comida rápida. Sin embargo, el personal de esta tienda no tiene habilidades básicas de servicio al cliente. Murmurarte en lugar de hablar claro y señalar en lugar de preguntarte. Las mesas también están sucias y no se han limpiado. No me impresionó

Casi salté sobre el mostrador y le grité al hombre que servía el desayuno.Soy bastante tranquilo, sin embargo, en esta ocasión entré en el metro y me despedí, como siempre lo hago, era el único cliente. Él me ignoró. Se puso de pie junto al horno calentando sus bolas. La joven entonces mira hacia mí para que todavía no me sirvan y lo mira como "WTF".Luego lo envía a la parte de atrás, pero a estas alturas yo ya estaba furiosa, le grité donde podía ir a empujar su rollo de tocino.

Nice sandwiches hot or cold or toasted. Various sorts of bread roll's. Loads of fillings to pick from. Quick service eat inside or outside or on the go. In Reading Station so nice if you are travelling and like something for the Journey. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is. More seating outside be nice but not a big deal.

Tuvimos que cambiar de tren en Reading, y por lo tanto necesitamos un bocado rápido, nos dirigimos al patio de comidas tal como estaba. Subway ofreció un cambio rápido, pero el personal no parecía demasiado interesado, y la comida no era para morirse, pero al menos no nos moría de hambre por el resto de nuestro viaje.

It's a shame I had to put a star. Been to about 20 different subways, this was the worst by far. I ordered the spicy Italian and my first bite was like trying to tear through rubber the meat was jank.

Muy mala experiencia para aparecer en esta cadena de tiendas. Definitivamente por debajo del nivel promedio de metro que he visitado. El personal no es bienvenido y apenas habla un inglés claro. Incluso no se puede molestar en preguntar cuál es su orden específica. No me preguntó si me gustaría queso y pan tostado y no escuché lo que elegí para la ensalada. Un gran NO NO para visitar de nuevo.
