Bocadillos catering Portsmouth Ltd is the best company iv ever had for a buffet, quality food.

Was excited to try this place especially with the social media advertising for it, the food was fine but came quickly, disappointed at the lack of vegetarian options or fish options. The waitress was extremely rude, when ordering she was extremely patronising, and then came over and told us to be quiet in a cafe where people come to have a chat and a laugh with their friends. Really ruined the experience, her general attitude was rude and not welcoming. Will not be returning and recommending for others not to come!

Ordered on deliveroo and the order was missing three items! Tried to ring the restaurant but the phone number was disconnected, very poor service. The food we received was nice but doesn't make up for the fact we didn't receive the items we paid for. Real shame, wouldn't bother going here again.

Very friendly staff took our booking on the Sunday morning and we were treated to a multi meat roast meal in the bar area that lunchtime. Lovely quality food and nice cosy pub. Would recommend

We used The Pelham Arms as a post match venue after a game of hockey. We were met with friendly, helpful staff and there was plenty of room for the 30 or so guys who played. We had a reserved area & Dan supplied us with a tasty pot of chilli with tortilla chips, bread, cheese, chips & various sauces. Just what we needed on a cold day! There was plenty of food & Dan & his team were great hosts. The food was great value for money. I would recommend The Pelham Arms if you are organising a function or celebration. Thanks Dan

Visited today with family, outstanding service, food quality is excellent, fab menu with a great selection to suit all, highly recommend it has to be one of the best local cafes, the egg royale was outstanding.

Ordered through uber eats approx. £50 order, steak salad was 2/3 empty and 80% lettuce, salad was soggy / old and filled with half an inch of water, was missing the extra meat (they charge £2-3 for this) and was also missing other ingredients. The salad was £10+ and mostly unedible. Ultimately they don't maintain service standards at this branch, unlike Fratton where it's consistent. A training issues perhaps - but time to sort it out.
