I was served by Tom. He was friendly amd polite, even apologised that id been waiting and nothing was too much trouble.

Stop eating here. They dont wash the vegetables before cutting them. This place employs 90% of women only and they mostly spend their time on their phones. They are rude and immature. A lot of power abuse going on all the time. They hire people with no experience, no desire to work and they treat customers in an unfriendly manner. You could find 5 people working here but none of them were trained properly. When there is a queue of 15 customers, they tell the newbies to go in front and serve the customers. They give these people permission to boss around everybody else thats considered "new". The whole structure is messed up. Whoever has the most responsibility gets to hide upstairs to play on their phone and pretend like they are chopping up tomatoes. The person that I worked with spent their time on Tinder. She was 18 years old telling me that eveey men wants her. I used to ran a subway store on my own with 10 customers showing up every 15minutes! Just before noon another employee would start his shift to help me, because the amount of customers would double in numbers. This place has 2 people and then 3 people and then 4 people working at the same time and yet they still cant do anything right. The employees act so professional but they dont care about customers....because they are given too much power. The "professionals" hide at the back of the shop and they give a list of "things to do and clean up" to the newer employees. Imagine a University student who works less than me but somehow she is given more responsibility. Its total power abuse and discrimination when you go apply here for a job. These same people own another Subway where it is just as bad. Guess who gets to clean the toilets? Guess who has to do everything thats considered dirty? UK itself is a complete joke. The younger you are the less pay youll receive. So all these businesses tend to hire lazy and young people!

Unexperaianced staff they didn't know how to roll the sub and all my salad came out and instead of redoing it they put it in the bin.

There is no point if the employees can’t even make out what you’re saying. There is no possible way I can make myself any clearer, but still it as if I’m speaking a different language. Maybe try and hire more competent people instead of letting any old person take our orders.

I ordered a Cheesy BMT. I saw that the gitl didn't put cheese and i said to her to check if is it cheese in the sandwich, she didn't checked, just told me that fot sure is cheese in there. Of course wasn't, i came back shr puts cheese and burned a bit the bread . I just left, i didn't had the nerve to explain more to her.

First time in a while since I've actually been inside this really busy subway. It was very clean, this great young man was very friendly on approach, he was a coloured lad (no offense meant) I didnt catch his name.... served us at the weekend, the shop was very busy he didn't stress he was well mannered, kept calm and remained helpful. Well done 👏 ps the choice and food was delicious😋

It's not a problem with staff or location. But.. Feel a little ripped off, told I couldn't add anything extra to my footlong even if I paid. Got a big bombay, (over priced) for £9.79, but you can get the same in, create your own for £9.09. I had to do this and add my toppings, then its 2.40 a topping? What!!!!. Big breakfast sub not bad, but I would rather eat that off a plate and hot, 30 seconds in the microwave made me wonder what I was doing there. The food wasn't great, and the coffee burnt. Mc D's 20 meters away.

Run of the mill subway. Great tasting food. However, one of the girls was bored and thought it was funny to play and waft around customers cheese that then went on to the sandwich her Co worker was making. No names.on receipt but server number 16. Big girl with light brown hair and stained tee shirt. No name badge worn, Young and it shows. Was waiting for her to do something with my order and I would have made my comments known. High price for what we had . 2 footlong subs and 2 coffees. 20 quid.

Healthy fast food place. Eating here always keeps my sugar levels low as possible. Especially the 6 inch multi grain chicken Tikka sub.

I have been buying from this subway soo many times, most of the staffs are really nice except one member of staff called Alina . This lady needs customer training she is very rude and due to that I don’t want to buy from this restaurant again. This is not the first time of such behaviour. The manager should train this Alina girl else they will lose soo many customers

Can't go wrong with a subway sandwich in my humble opinion! Staff here were friendly, good range of subs and well stocked salad counter. Would recommend! Little busy though and had to queue for 5 mins but not complaining at all!

Was ok nothing special bread a bit dry. Tuna and mayo looked really watery. Some on the topping were mixed together where things had fallen in the pots . Not the best

There were 5 staff members behind the counter, they were talking amongst one another while I was waiting at the were the bread is. I was there maybe 30 secs before one grunted to come over and serve me. The counter was clear from debris however you can see the was sauces this would give me the impression the counter was not wiped down. The photos show a small reputation of the general cleanliness of the store, in one of the photos there is even the left over of someone's sub on the floor, I had to wipe down and clear my table before I could use it, the bins were full, toilets were in such a horrible state I actually went over to mcdonald's to use there toilets, there is is sweet corn all over the till area, some of the staff was not changing gloves after opening the locked toilet doors, some staff was not even wearing gloves while operating the till and wrapping food, two of the staff members even made a joke about a woad of 20£ notes going missing while laughing about it. The floor behind the counter is atrocious with the bins over flowing as seen in one of the pictures. Staff are also willing helping there self's to the drinks machines some having a cup straight after the other. I love subway with a passion, and it breaks my heart having to say all of this. I would and will not be coming back to this brunch.

A hungry moment. Not expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. Fast service and thoroughly enjoyed my choice.

When in store with my 6yr Order sandwich. 15in before closing my daughter wanted use the loo and the rude ladies behind the counter refused. She was moaning online orders was coming through and her attitude socks. If there was a rating for zero I would give it. Sandwich tasted lime cardboard.

More interested in completing deliveroo orders than serving the que in the shop. Took 15 minutes to be served and I was 3rd in line. 7 deliveroo orders that arrived after I did were completed first. Poor service as not one driver arrived to collect in that time

As an ex subway worker I am genuinely disheartened after my experience today at this subway. I ordered a foot long chicken pizziola and even after the staff talked about the ingredients, the girl who made it still did not admit that she had made it incorrectly. I was given the most dry sandwich, with the least amount of salad possible ever. My friend ordered a six inch spicy italian and got tomatoes in it, which looked vile and tasted unfresh. Not good enough.

Very good foot long subs. Lovely fresh ingredients. Had the Tiger bread, which was delicious!

This place consistently gives such a small portion of salad, i substituted my bread for extra salad, there was less than 2 mouthfuls of salad, this location is terrible for this. A teaspoon of cheese, a straggly drizzle of sauce, very let down. Any other subway packs the box with salad, the best one is the Subway in Cascades in commercial road, will just go there next time instead of giving this place yet another chance

Order was correct and I got what I wanted. The staff were nice and gave me efficient service. The reason why I would only give it two stars is because of the gossip I could have been unaware of if my friend did not work at Subway. After we had left, the manager started complaining about me. Never told me to my face about nor were there any signs instructing me otherwise. The manager complained about me refilling my drink. Again, I was not warned or directed to a sign that told me to fill only once. I am always used to restaurants having refills especially when there is a station to fill the drink yourself. The manager was adjacent to me both times I refilled and not once told me to not refill yet complained to someone that was not me. I do not think it would hurt to just say a few words before continuing to work. They also complained about me being there for too long despite me eating quite slowly and actually pack up when I finished. The reason was, apparently, was because other people wanted to eat but there were many empty seats during this period. The most unreasonable part was if I tried to refill my drinks or stay longer next time I came, I would be told to leave the restaurant. For someone that did not know about refills and staying for a prolonged period of time that is extremely unreasonable especially how there were ample chances to warn me about these rules that were not obvious at the filling station. It was not like I wanted to hurt the business I just thought it was simply common knowledge to refill if there was the opportunity to do it yourself. No warning and I would be told to leave. Again, I had no knowledge until I was told by someone who works there. Now I am thankful because I am aware and know to avoid it but I would appreciate the manager to tell me quickly that the things I did are not allowed. Not gossip to other employees then make sure to kick me out when I was clearly oblivious to the rules. It was a good service and enjoyed my time there but the manager really needs to speak up when something goes wrong. I can appreciate a bad day but it would not hurt to give a warning to prevent a situation happening again. That would be beneficial.

Needs to up its cleaning regime

Consistently incorrect orders when ordering for collection. No offer of resolution or solution other than "the girl who made it said she put the chicken in" and that they'd have to watch CCTV to see if she put chicken in. Double chicken tikka not in the salad, no cheese as ordered and olives were included which makes the awful salad unbeatable due to allergies. Refusing to sort another one free or charge and awaiting to hear about a refund. - absolutely appaling that they don't check orders before they're sent out. Particularly if "sandwich artists" can't competently complete their job.

Nothing special apart from one staff happy to serve you. my recent visit No hand sanitizer working, 3 of softdrink dispenser drinks run-out. And to add this no toilet rolls at all in toilet.

Food is always good, but non of the staff are wearing masks at the moment which I think is disgusting, okay 1 girl has an exempt lanyard but non of the others so. Its as simple as wear a mask or don't make the food.

Shocking. £15 in store....£24 on just eat. Subway charge £3 extra on just eat to make your sandwich and it's extra for sauce. Unbelievable

This is a gem of an outlet tucked away in an otherwise unremarkable estate. Great place to sit and enjoy the Subway. The Italian and nine grain rolls are particularly tasty. My only gripe is the attendant wasn't too generous with the tuna mayo. He said it'll be extra for more even though he wasn't filling the roll what you'd expect from other subways. Small issue though we loved our little break there.

Great food but more staff needed

To be honest, I was shocked with my poor experience. I went in with my partner expecting it to be a normal and simple experience but I waited at least 5 minutes just for someone to walk out the back room and when they did. I was greeted with 'What'd you want?'. Which is a bit rude. Then I asked for a six inch which the lady cut "to size" however I measured it and found it was only 4.5". Won't be going here again

The store manager is so rude not only to the customers but even to her own staff! Morale is seriously low, you can see this from the staffs faces. I really felt sorry for them. Perhaps a shake up in management is needed?

Ok-ish. I go there with a child out of necessity en route to another regular appointment. Said child likes it! The choice of breads is good and there is a good amount of salad options but the meat looks processed.
