At least have the decency to contact customers that have paid on card and explain the reason behind the cancellation and your change of mind! Terrible customer service regardless of food is good you don’t accept an order take the money then cancel without a call to explain.

Kebabs were nice, perfect size. Wasn’t expecting cheese on a pudding pizza, very weird and inedible. Description should state that this is a cheese pizza with chunks of chocolate, total waste of money.

AVOID!!! Ordered 4-45pm called at 6.30 as no sign of food. Thought would give them time as a very large order. Was told by owner tjey had no order received by me. I told them I have receipt and confirmation email to say my order has been accepted after 30 minutes on the phone and being spoken to like dirt the owner told me he doesn’t know what to do as he doesn’t know how to work his website. He got so irate and angry shouting abuse down the phone in Chinese and English. No sympathy what so ever. Ended up having to contact customer services to receive a refund even though the owner located my order at one point and could clearly see id paid 2 hours previous. Defitnkely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

If I could of given it 0 stars, I would. Food turned up over an hour late. My husband phoned them twice, only to be told it’ll be 10 minutes, both times! Bloke on the phone was rude & even put the phone down on us when we tried ringing a 3rd time, then proceeded to cut us off every time after!! Food wasn’t worth the wait either.

Ordered a delivery …it as 30 minutes late and the pork and chicken balls were hard a rock… like they’d been pre-prepped and re-fried…I called them and complained and the guy said “that how we do them” I won’t order from this restaurant again… Poor show on quality and poor show on customer care
