At first I rated this shop as the best in town. They are now taking the P as the prices just rise and rise. 4 pieces of chicken at 10.99 is just ridiculous. Chicken world is far cheaper and cleaner they do 6 pieces for 8.49. Strips are also cheaper. The new chicken shop in Twydall is also cheaper at 4.99 for 4 pieces. They have outpriced themselves.

Ordered food and they it was over an hour and half late, I kept getting fobbed off with excuses so I cancelled in the end

the ribs were not to my liking very fatty, tough and for some reason breaded however the chicken in the burger and the pieces of chicken and wings we received were lovely.

Unfortunately cold which made made the food soggy. Also a bit dark for my liking. Bit unsure why as it was delivered quick enough. Maybe left over from lunch. Would try again one more time before not ordering again.

I just want to share my experience I just came back from this shop the customer service is horrible I order for my doather fries and I tell the worker she won't cheese burger only with lettuce no cheese I don't know maybe he didn't hear my so he done cheese burger with cheese and no lettuce so I tell him please can you just add some lettuce and he say no and he start speaking by his language I didn't tell him nothing i say ok another customer behind me tell him .. just putt some lettuce is kids ... after the manager take back and add lettuce ... horrible customer service I will never go back there again

Disappointed with the peri peri chicken burger. My first bite felt like I was biting into a brick. The chicken was split into what looked like chicken tikka, rock solid. Sad because the actual peri peri sauce tasted excellent. Will consider it a one off since it was most likely on the grill too long.

wrong items, regardless good food

Asked for 4 orders of “6 wings and chips” got 4 orders of “4 wings and chips”, whilst paying the price of £21 (5.25 for each portion). Only saw 4 wings after we had left. 10 minute waiting time as well. Will not be coming back. We ordered in person and collected in person, not through any delivery app. On Sunday 21st April, at around 1:30pm, so it was not busy. Got scammed out of 8 wings!! Furthermore, we didn’t get a receipt so we cannot ask for a refund. Always ask for a receipt and watch that your food is done correctly. In the photo, you can clearly see 4 wings. In summary, AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!

Order delivered was wrong. Food was cold. Called restaurant to explain and they put the phone done on me. Trired calling again but they would not answer my call. Bad customer service. Only interested in payment.

I called the restaurant to find out where my delivery was. They said they would call me back once spoken to the driver. They never did. I called them over 30 times but no answer.

Chips open at the top of the bag, cold and uncooked. Coleslaw had a funny tang to it and the gravy could have been sliced it was that thick. Burgers were ok

The chicken is definitely as good as KFC. And the fries are excellent too. I also recommend the peri-peri chicken - got to be hot flavour of course! Delicious!! See the picture attached 👌

this was our worst experience, we are regulars, give directions to our door, and buzzer doesn't work so have a number to call. the driver went to the wrong place, and returned to the shop with no delivery, when I called to ask, they sent the same food, which half was cold and half had been microwaved!

Ordered just after 7 p.m., expecting it to arrive in 35 to 40 minutes, food didn't arrive till 9.45, apparently there was a delay twice this week I've ordered food and it's arrived late . Last week, I ordered food for a specific time, and it was late turned up 9.25. When I wanted it earlier, I even ordered it about 7.30, expecting it to arrive on time.first, it said 9.15, then 9.25 called up, complaining the guy goes. Oh no, you ordered it for 9.25, no, I didn't . Won't be ordering again .

It’s such a shame. The chicken here is so nice but the service is awful. Just eat notification says your driver has just left and it arrives 40 minutes later on a 10 minute drive door to door. Called them to say that if it’s cold I expect a fresh delivery. Get an answer machine. If this place understood the quality of its food (no pun intended) then they could have a thriving business but it’s just not quite right. Shame but I guess I’ll live to experience the whole farce again

3 spicy wings missing from order .

i orderd 18.55 delivery due 19.30- 1955 changed to 20.15 checked uber eats 20.10 said order out for delivery. called restaurant 20.22 said order was out 5mins ago after taking my address. i hear man on telephone say to someone " put peri chips in" I asked "sounds like you're just packing my order, are you just doing it?" man assured me it was already out. order arrived 20.45. 20 mins after speaking on phone I30 mins later than the latest due time (fyi I live 5 minutes drive). guess what? fries missing from one of the meals but theres a pack of peri fries which were ordered with the other meal. their peri fries were overly salty. nothing peri about it. all food stale cold chewy salty. my kids hungry as we shared overly salty pack of fries. awful awful awful. shame on you for lieing.
