The Tarka Dahl was really runny and didn't have much flavor. The rest of the delivery was fine

Would have given zero stars for everything if I could because I never received my food. Had to change my delivery address which they accepted without issue. Driver called to say he was on his way then the order was cancelled at 22.50 (they close at 23.00) on Just Eat without informing me (I changed the delivery address at 21.45) because they ‘don’t deliver to the new postcode’. Why it took over an hour and multiple phone calls (after telling me they were on their way) is a mystery.

First time i have used this takaway, service was very fast in terms of the home delivery however, the stuffed paratha had zero filling in it and i do mean zero and was just plain dough, my wifes chicken Bhuna was full of onions and the onions were really tough as though they had been stewed. Wont be using them again!

This has got to be the best Indian restaurant in Kent. Fantastic food without fail everytime and most importantly, at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. I would also like to mention that I have tried many other places in the past and this is by far the best. Keep up the good work guys.

Food is good but delivery is always late . Even if you offer for a set time 90 mins in advance they are indifferent to you when you ask why it's late. Was asked not to order again by staff . Very poor experience really after being a customer for a number of years .

Awful food! I have donated the onion bhaji to the local cricket club. Spent £45 all went in the bin. Curries made us gag. Please don’t waste your money

Terrible!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Ordered food on just eat waited over an hour and a half, called restaurant to be told our food had been delivered which it clearly hadn’t! Kept putting phone down and accused of lying. Very rude - terrible customer service, refused to give money back.

Since coming back from India, It hasn't been easy to find restaurants with the authentic flavours you would find out there. However, Mohim does. Its fresh non-oily tomato based sauce saturated in herbs and spices tastes amazing; Im a madras person myself! Generous portions and friendly staff. This is definitely my new go-to indian takeaway. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Hands down the best curry we’ve had in a long time. Used others in Rainham but none compare to Mohim. Also fantastic customer service. We only order from here!

Ordered for three people one person had chicken tikka starter and the other had a chicken tikka main. They delivered two meals one Being a tikka starter the other being some small chicken on the bone. They then replaced the chicken on the bone with another chicken starter not a chicken main. They then argued on the phone then hung up on us. Long story short they gave us a starter instead of a main and refused to replace it so paid double money for nothing. Not even that good Indian anyway tbh go somewhere else

If minus stars were an option I would give it - 5. AVOID! Waited over 2 hours for delivery, received a notification that it was out for delivery and after waiting half hour we phoned them. Promised it was 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later no delivery so phoned again. Manager was THE rudest person I've ever come across. He refused to answer where the food was and then shouted at me for reminding him he'd told us twice it was 5 minutes away. After screaming at me he cancelled the order. Their customer service is diabolical. Other reviews suggest similar issues. Never going to recommend this place to anyone.

Order from here all the time and suddenly the meal we ordered a few days ago was £15 more expensive. When questioned there was no answer. If you can afford to lose custom (we order a lot) then fine. Won't use again and will find somewhere who wants our money. Byeee.

Really fast delivery (<35 mins) and delicious food - lots of lamb in the dishes and fresh tasting Naan

Food was late and cold when i complained they said we could have a free meal so we phoned up and they denied all knowledgr and saud we could hwve one half orice wobt be ordering again and only on a monday then they hung up on me rude

Tried ordering by just eat. Whilst waiting for delivery for an hour went back on to site only to find order cancelled. Why accept then cancel. If they had phoned me I could have spoke to them but they didn't bother. Don't use.

0 stars not an option. Disgusting service & attitude by the manager. Upon collection other customers were having issues with collections & wrong food being given to different orders. Got home to discover i too have an incorrect dish. I phone to say what has happened & i get shouted at down the phone like it was my fault. We lose connection. He calls me back & continues to talk aggressively at me and then hangs up. I return to the restaurant & told by the boss that he's too busy to talk to me and to never come back again. I question his customer service and i am told to go away. Appalling attitude.

Spent ages compiling an order only to get a text that they had cancelled the order without any explanation. Still took the money though and ony got a refund 24 hours later.
