Absolutely fantastic pizza. Food was piping hot on delivery. Brilliant quality and very delicious. Top points.

I've used this pizza franchise say for a very fair much handful of times, a couple have ended up in severe food poisoning wherby the pizza is swimming in grease & should not of left the building to someone home to be consumed by a human or living being, or for people with gut issues, so someone who's healthy, this was suppose to be a treat for me well so I thought, today after a year or so of receiving a last overly greasy slopy pizza, stating specificly what size I want again have they got it rong again this hasn't been the first time & can't be language barrier as even when I've been that annoyed this time again, I stated a more clearer response in stating the price rather than size pizza for that set pizza place goes by so there couldn't be no confusion as I expalined on phone call after receiving the completely wrong order, was I even told he was quick, he see it go out, as if that justify a cold pizza suggesting your even dare lying, in response I do not deny was just mins under a hour & quick enough although just over the bridge & been delivered to within even less than half thay time in past under 30m To avoid further annoyance his end I'm trying to end the call as in the past it's been to reply me that he will let the delivery driver know, puting blame on him when you can tell as of ordering not even a hour til the time of delivery rushing my food, no such apology for not taking my order wrong to begin with but to speak over me with no intent to hear me out as the paying rather frustrated customer, at this point I was hoping for a single apology & awareness as I told him I was just letting you know you know, that's surely important right, Well anyway the pizza crust is cooked enough so clearly it's been sat long enough in the cold weather being winter, not my problem, Being that I am a paying customer & other once have they offered to rectify just pure ignorance. Definitely don't value their customers or anyone ordering unless on the door it's going to be hot, my pizza today is not even luke warm I kid you not, very disappointing yet again. Do not offer delivery service if you can't provide fresh hot food. No stars because no star. Please rectify this problem there was a reason I stopped ordering from yous for a very long time & now it's just goton worse. Well least this time I'm not going to be food poisoned as everything is stone cold & not a grease cake. I have been more than nice enough to have never wrot bad feedback only shockingly until now or go off one bad order but several one to many since. Hope its worth. You get what you receive from something so negative mind.

Great value with a big selection and many offers... Regularly grab a care package deal of 2 lrg pizza's with loaded toppings, and two sides of chicken nuggets and curly fries... Delivered quickly, piping hot and never left wanting 👌🏽 Way better deals, options, prices and pizza's than Dominoes !!

The best pizza ever had very generous toppings please try this out very nice And must say the kitchen is very clean and tidy and the staff are very nice people

Grabbed an XL pizza here for lunch while moving house. There was enough to feed three people with some left over for an afternoon snack and the quality was great (really tasty pizza). The kitchen looked clean and the guys working there were very pleasant. I only had to wait 15 mins for them to bake the pizza and the price was reasonable. Would go here again and recommend to others.

I believe one of your leaflet delivery guys delivered to my house a house that stipulates NO TAKEAWAY MENUS. I consider this as littering on my property. If he had a misunderstand of the language. I also have a sign in Arabic for those less intelligent of the King’s English. He was delivering to the Davis Estate area. For his ignorance im obliged to give you a 1 star. Please tell your leaflet couriers to obey requests at peoples properties. I’m not interested in takeaways, if I wis for pizza I would order from domino’s… Good day!

Order from here atleast once a month and have never been dissapointed with the food or delivery service, absolutely fantastic staff that read the comments and try their best to cater to any special requests. 10/10 best Pizza place with pleasant Prices and Deals.

An 18” pizza ready in 10 minutes for next to nothing!! Much better base than dominoes.

I would offer way more stars if I could. I've bought Chicken Hot XL with hot dog edges multiple times and I just can't have enough of it. Tomorrow I'll order a new one. Trust me, you have to try it to belive me. Best pizza I've eaten in my life!

Having never tried pizza gogo, will definitely be back. The pizzas were amazing, tasty and hot, the thin base is the best we've had when it comes to pizzas. The sides were also hot and tasty. Hope this will not be a one off and will look forward to placing our next order

Lies Lies and more lies, hour and and a half and still waiting for delivery. Despite phoning several times from an eta, each time was clearly a LIE!! Finally turned up and it was cold!!

Overall, Im impressed. The bad Reviews originally put me off however, I have to say, the pizza arrived hot, well sliced and with plenty of toppings for the price. All the sides were great and exactly what I would expect. Overall cannot really fault it. Nice pizza and great customer service. Will be coming back again.

I ordered a PIzza with extra cheese actually called and asked for topings to be under the cheese was told thats ok. then once pizza arrived had hardly any cheese on to the point where the dough was still visible i called to ask for a replacement the staff admitted to not putting extra cheese on and forgot to make the pizza how I wanted it then when I asked for a replacement was told manager is not available and she would call back. when she called she said they refuse to send out a replacement and refused to let me speak to the manager who was in the background then hung up on me. such a shame as we had been ordering from here atleaat once a week for years. Will not be ordering again and will be calling trading standards first thing in the morning.

This place has no respect for the customer and when they get it wrong the manager is very abusive and will stand by the mistakes made just so he doesn't have to rectify them. By the way it the pizza go go in strood very close to the Rochester Bridge. Avoid this place and order from another

Rough attitude. Try to order a pizza online, advised that online price is different to branch. I explained to the staff, that if you have forgotten the password, there is a bug that does not allow you to reset (because it doesn't send a reset code). I asked them politely to feedback, which they brushed off. I asked because there is a site error, if they can honour the £11.99 price, all I had was a rude response saying no different price, after the original feedbsck was brushed off. Customer service 0 points

Hadn't ordered in a while as last time they sent me the wrong pizza and then tried leaving me with it, at my expense. I gave them another chance and ordered the same pizza I always do, they got it wrong again and tried to pull the same stunt... I will not be buying pizza from here again as the stress of having to basically make 2 orders and wait 2 hours for a pizza.

Used this pizza place for AGES then all of a sudden started to get belly ache. Ive used it about 5 times since leaving it a good week or 2 inbetween orders to see if it was a bad batch of something but no. I ordered a double pepperoni pizza with garlic bread and cheese and chessy wedges. Same thing everytime. But the next day violent belly pains and diarrhoea. Never been sick so i doubt anykind of food poisoning, just probably shoddy food standards but I wont be ordering again..

3 days ago I ordered from pizza gogo. The pizza was undercooked in the middle so i phoned up and the delivery driver (John) came and i gave the pizza back. Over the phone they said they would give me a refund of 18.99 in 48 hrs. I phoned back after 48 hrs as i hadn't received it. They said phone back tomorrow as the manager isn't here. I phoned back today and the manager was extremely rude to me and denying that he said he would give me the refund (even tho i had 2 family members as witnesses that he said he would refund me) and shouting his head off at me saying i need to talk to Just Eat about it. I've finally got my refund back and even Just Eat apologised for the poor service I received. The managers attitude was absolutely appauling. NEVER EVER again. I will be going to head office to report him. No one should be speaking to customers like this

Failed to take card details correctly and locked us out of our own account. Told us it had simply been declined. Then almost did it again to our second account, this time i had him repeat himself as he went though. Three corrections latter and surprise surprise, it went through no hassle. Phoned the manager to complain and explain my experience and from the start was treated to a cavalier attitude towards​ customer care. Firstly​ he told me it had nothing to do with them and blamed our bank and when i didn't back down communication broke down entirely. I don't believe I've been spoken to in such a juvenile way in over twenty years. This coming from a store manager no less! Totally appalling.

Terrible!! Pizza was cold when it eventually got here (2hours!) And not very tasty at all. Very over priced and the driver forgot my drink. Not happy!!

Ordered through just eat, waited an hour called the shop and they actually forgot about it, theguy on the phone had the cheek to start laughing and the manager is just as bad

The worst pizza I've ever tasted!!! The pizzas are saturated in salt and the BBQ pizza doesn't contain any BBQ sauce!!?!? Don't waste your money!! We rung up the company to speak to the manager to complain as we have been using them for the past few years and he did nothing but spoke to us like we were peasants!! GO PIZZA HUT OR DOMINOS !!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
