Pizza from the Strood branch given me and my partner food poisoning twice. The first time my partner threw up the night after eating dominoes. We thought it might have been a coincidence so brushed it off. Tonight we ordered again after a couple of months and after feeling the same way my partner has been throwing up a second time. This time I've also felt very unwell and nauseous. This has not happened when we've ordered from other branches so it isn't an allergy or reaction to any of the ingredients. Makes me worried about the hygiene quality at the restaurant. Are they not cooking things properly or using out of date ingredients? Won't be ordering from here again.

They don't know how to do their job, they are deaf and don't understand anything, and I would say one of them doesn't even understand English properly, he acts very important as if he were some kind of shop owner on the phone. I won't list what exactly happened, but they are rude, they lie and convince you of something you didn't even order. If you cant add simple chips on the system than whats it like on ubereats or just eat?

food took 2 hours to come and when arrived it was so greasy and cold, would not order again, was one of the worst kebabs we had. we ordered the loaded meat and chips with cheese, it would make more sense to have the meat first, then the chips on top with the cheese, having the chips on the bottom allowed for all the grease from the kebab and cheese to swim in it leaving it the worst chips we have had
