It was fine when it was first eaten but the next day felt sick bad pains like food poisoning

From some of these reviews must of been a one off I've orderd from this place for almost 2 years now and everything comes pipping hot and pizza is always made fresh I've had things missed off and they have rectified it immediately and delivered it quickly always had a curtsey call if something was out of stock and a replacement offerd. Five stars for me

Ordered here regularly in the past despite being nearly outside their catchment area. But today they decided they didn't want to deliver to me. After an hour I rang them and they said they had problems at my address previously and wanted payment over the phone. Total lies. I challenged them on it and they were unable to give me any details. They said they would call me back to take payment and food would be sent straight away. No call back. Rang them back half an hour later and they said they're not delivering. Disgraceful liars!!!! Not happy about being accused of not paying in the past. Obviously will never order from them again. Avoid!

We ordered late night, food was reheated, hot wings were missing, just generally rubbish quality which is disappointing. We've eaten here before and it was fine, but burnt food and missing items, doubtful we will order again.

Tried to charge 4.50 for a bottle of tango when its only 2.70 when i had a look . Dont go hear as they try to take advantage when people go in after a few beers

Despite having kebab in the title, they were completely inedible and just pieces of fat, had the same experience twice. Beyond disgusting, genuinely nearly puked. Only order if you like feeling nauseous.

2 orders in 5 days, but got completely different standards of service. First time the food arrived on time and could not have been better. Second time, we ordered more food and everything was awful. They were late, they didn't even come to the right place to deliver, I had to go to them when they had parked 2 roads over. The food was burned and tasteless, so phoned up to complain. They said they'd refund me the money, but I never received it. This was back in November, they told me 3-5 days but can't do anything to resolve this now as just eat only allows complains in 24 hrs of your orders. Absolutely disgraceful business.

I live quite a while away and the food still comes here hot. The pizzas are legitimately great for the price. The kebabs are a bit lackluster though. I don't understand why this place gets such a bad reputation, it's never disappointed me.

Chilli sauce was banging food was on ball

Ordered dirty box which in the desription says you get chips, cheese, mixed donner and salad in a pizza box . When it came it had no salad or sauce and was just lamb donner not mixed donner and chips. Over £14 for just meat and cheesy chips . Rang restaurant and apparently you have to contact them and ask 4 salad and sauce. What a waste it was cold and tadted horrible.

So I ordered, received my food and but the way the delivery driver spoke to my friend is absolutely disgusting! I’ve never heard someone be so rude over change! He even went to walk off with my order because I had some change! Absolutely ridiculous! Never had a problem before and I’ve been a regular for a while now, very disappointed!

I ordered through just eat, first arrived my order was wrong phoned up took 3 hours to get a replacement for the lamb meat to have pink colourings in it. 3 hours 10 phone calls

Honestly the worst kebab shop I've ever ordered from. The kofta was so overcooked it was like leather. The pizza was so undercooked the dough was still raw in the middle. The twister fries tasted like they had been fried in rancid oil. The mozzarella sticks were soggy and undercooked. We will not be ordering again.

0 star for everything, place is a joke! Ordered a kebab and pizza for only the kebab to arrive. Phone up multiple times person at shop just said he was trying to get in touch with driver… and currently still waiting for my food it’s been an hour since I last spoke to them.

I ordered on Uber, food took over 2 and a half hours to finally arrive. I only ordered a chicken burger and spicy chicken wings. The food arrived finally after 5 calls and being told food was on its way. Clearly it was not. When it did arrive it was cold as to be honest even if it had been warm it looked disgusting. What ever you do don’t order. Oh and they are so very very rude..they really need to be shutdown

Ordered a döner pizza and a plain cheese pizza Waited over an hour, tried calling at least 5 times Food eventually turns up, pizza is cold and half cooked... But also it's 2 chicken and pepperoni pizzas so totally wrong Spoke to foodhub who contacted the restaurant, they told me to call them back, Sancho's promised to send out 2 fresh correct pizzas, and nearly 24hrs later im still waiting for them

Will never ever order from here again! Waited 2 and a half hours food never turned up, useless people over the phone and lied about delivery times. Stay away from this dodgy establishment

Best kebab in Kent hands down. It slaps

Had so many so so kebabs. Thought I'd try this place for a basic small lamb donner with salad, chilli and garlic sauce. The nest was great and tasted fresh and so did the salad. And it didn't stink the house or the next day like so many other greasy examples do. If use them again.

Had to cancel the order because it was so dirty 😡😡😡

Ordered from there last night it's now 13:30 the next day and I'm still in bed with terrible stomach pains, sickness and diarrhea thanks for the food poisoning guys.

Order late wrong and stone cold

3 days ago I bought 2 large 18" cheese pizzas for my daughter's 10th birthday for her friends. Both pizzas were burnt and impossible to eat. Will never go back to Sanchos again.

Now I've ordered a few times and never had trouble but last night my food arrived an hour over the delivery time it took 50mins from the time they said my food was with driver, it arrived cold, and with some extra hair too so was instantly put off and couldn't eat any of it my husband kebab was litterly swimming in grease the grease dripped off the kebab I have complained and got told I won't receive a refund as driver was in extreme heavy traffic at 10pm at night? So after a hard day's work both me and my husband ended up with a sandwich absolutely discussed and WONT be ordering again!!

Order never arrived no call can't get hold of them no refund from deliveroo as they deliver there own orders had me waiting ended up going to sleep still can't get hold of them the next day nor can deliveroo but shops still open taking orders DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

It was poor at best, with prices that seem to increase as customer numbers decrease. I will personally will avoid this takeaway from now on due to missing sevral days off work and causing myself and family to be incredibly ill.

Disgraceful. I ordered from Just Eat, 1 pizza, 3 cans of drinks and 12 chicken nuggets. ‘Delivery by 7:45pm-8:15pm” the app told me, an hour and half later, nothing has arrived. After 15 attempts of ringing them, I’ve had no luck in getting an answer and still haven’t received my food. Would not recommend this place.

Don’t waste your time to order from them .It’s took them 2 hours in Monday night to prepare and delivered two pizzas and 2 sides (nachos and burger sauce ) .Very rude owner who explained me he run him busses alone with one delivery guy so that it’s as well missing drinks but that’s the last thing which I care.Honestly don’t lose your time !!!

Absolutely abismal service I ordered 3 items through just eat & out the 3 items 1 arrived the driver cleared off so I phoned Sam his myself being told well mistakes happen !!! Mistakes lol after reading other reviews there’s more than a few unhappy ppl ! I had a phone call to say my missing bits were on the way 20 minutes later I finally got cold food will never use you again disgusting service

Absolutely shocking service, ordered through just eat. When it was late we called and they took forever to get an answer, felt they forgot about our call so we hung up to receive a text saying it would be another 15 minutes. 45 minutes later it finally arrives and the driver told us they haven't got any drivers but the boss doesn't care. That would explain why they stopped answering the phone. Will never use Sanchos again!!!

I don't ever leave reviews but this is by far one of the worst places I've ordered from. I would give no stars if I could. Ordered food, an hour later it arrives and an item is missing. I phone and tell them its missing they inform me that the driver will bring it as soon as they are back at the resteraunt. I phone twice more them saying the driver on their way and making up excuses like its a long journey (actually a 13 minute journey especially at 1am). An hour and a half later the driver turns up with cold food. Tried to get a refund before the food arrived as it was taking so long and I had to get to sleep. Plus my appetite had gone waiting 2 and a half hours for the food but they kept arguing with me. Never going there again.

Ordinarily i'm not a complainer... everyone makes mistakes or can miss something from an order on the "odd" occasion ( except KFC, Courtney Road!) For the last few months they've been providing a less than acceptable service and quality of food. I even went to the store in Canterbury Street and advised them of this, and asked what the problem was? they assured me it was just a few problems and that it wouldn't be an issue in the future. Since this time their food has been dreadful. pizza toppings missing on every order which I've paid extra for and the kebab went straight in the bin, it was awful. They don't answer their phone ...I'm done with Sancho's

Always phone up to place an order over the phone e now several months of phonenumber onleaflet and when Google sancho the number is no exist which is very dissapointing as I once thought they were good service.

Used to be a shining Establishment in gillingham producing the nicest kebabs and biggest pizza, has hit rock bottom, both in service and hygiene.

The order has been paid . I call the shop very rude staff !!!!!!!!!!! Now I need to wait for my money 5days I will never order from this place again just make aware to other people . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The doner kebab was fabulous with friendly staff. But, half of my chips were re fried which damages the texture by taking in oil and it's like having oil sponges . Hope the management reads this and improves on it.

The meat and chips arrived in a small container despite ordering a large so very disappointed with portion size. Was warm but not hot. The meat was dry and quite chewy. The chips part of my order consisted of a small handful

I would give a 0 if I could. I'm certain it wasn't chicken I was served. There was large amount of odd looking (not chicken) skin in the meat that had small spikey things in it. Also, the cheese on the chips was off. Foul food. Would NOT recommend buying from here.

Always such nice food🙏 Delivery can sometimes be a little bit late not impressed by this but the food always makes up for it also the drivers are always cheerful and polite👌
