Greggs in Medway

Driver was 'at restaurant' for over an hour. When arrived, he told me that my order was ready, but they kept making him wait to fill more orders, meaning mine was sat there over an hour before he left. Arrived stone cold. Not impressed.

The food was cold, the hot drink had leaked, bacon was stone cold in the bacon roll.

Expected delivery time got later and later, and delivery driver rang on the doorbell, went next door and realised that we had put NOT 31A and so headed back to our door.

Nothing was forgotten, all tasted good

Pizza was all smashed up in the box two of them with no topping on at all

My order today wasn't as warm as was expected on delivery.My hot drinks wasn't sealed properly so was leaking on delivery,so on this I was disappointed.

The driver parked up for 5 minutes in his car before coming to my house so got a cold bacon roll

food was cold drinks cold too. ordered at 7am so my son could have a special treat before school took 1 hour and 30 mins to arrive no special treat for him as school starts at 8.30. no option to cancel either. I imagine the delivery drivers was the time issue but I definitely didn't expect that long

Food turned up cold and not what I ordered.

the staff have not got any manners the young lass on the counter Saturday was on her phone. we sat down to eat was shocked about the price we paid to sit at a dirty table and to eat a cold pizza. I can't believe how bad the shop has got not enough staff need more staff to clean the shop and table.

This is my favorite breakfast, and I order these delicious sausage rolls from this branch of Greggs on a regular basis.

food was freezing cold, and courier wasn't at the restaurant until 45mins after. which explains why the food was cold. greggs prepared the food for the time expected but the driver didn't collect. they shouldn't have accepted the order if they wasn't close. or let them know so they didn't prepare the order until they were there. very disappointing and had to cook for myself

Always enjoyable for a tea and sausage roll, staff need to keep tables and chairs clean and empty bins more often not always easy when busy but something they need to look at,

THis is a regular order for me. I have a sausage roll most mornings for my breakfast.

Such a small order of 5 sausages rolls (for kids) A baguette and a box of doughnuts and the order turns up with just a box of doughnuts and a baguette!! Bag says it's been checked!!!

Greggs took absolutely ages to even send my order and it’s arrived cold

Left after waiting a few minutes to be served. Terrible customer service on visit yesterday also. How many times can I rephrase one bacon and sausage baguette and a cappuccino......... Why I bother I have no idea. Thanks for not getting my coffee and food this morning and for still being late for work anyway. Update November 2024- with the new faces, better trained staff it seems like the necessary improvements are being made here. Well done to the team. Happier when visiting these days and despite the online orders being prioritised over in store customers it's definitely better than before. Only fair to improve the rating.

Delivery driver rude moaned about how far he had to go

I was waiting nearly 2 hours for food and coffee to be completely cold. Then JustEat had the audacity to gave me only £2,55 refund. Joke

This is a regular order for me. I think that speaks for itself. Couriers are usually polite and friendly most deliver with a smile.

what's wrong with mcds getting orders wrong

wrong delivery received. no drinks, I ordered 2. wrong baguette. bag had correct receipt but wrong & missing items inside.

Half of my coffee was spilled and leaking out the bag.

I was most disappointed that my order was not that you sent !!! I have no idea what you sent ! Look like chocolate of some sort !!! I only ordered 6 plain butter croissants that's all ! I complained to just eat but still am waiting for my full refund . You just don't put whatever you feel like as if that's chocolate in dose its bad for me being diabetic !!! Most disappointed .. I always get it right from your gillingham branch but you .... very disappointed !

Coffee and food cold - no sugar sent as requested

I regulary order from Greggs in Chatham High Street. For me you cannot beat a sausage roll. Allways delicious. The couriers are always pleasant and polite.

Was told that they would open half an hour later due to shortage of staff. Don't understand how that affect me. It only takes one person to push the button on the machine. 🤷 I guess hiring staff that barely looked 17 amounts zero farks given.

Picked this Greg’s due to delivery time stating 30mins. They were preparing my order with the courier at the restaurant for an hour. Food was cold on arrival.

Food was stone cold when it arrived. Was late by over 45 mins or original delivery time. The driver was collecting the food for nearly 40 mins. I guess they was late and the food sat there cold and they have the cheek to send out the food cold still.

There is always something missing from the order, especially if it's part of a deal. Order the breakfast & lunch deal and you'll get one or the other...

Driver was assigned and the delivery time kept getting extended so I spoke to the restaurant and they said that it had been waiting for a driver and the food has already been ready for 10 mins, would not have ordered if I had known it was going to take so long

Sausage rolls were delivered veey hit which was nice as normally food orders come just warm.

Order was not late but was delivered to the wrong house, it was delivered to 37 Bilsington close. Please can the driver actually read the address before delivering because had the homeowner not contacted me I would have not got my food. There’s even GPS so there’s not really a good excuse for getting the wrong road let alone the wrong house number

After three hours waiting for the delivery, ordered at half past nine and arrived at a quarter past twelve , the food was cold and soggy and not exactly what I have ordered. Very disappointed.
