Bistrant & Music cafe in Medway

Gone downhill. Used to love it. Slow service. Poor choice on menu. No adaptation for diabetic diet however small. They will just say weve run out then suggest the filling on something else. Only one side of toast toasted so Interior of toasties made the bread soggy. Member of staff just shrugged shoulders. Extremely rude manager with blond hair and glasses. Mobility aid not allowed. Grabbed and taken away. Only the same as a pushchair. Used to come 3 times a week. Shame no one ever responds to these reviews.

Waited 15 minutes after being seated for order to be taken and paid for at that point then another 23 minutes before it arrived (obviously they know customers may walk if delivery takes too long). Items were ok......ish but nothing special. Would not win any prizes for speedy service thats for sure. In all honesty, would not recommend this venue.

It is sad to see a good place go down hill. Lots of people there, oh had ham egg chips..that was ok. I had kids portion sausage mash peas as cant eat big meals. Sausages good, but told team leader that the microwave killed the mash and peas. How can you do that to peas. Was it because it was a kids meal,. Got no feedback from team leader so spoke to another lady as thought that was bad customer service...eg no apology, reason, excuse...nothing. Left most of mash and peas.... Not a good response. Not sure mash was not powdered/frozen..

I went with my husband, after several other visits for lunch with a friend. Food has always been hot and tasty, good value for money and generous portions. Join their club card and get 10% off food and drink and shop goods. 😊

Known it for years always get the traditional breakfast. Good stuff. They have a section for dog owners too.

Poor quality bacon, sausage burnt expensive for what you got.

Was a little bit pricey for a toasted sandwich. What annoyed me the most about thus visit a member of staff thinking he is in the gettho his trousers were hanging right down showing half of his boxers and bum if they were any lower they would be down by his knees or on the floor

Overpriced, small portions and not great quality. £7 for a prawn sand which was probably one of the worst I have ever had .

Great breakfast. Think it’s a great idea they have a dog section and a dog menu. There was a mistake with my order but sorted out fast by the service team once it was brought to their attention. Will definitely come again

Bistrant Cream tea - scones were cold, asked to warm up and they microwaved the scones, still luke warm and made them hard and chewy. £6.95 for a cream tea with a cold, hard scone is very disappointing and we will not return!

Service and staff very good as per usual but disappointed with the food as some of the breakfast,ie: mushrooms,beans and grilled tomato were only just warm and the fried eggs were in my opinion overcooked.

I had been told that the fish n chips here where excellent on my visit the chips were undercooked and the fish was bland and under seasoned and all in all didn't warrent the 13 quid they charge for it

We visited here today for breakfast, our server was Suzi, she was very cheerful and made us laugh! Just what we needed on a Sunday morning. Breakfast was delicious and even though it was busy it arrived quick and hot. Highly recommended. See you again soon. Denise

Had an afternoon tea at The Bistrant at Elm Court Garden Centre. Great value for money. Staff were very attentive and courteous. Especially our server Suzie and the manager Paul. Food arrived promptly. And was delicious. Value for money 10 out of 10. Would definitely come again.

Restaurant located inside the Garden Centre. Great to have a meal when looking for some gardening things. Good atmosphere with cafe vibes. Food prices are higher than the quality that you get. There is another outside area with a playground for kids.

Great food, the Nachos are to die for!! Nice big cafe, well spread out. Nice to be able to have dogs there too. Sat out in the shade and watched the grandsons wear themselves out in the large play area. These additions have definitely made it somewhere I will go to more often!
