The best restaurants in Gillingham North Medway South East

Went here for valentine's day after not been here in ten years was not happy with the service very slow then my partner got his main nearly ten minutes before me so his went cold as was waiting for me too get my food I had the chicken with mushroom sauce was horrible and over cooked did not touch it chips had not taste definitely was frozen shame as was lovely food years ago definitely gone down hill only thing that was nice was the cocktail I had

The rooms are good but the service isn’t. Clearly miscommunication as I booked a room beforehand and there suddenly is to a room for me. Took a while for them to sort that out After that the rooms are good but service is clearly lost amongst themselves

This is without doubt our favourite go to for just some excellent Indian, Bangladeshi food, these guys will also let me order off menu, my dish is garlic chilli mutton, there really is nothing left at all, the rices are just fluffy and delicious the Aloo dishes to die for ........... I think you get the gist of this post lol If you can make it here, do it you will not regret it.

Had jerk chicken for the first time from here as my usual has shut down. Food tasted great. Also got some curried goat. Definitely recommend the food. Even though I'm in Rainham just eat said out of range? That needs sorting by them. But when I rang and told the guy he very kindly said he would deliver himself even though he was working. So he gets bonus points for that. Mate, I don't know your name but thanks for that. Will definitely use again but tell the idiots at just eat that Rainham, Kent is only a couple of miles from you in Gillingham. As of 21/10/23 this place seems to have shut permanently. Have tried several times to ring, no answer, and just eat always say they are not taking orders at the moment. Shame the food was great. Doesn't seem to be any good place in Medway for Caribbean food now.

Been using the Grange since 1993 all ways delicious, highly recommend .

Great example of a proper British pub. Darts, pool, live bands and real ales. There’s even a big friendly dog that will certainly let you stroke him. Great place to come with kids or on a Sunday, the atmosphere is unmatched. Mind ye head, the ceiling can be low in spots.

They call it breakfast for 6 pound ! Its a joke ! Never but never order again from this .... not even a fastfood !

The portions are so tiny for the price. I ordered chicken and the tub wasn’t even half full, it was really chewy and soggy as if it was cooked the day before, the staff didn’t want to hear and didn’t even offer to help. I would avoid as there are many other nice Chinese food places in the area (I see now why the name has changed multiple times)

I placed an order for food from this restaurant through Just Eat at 19:45, the estimated delivery was 35mins. At 20:30 I phoned the restaurant and was told my order was on it's way and would be a few minutes. At 21:40, still no sign of the food, so I phoned again and was told the same thing as before. At 22:15, the food turned up but who wants to eat at that time? I have no idea what the food was like but it was bound to be cold.
