Subway in Medway

Just visited this subway and was served by Alexanda found her to be very helpful,positive ,kind and polite we will return very soon to her excellent customer service this lady desives a pay raise

Delivery never happened. Just Eat still refused a refund.

Bread was wrong and it took 1 hour for the delivery

Not sure what happened with the assembly of the sandwich; the bread looked like it had been smashed down, making the whole sub difficult to eat as lots of the fillings fell out.

love subway pier Road, they never mess up my order, it's always fresh and warm and it's never been late. always early or on time.

Incorrect items sent tried calling shop but blaming drivers!!

I like ordering from here...... when they get your order right. My most common issue is that they either forget the sauce I wanted, or they overcook the crinkle wedges, which leave them rock hard and inedible.

Took over an hour to get here and was cold when it arrived. Paid for double cheese and it came with no cheese at all and hardly any peppers. Was a cold mess

It’s missing all the veg, how did they not add the veg. All it was , was lettuce and sweetcorn

Ordered two meal deals and did not recieve any of the sides or drinks.

I had a very bad experience with this branch. I went in to get my sub and during my interaction the lady making my sub wiped all the sauce that was on her knife on the white paper the covers the sub before they roll it and pack it. The sauce got all over the top of my bread making it disgusting to eat since the outside of the bread is lathered with sauce. She then proceeds to argue with me about why what she did was not wrong for a bit. All in all the service, food, the care they put in the food while making the sub and the people are awful and garbage. They made me never want to get subway from this branch again. Subway has really dropped their standards in their hiring process and they quality of food. Tip: if you want good or even decent food never consider subway as an option in the Uk.

The food was cold when it arrived and the delivery time changed 3 times.

Sandwich was cold and cookies were all broken up into pieces

Went in today and they only had 2 types of bread. Poor selection.

Dont always like the "set" menus bit "tuna kahuna" was good. Always helpful staff. Need to bring back honey mustard

Items were missing and 3 days to wait for a refund, ok I'll just go hungry tonight then! At least it was mine and not the kids food missing.

Why do these places hire people who don’t give you what you order. Spent a lot of money and they got it completely wrong. Ask for salad get none in one of the subs. Ask for no salad and get salad 🤦🏻‍♀️

The nachos has a mediocre taste and was either too soggy or burnt the sandwich was nice but was extremely dry as it had next to no sauce the cookie was excellent as always just wish there was a little more sauce so it didn’t feel like I was cutting my throat with every swallow

Over an hour to receive a ham sandwich

Asked for pickles none very disappointed we prefer when we can nothing, not one extra pickle

The pepperoni pizza slice was cold when it arrived as they wanted for ages for a driver to be assigned.

Are you kidding me? I ordered a Tuna Sub, they basically sent me the filling, minus the sub, totally unacceptable!

Order was over 60 minutes late and was unable to get any help from customer service. The whole just eat service was appalling. The system does not even allow me to state 60 minutes, it just defaults to five which is wrong! Spoke to the restaurant who were very helpful but even they were in the dark and could only say that a driver had not been assigned. Why give a delivery time if a driver has not even been contacted?

I did not receive my order at all and would like to be refunded. We spoke to the staff at Subway who advised that the Just Eat driver was not prepared to wait for the food to be ready.

Never normally have an issue with this subway but been sent the wrong items today

This order was a joke from the start. They kept moving the estimated delivery time AFTER the order was placed and paid for. I ordered because the expected window of delivery was fine. 5 or 10 minutes late wouldn't have been much of an issue. But to keep moving the window is unacceptable, especially to the point where the food ends up being over an hour late! I called the store and the girl told me that there was nothing she could do and that my order had left already. It didn't register as "on the way" for a further 15 mins. At this point I could have collected the order myself and eaten it before it was actually "on the way". The girl on the phone was very rude and abrupt considering I was already disgruntled that my food was an hour late!

Was waiting an hour and a half for the driver to get to the restaurant and no update on delivery times until it had been 40 mins past delivery estimate

Good food, I tried Cookies from so many different subways but double chocolate cookies of this place was superb.

Delivery driver was really good and very polite

We ordered two meatball marinara subs however one of them was a meatless, we know this because we have ordered them so many times we could taste the difference between the two meatballs this time it was really disappointing and makes us not want to order from subway again.

Phoned to complain half my order was missing given the response well the driver must have been hungry go make a claim........

Usually, an ok experience here but in this order, my nachos for 2 was only a single portion in a large box, who do you think you are kidding?

The sandwich was very warm a mushy, wasnt a very nice texture at all and not how it normally is when I buy it ! Also only had one slice of tomato and some soggy lettuce

the cheesy bread wasn’t even decent half the bread inside was missing with the tinest bit of cheese on top, the cheese balls were stone cold, very disappointed. The whole food in general was stone cold.

Really disappointing this time. We have ordered from Pier Road Subway before & its been really nice & been exactly as ordered too…..This time however was the opposite. I paid for double cheese to go with the cheese already asked for in my daughter’s ham sub. What arrived was what I would say was a normal serving of cheese. My sub was seriously disappointing! I had asked for tomato ketchup, fresh tomato slices were put in!! I asked for a poached egg & what arrived was a cold almost hard boiled egg! I couldn’t eat it! I had to take the ‘boiled egg’ out & the sliced tomato, replace with some ketchup to go with the ham & hash browns. Won’t be ordering from here again for a while thats for sure!!!

The restaurant muddled up the two sandwiches, so we had the wrong fillings. One of them was gluten free, so we didn't know which was which. The lettuce tasted vile, like it was starting to go off. Wouldn't order from here again in a hurry.

Food came hot and tasted excellent 😋 They didn't have the cookie I wanted but they did give me the closest one to what I asked for. They also wrote a short and sweet apology on the cookie bag with a smiley face. ☺️

My meal was delivered early and was exactly what was ordered. Very good service.

I'm not happy about the fact that three items were missing from my order. The cookie the pack of crisps and the drink that was supposed to be with my foot long meal. I won't be ordering from this subway

I requested my salad wrap not to be toasted but it was. My husband’s sub was so toasted it looked burnt.

The big cheese stake foot long was extremely soft like it’s been made for a while and left there for a while whilst waiting for the driver. It was very saggy and I was unable to eat it what a waste of money

2 of the subs were burnt meaning unbeatable.

Upto roughly a month ago I've been getting decent service from pier road, but sadly it's become a bit sketchy, the tuna quality has gone downhill, and today a box of sharer nachos was delivered as a normal portion in a large box.

Ordered a meal deal and only got the sandwich the rest of of it is missing

Love Subway from Pier Road but this is the second time they have given the wrong item. I asked for Doritos and got Quavers. Not happy with the swap that I wasn't informed about.

Food was cold, no cheese in footlong and wrong crisps with meal. Also got charged 10p for a bag and didn’t get one. Never again.

Not usually I complain it leave bad reviews but Do your self a favour and avoid these! Waited over an hour past eta time for my food, needless to say it was stone cold when it arrived, tried calling for an update and to see if it’d be easier to collect, but no answer, even the delivery guy said how unorganised it was in store, shame because I have ordered from these guys a lot and gradually they’ve got worse and worse, never again!

My sub was very burnt I paid for extra cheese and i didn’t even get that I got a little bit of cheese my crinkled potato’s had no seasoning

The crinkle wedges were missing the seasoning, despite it clearly being in the order. The delivery driver couldn’t find the flat, so I had to go out and down the road to get the food off him.

Food never turn up, 4th time in 2 weeks the driver has dropped it off at the wrong address, now just eat are telling me they won't refund me.... wont be using justeat again
