Used to order from here many, many years ago and it was good. My mum decided to treat me and my wife to a takeaway, but I wish she didn't. Even though I wasn't paying, the prices are absolutely atrocious now. That aside, the pork dumplings were raw and the fried rices were just bland. Salt, white pepper and MSG cost a pittance and would improve your food muchly.

Food OK, but when placing order wait time was 30 minutes, order was 1.5 hours till delivery

We love King Fu, the delivery is always on time and the food hot and delicious. I made an error on my order, clicking pick up instead of delivery. I cancelled and called the restaraunt. They were so helpful. Unfortunately Just Eat failed to refund my cancelled order, despite showing it cancelled in app. I had to contact Uber to sort it out which was a bit of a faff, but eventually got my money back, this was entirely down to Uber and in no way reflected on Kung Fu, who I highly recommend.

Ordered a meal from here today,chicken mango with rice,and it was disgusting,no more than a frozen chicken steak cut up and put into a sauce,which no more resembled mango sauce at all. Never again certainly not worth the money spent on the meal...

Best Chinese food in gillingham by far!! I've been ordering from kung fu for over 2 years now. and when I tell you I don't play with my takeaways. but THIS PLACE!!! AMAZING FOOD 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The food is spoilt. It is not fresh cooked at all. Even the spare rib is not freshly. Pls becareful about people's health and don't serve left over meal the following day.

Kung fu is our go-to chinese, been using it for years. Never had a bad takeaway yet. Food is always hot and spicy depending on the dish. I generally collect as better for me, as ready within 15 mins of ordering. I normally get Singapore rice noodles and sweet n sour chicken, with chow mein Singapore style and chicken ball with sweet n sour. I must say the size of the sweet n sour sauce has reduced considerably and is not enough for 10 chicken balls. But today I ordered the 1/4 duck that comes with wraps, cucumber and spring onion, and of course, hoisin sauce and with chips in curry sauce. The duck oh is just banging, love it. Other than that, 10/10 every time. Meal for 2 every time, that's not all just for me. Highly recommend it. I haven't provided pics as i ate first, so nothing left to see.

Food was luke warm only just edible. If a delivery time cannot guaranteed they need to shorten the delivery area to fulfil the requirements of the customer. Rang twice to get my delivery time .

Sooo good. I had shredded chilli beef which was amazing and a good sized portion. Salt and pepper squid., this is one of my favourite dishes, so I am quite critical, but it was fantastic. 10/10. King prawn in black bean sauce very very tasty with plenty of prawns and duck fried rice . I must say, I think this is my new favourite Chinese takeaway. Can’t wait to try more dishes

I ordered at 21:10 and my order was supposed to come between 21:45 - 22:10 then it got delayed until 22:05 - 22:25. The order still hadnt been sent for delivery at 22:25 I got told at 22:30 it would be one minute. I didn’t receive my order until 22:40 !!!

The order was after the time originally given but within the revised time. The food was okay but I ordered a pork dish and got chicken and bean sprouts which was a bit disappointing!

Very bad management. Ordered on just eat. Forgot one item. So placed a new order for it. To be delivered after recieving the first order. Which would have cost me extra. Which isn't a problem. Management. Decided to cancel it. Even though I have always used them. Never again

I used to get Chinese food here as a child and I'm not sure why we stopped. Started using again and the service and quality of food is really good. Ordered through their website and was surprised to receive a free pack of 6 spring rolls. My wife was very happy.

Curry was bland and watery. No real taste. Very pale in colour. Not your usual Chinese chicken curry. Egg fried rice was bland and tasteless. Delivery driver was lovely.

Gone dramatically downhill, the only nice part of the meal was the cucumber we got with the duck (which was cold and flavourless). The rest of the food had no flavour & tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. That’s twice in a row we have been let down & will be the last time.

Food turned up 15 minutes late and I specifically said not to put onions in chicken chow mein and there was onions in it also we was given a Diet Coke when I ordered a normal coke-cola

There was some nice bits and some not so nice the rice was over cooked yet dry and the noodle were under cooked, the food was very oily. This is my opinion I know a lot of people who like the food from here unfortunately it’s not for me

Food hasnt turned up they don’t answer the phone for ages and when they do they tell you it’s being cooked and when the driver gets there they will get him to deliver it first it’s been 2 hours

Usually this is our go to Chinese takeout. Today we ordered and it was just awful, noodles were undercooked, portion sizes were have of what that have been and sauce that comes as part of the meal was thin and tasteless. In the end I had to stir fry the noodles in a wok to cook them properly. Doubtful we will order from here again. Such a shame.

Can't even bring myself to eat mine everything swimming in greace . Chicken balls burnt and hard never will I order again from here .

Absolutely delicious. Food nice and hot, good sized portions and tasted lovely. We had Singapore noodles, chicken Hong Kong style, salt and pepper chicken and chicken with mushroom. Delivery driver was friendly. Although a little pricey, you definitely get what you pay for.

Terrible food, veggies swimming in a red jell-o sauce, wet rice. Tasteless, greasy and unhealthy.

ordered off uber eats and i wasn’t disappointed. ordered salt and pepper chips, salt and pepper tofu and a singapore chowmein. it all came to roughly £22 including delivery charge but i’ve spent more on food so i wasn’t fussed by this. food was delivered in reasonable time but i did order quite late so i can’t fault them there. it all came piping hot and fresh. usually when i order chips from other places they come soggy but these were still crispy and amazing. i left in the notes that i’m a vegetarian and to take the meat out of the singapore chowmein and they did just that and added more veg too which was really nice. delivery driver was also so kind. not sure if this is a regular thing but i didn’t get prawn crackers, maybe you have to order them separately but i’m not sure, however no prawn crackers isn’t the end of the world. my go to chinese from now on!

Food was delivered in a reasonable time and the delivery lady was polite and happy. Food was nice & hot, all delivery instructions were followed, lovely food & good portions.

I ordered a meal for delivery at 19.40 this evening and after two calls looking for my delivery it finally arrived at 20.40. I was offered a discount on the phone but when it arrived the woman was arguing about the time it had taken and offers me a whopping discount of £2, I asked for a fair £5 discount of which the woman rudely said no and walked away. I will never order from this takeaway again and will be informing everyone on FB to avoid them due to the complacency and total rudeness.

Always used Kung Fu but had to change because the curry sauce has become too sweet now. Real shame though we did try a couple of times but still the same. Food is good. I understand everyone is very jumping on the band wagon and inflating their prices but Kung Fu cannot go any higher with theirs as they will price themselves out and peole will go elsewhere.

Food is disgusting. Sweet and sour pork had hardly any meat in and loaded with red peppers. The sweet and sour sauce is pure sugar. The two so called soups had so much sugar in we chucked it down the drain. First time I have ordered from them and will never again.

Between ordering and receiving my delivery, I waited just 9 minutes. There's absolutely no way that food was prepared fresh. Chicken in my rice was bone dry and chewy, crispy shredded beef was slimey and tasted like it had a bottle of Sarsons vinegar poured over it and the sweet & sour chicken balls felt microwaved. Only saving grace was the salt and pepper ribs. Never ordering from there again.

My wife treats us to a Chinese and ordered me a chicken chow mein, which is my favourite, when it arrived yes it was hot but it was so dry like the life had been sucked out of it . I think they did not even use chow mein sauce as it is ment to have very disappointed would not recommend this place

Absolutely awful service, ordered my food, paid for my order but when it turned up it was not all there, so I phoned to tell them and was told no worries it is on it's way, when it did turn up i was told I have to pay for it !!... don't think so, as I have already paid !! Will not use them again... stay clear people.. the food is not worth the hassle.

Called in to make a usual order and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for ‘flats’ instead of drums for salt and pepper wings (which they have always done for me) the lady declined and said no even though I said but I always order from here and it’s never been a problem and she very resell said no and hung up on me. I called back and asked why did she hang up, I was still going to make the order and it was so unprofessional of her to do so that. She then refused to take my order after I stated I would make a complaint about her poor customer service & hung up again. I am no longer ever as a paying customer going to order from here again. I will make a formal complaint under the consumer rights act 2015 to because the attitude, u professionalism and poor customer service. I work in law therefore I know what I’m talking about. The food here was horrible. Food was very plain and unseasoned. I called to complain about the food and was told that they had new staff in and that’s why the food wasn’t of great standards. They also explained that I could only get a 15% refund which is completely unreasonable. Avoid buying food from here. A complete waste of £18.

It was good at before and now it's gross the noodles looked out of date the chicken with lemon was soggy and the chips looked a bit werid looked like someone taken a bite out of it and put it bk

Have not ordered from here for quite a while. Order came to £40.60. With a 15% discount for ordering over the phone, this should have come to £34.51. Somehow the order came to £37.60. I thought maybe the prices had gone up since I hadn't ordered for a long time, but when I received the menu with the food, the prices were the same! So either the restaurant can't do maths, or they are dishonest. Mushroom chow mein tasted strange and the chicken in the chicken in black bean sauce was dry. Both were inedible. Probably won't order from here again.

Worst customer experience! Ordered a meal for two then at first they gave my order to another house, then delivered a one person meal to my house! Woman on the phone was so rude and told me to take it up with Uber eats.

Chop suey more like sweet and sour as syrupy sweet. Too much sugar and liquid. Not worth the money. My son had curry and rice though and he enjoyed his.

Guy that took my order was very pleasant and polite. Take away was spot on as always. Went in to order this time but have had Take aways in the past and they have been excellent as well.
