Genuinely the worst Chinese I have had, thought I would try something new and this was a big mistake, no flavour and over priced. Chasing a refund but can’t get anywhere. 100% avoid this one!

10/10 great food, good portions and food still hot! Definitely be back. My new Chinese restaurant for sure.

Chilli beef was inedible tasted revolving everything was cold and had been reheated. First and last time I will use this Chinese.

Proper Chinese - not just the usual bland old mush that every other takeaway churns out... Ordered from here many times now and haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Delivery drivers are quick very polite and the food is always roasting hot. Will continue to recommend this place! Thank you!

Everything was nice except the squid. It was hard and dried out, inedible. Last time it was the chips that were dried out and rice wasn't fried at all, but boiled and sticky, egg not cooked properly. I wish they'd just get all dishes to the same high standard, instead of a couple of horrible ones thrown in.

Food tasted as if it had been reheated, almost stale? No flavour/ Bland. Dry meat. Soggy starters. Generally awful. Had to order another meal.

By far the best Chinese in Medway. Food is always delivered quickly and the food is tasty and delicious. Not oily or dry like some Chinese takeaways

Always good. Love their curry and rice in same container as you can choose to have a small portion of special fried rice with your curry, which is great if there is only one of you who wants special fried rice.

Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again .I ordered the chicken curry and rice , when I cut into the chicken it was not cooked and was pink in the middle of every piece of chicken.I did receive an apology and a refund but unfortunately it has put me off from ordering from here again.

I Havnt ordered from here for a while, and we remembered why today... We ordered salt and chilli squid - last time we had something that chewy in our mouth was a fruit pastel before they went vegan and took the gelatine out! Satay chicken - dry as Gandhi's flip flop Egg fried rice - not fried .. tasted like rice pudding Prawn curry - generically nice, as were the prawn crackers. Crab and sweetcorn soup - delicious Such a shame, but felt we needed to be honest as hopefully they will take the review on board x

First time ordering tonight, and after reading reviews was a bit apprehensive. The food was delicious. Sweet and sour balls were a decent size, noodles were perfect and plenty of them. And ribs were literally falling off the bone. Will definitely be back!

One of the best takeaways in Medway hands down always on time and food is always top notch. If I had one negative it would be that the grilled dumplings where a little over done

Having used this Chinese many times - but tonight I was wholly disappointed with very poor quality food. Beef was over cooked and tough, chips were under cooked. No flavour at all to curry. Won’t be using again

Food was disgusting, like it sat in old oil all day, sweet n sour balls comes with the smallest pot of sauce I've ever seen, and charged us delivery 2wice for 2 separate orders coming to same address. Never would I eat this s**t from here again. N all u get when u call them to complain is OK ok. China town Canterbury St is the 1 should never of tried this 1 out

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering as they were not wrong. Tasteless and very greasy. Special chow mein - not a single shrimp in. It didn't seem busy so cannot use that as an excuse. Will definitely not be returning

Love the way you can have special curry and special fried rice in one tub, always lovely, but shame about some of the other dishes. The dry ribs were really tough and mostly inedible. Shame.

Ordered yesterday and now both me and my 2 year old are violently ill. The food was tasteless and lukewarm when it arrived and the chips tasted and looked like they'd been microwaved from frozen. And to add insult to injury we were sent a paper menu showing MUCH lower prices than what we'd paid from just eat. Total let down as the last order from here was stunning. Not quite sure what's happened to them

So sad . Probably the last time I will order from here . The food was almost inedible . So so so salty . What makes it worse was when I phoned up to let them know - no apology. Just a oh … ok . Which makes me think they knew it was a bad meal before the y sent it out . And this meal took 45 minutes to prepare. So god knows what they were doing - maybe just too busy ? Maybe a lot of things , but today was not their day . We have had great take always from there before and I hope they get it sorted , because if is this the shape of things to come , they will not survive .

Absolutely horrendous Chinese, it looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen for 3 days. Waste of money and the delivery time was mega slow!

My friend ordered king prawn in satay sauce from the menu. When it arrived it was full of red and green peppers and onion and it was in a gravy infused with chilli not a satay sauce. As she is allergic to peppers so couldn't eat the meal. I called the restaurant and they said their driver had finished work and gone home so the dish could not be replaced! I then asked for a refund for that dish and they refused! Disgusting service!!! I recommend that you avoid this Chinese at all costs!

Avoid at all cost! Spent £35 and the whole order was just appalling!! Chicken chow mein was mushy and barely had any flavour. Chips were over cooked and cold, very gummy. Smoked chicken was old and chewy. I now have very upset stomach and can’t stop throwing up. This was the worse Chinese I’ve had in my whole life. My partner is also complaining of feeling sick. The food was definitely not fresh and made me very ill

I accidentally ordered from this restaurant 60miles away from me because it has the exact same name as the one we order from locally. Needless to say I never picked up my order, upon calling the place to cancel my order, they refused to do it and asked me to deal with the app! Yet in the order it says order collected! By whom? Wasn’t me for sure! Really disappointed

Feel totally ripped off , the food was the worst food I’ve ever ordered from here. A ready made meal from supermarket would of been better. Absolutely disgusting. Sweet and sour pork ?? We’re the pork mate ?? Prices and food quality are shocking. How do you sleep at night ripping people off like that .

After a busy tiring day at work, ordering was simple and food was incredible

Some of the food was colder than usual which was disappointing, especially since this is one of the more expensive delivery places near us - particularly on the delivery charge.
