been a fan of nandos for about 2 years, this did not disappoint. went out with mates, got an extra hot butterfly burger, peri salted chips and coleslaw. I don't have too much more too add other than I would heavily recommend this to literally everybody that enjoys chicken.

Sometimes you have to wait a long time to get your food. As a customer I feel sometimes they focus more on getting their takeaway food out when they should be more attentive to their customers. I think that portion sizes are small.

Delicious food not only for chicken lovers but for veggie/vegans too. Nice, courteous staff with excellent customer service

Any time I pass by Hempstead Valley, I always go to this location because the service is great. No issues with the food! They are very accommodating to your every need. Ray was my server today he was amazing explaining the kids' menu!

Unfortunately Nandos was low on chicken so couldn't preorder, had a quarter of chicken but was more of a drumstick but was a mush have while visiting the UK again

Nando’s is good as you always know what you’re getting and it’s usually to a good standard. My ratings are normally based on the availability of Frozen Yoghurt. This time it was available so 5/5 from me and the kid.

Our "Go to" Nandos, always served with a smile. Happy to cater for intolerance's and allergies. Nothing is too much trouble. Clean bathrooms and tables are wiped down almost straight away after people leave, which is nice to see. It is always a little on the cold side in there though, maybe the heating could do with being turned up a little! :)

I just want to thank the absolutely lovely lady that attended to us when I visited with a friend, (the lady was an older lady with a beautiful head covering) you are sooooo lovely and caring, it was refreshing to visit a place and have someone so informative, you absolutely couldn't have done any more for us both, so thankyou so much, lovely food and excellent service 😊

Went with my mate at about 1pm for lunch, didn't have to wait more than a minute to be seated. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Super clean place with a great atmosphere, 10/10 will be coming again.

Just an ordinary Nandos with great service. Deducted one star because they do not allow you to sit in waiting area until table is ready... even if the waiting area is empty you have to leave and return when you receive a text mesaage.

Always great food waited about 25-30 mins for mains which is good for a bank holiday was seated after 25 minutes in the que gave us time to look around the shops ! Kind and polite staff :)

We went yesterday for a quick lunch before heading shopping with old friends. Safe to say it was the only thing we ate that day and all of us have been terribly sick. 🤢 we can only assume it’s food poisoning as it’s taken us all out!

I've been to a lot of Nandos and this one st Hempstead is by far the best. The food is never bad, wait time is never long and the staff are always great.

Loved my mushroom and halloumi, staff were excellent. Shame Nandos don't do hot drinks anymore.....

Great all-around dining experience, I just wish the food could live up to it. The last few times I've visited Nandos restaurants, the food is pretty basic. The Chicken breast is always dry and it just lacking.

I really enjoy eating food here love the hot sauce and the chicken. If you order garlic bread make sure that you eat it first otherwise the bread goes really hard. Refill drinks available witch is always really good

Tasty new menue items, Mac and cheese were great and chicken as good as always. There were a few minutes of waiting before seating but to be expected at dinner rush and was quickly over.

Over cooked chicken becomes dry and tasteless. This chef, loosely termed, doesn't know how to cook chicken... Can't complain about the staff waiting on us, very pleasant and commodeering. Was my first time at nandos, may try another branch though 🤷‍♂️

My past experience of this particular nandos has always been nothing short of excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly. The food is perfectly cooked and tastes great. I will be returning 100%

Lovely staff! Helpful host (Claudia), what a lovely lady she is! Nice, efficient and quick service from the team. Food was good and as a family of 3 (had starters, mains, drinks and desserts) we only spent 60 quid. Decent!

As a non meat eater and also garlic intolerant , if was fairly easy to order off the menu ( with a couple of tweaks ) Food was delicious

Very nice food and a good service everytime

My son and I ate here on Sunday afternoon. The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Ryan who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food arrived very quickly and was hot and tasty. We've been to many Nando's but this one stood out particularly because of the lovely atmosphere and the way we were treated so well. 100%!

We've had several family reunions at the Hempstead Nando's in recent years and enjoyed the experience every time. The service was polite and efficient, the restaurant was clean and the food and drink delicious. We'll definitely return.

Went in, sat down and was then told they had no half or whole chicken!!! Work that out. So we left and went else where. It is a restaurant that serves chicken, with no chicken!

We visited Nando’s, Hempstead Valley yesterday and had the BEST NANDOS EXPERIENCE EVER. The Manager, Claudia, is absolutely lovely - she noticed we were celebrating a very special occasion and therefore made us feel so welcome and truly looked after us - all staff clearly value her as their Manager. Our waitress was so fab and happy too! The food came out super fast, and it was hot and tasty! We also had the chocolate brownie with ice cream, which was delicious. Thank you to all staff at Nando’s, Hempstead Valley, we will be returning very soon and appreciate your kindness and hospitality :) x

Awful! Phoned twice to ask about a delivery. Spoke to someone who hung up twice and now we have been on hold for half an hour. Maybe you need to learn about service at your restaurants also! It's counts!

Ok. Desert very poor. Had a chocolate brownie with ice cream. The brownie was just about warm and ice cream was in a tub that you would get at cheap cafe. Was not presented professionally

You can never complain about the quality of service. Every staff is super friendly and always friendly to talk to. Claudia and Sean is always lovely and happy greeting us when I visit. This nandos never disappoints.

Well what can I say about this Nando’s? Well as soon as I stepped in the door I pulled their waitress. She then asked for my number so she could text me when my table is ready ;) cheeky. We were then seated and my beefy mates food got lost. He then sat there for 20 minutes with a juicy one of a kind chest and Tricep pump. They then brought out his protein meal and corrr blimey it was worth the wait. Overall a lovely 3 stars, keep up the good work.

Food for group of 8 came out at different times so didn't eat together.

It wasnt too busy when I went for lunch which was nice. Customer service is always good as well as the food. Very yummy! Lovely place to go to catch up with friends or a little meal out with the family. Does get extremely busy in the evening if not booked in advance but I do recommend the take out option. Very fast and still great tasting food 👍

Had a lovely lunch in Nando's but what led me to leave a 5* review was the super attentive staff. I ate solo with my 4 month baby and I asked if I could get a secluded spot in case I needed to breastfeed (which I did). The staff suggested the corner of the restaurant and they topped up my water for me knowing you typically get thirsty when you breastfeed. Typically drinks are self-service so that was a lovely, thoughtful touch. Highly recommend if you're with your baby and need a spot of lunch.

Waited 30mins for a table then waited 45 mins for food! When we asked where are food was they said that we should have been told that there was a 30min wait time-we were not! Not a lot of chicken in the fino pitta and even less haloumi! Won't be going back there again

Adults meals as expected, kids food arrived incorrect, sent back and replaced quickly.

Great manager, when food was cold the lovely lady gave us a refund and a replace.

Maybe it's because I'm getting old that I found the prolonged dance tracks playing slightly above ambient unsettling with my meal, and I reminisced with my wife at how the side portions used to be much bigger and better value for money over all. It was a decent chicken wrap though and the festive Macho Sprouts were a nice touch. Got to give it to the staff here as they all do a cracking job.

The service was the best we have received anywhere the server engaging both me and my partner as well as our kids so massive shout out to Michelle on serving us Food was good again Michelles recommendation on adding the gravy to the Macho sprouts absolutely amazing unfortunately the chicken on my plate was burnt quite a bit but as overall we enjoyed our meal this is forgiven Thanks Michelle

Everything seemed a bit chaotic, other guests' meals coming to our table and being asked twice if we'd had our starters. I had to send my main meal back as they'd got it wrong - asked for a grilled chicken burger and got a plain bit of grilled chicken. It then took around 10 minutes for that to come back by which time my friend had pretty much finished their meal.

Waffles & chicken, who’d have thought it? It did work, though. I had the ‘Chilli Cheesy Waffle’, which was lovely. The waffle was plain, not sweet, & it was very filling. I had it on it’s own, with no sides, & still couldn’t eat it all. It cost me £10. My friends had the ‘London’s Original Waffle Burger’, which we were all quite disappointed by. The waffle was supposed to be red, it’s the main reason it was ordered because it looked so cool. Nobody apologised for it not being read/explained the reasoning for it. Had they run out of food colouring? Was it just laziness? My other friend had the Chilli Cheese Burger. A black bun, how interesting! She was full on the chips so took the burger home to finish. She said she liked it. The atmosphere was nice, inside. Very colourful. I’d say it’s more like a nicer KFC than a real restaurant. It was empty when we came in & we were initially seated at the wobbliest table. We had to ask to move because any time one of us lent on it it almost toppled over. The service was OK. It took the server about 15 minutes to ask what we’d like to drink - there was only one other table in there, with us.

Never had one before but very lush moist chicken...healthier than other fast food

Awful. Should have realised that this establishment was a dive when we arrived on a Saturday lunch time and there’s only 3 tables that are occupied. Walked in and told to find our own seats and even though the restaurant is quiet tables are dirty, and grubby with food still on them. Waitress with braces walked over as I was wiping down the sticky table and she just looks. Goes what can I get you? So we say what my daughter wants and there’s no response back, she just stares at me to continue. My partner and I ordered the classic bird with bacon, after 40 minutes (don’t forget there’s only 3 tables) the burgers arrive with no bacon. So either she didn’t write it down or the kitchen aren’t reading orders properly even though they do one ticket at a time. I could not eat my burger, the chicken looked grey and not fresh at all. I ate the sexy chips though, they were alright. Whilst this was going on a different table sent back his chicken for the same reason as mine. The waitress with braces didn’t ask how the food was at all, it wasn’t until my partner and my daughter had finished that she just comes over and asks if she can take the plates. That’s it. We ask for the bill and she doesn’t even say thank you. As soon as the payment has gone through she walks off? As someone who has worked in hospitality and dealing with customers, I understand how it can be sometimes when you’re rushed off your feet, we was polite from the get go right up until the end but she just seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. All staff were teenagers, more concerned about going out the front for a vape and checking their phones. I recommend giving this restaurant a wide berth. Can’t imagine it’ll be open for much longer the way it’s being run.

Absolutely fantastic!! Claudia and the team at nandos in Hempstead valley greeted us at the door as soon as we walked in and was interested in asking about my newborn and i mentioned it was our first time so they decided to treat us to a lovely whole meal on them! Literally made our day! Highly recommend and will return =) Thankyou!!!

Clean, friendly service, seated and got drinks quickly but there was a bit of. A wait for the food as it was busy in there. Food was great when it arrived though. The new salad with quinoa feta and semi dried tomatoes was divine!

Not usually a huge fan of Nando's, but service was good and the portobello mushroom and halloumi pitta was delicious.
