Good place with great service and nice food

Martin and Amy were excellent - Martin really helped my friend with her questions about the menu and did so with a smile on his face the whole time. Amy was also very friendly, excellent service.

Brilliant place, always busy and the food is always good. Even if you can't get a table right away you can have a wander around the shops and pop back

Ordered a beanie burger, and what came out was disgusting. Didn't resemble burger, more of a load of mush in a roll. Couldn't eat it as it made me feel physically sick. First and last time in Nandos

The service was utmost failure, especially waiters. Poor hospitality (mean attitude) and food was neither great. Chicken was not cooked properly and the veggies served along were so cold. Worst Nando's ever been to.

We had lunch 🥗 with the grandkids as you know what you are going to get from Nando’s and the grand daughter absolutely loves the olives 🙂 the staff are friendly and the service is fine 👍 we ordered the food on the app which worked fine👌the only thing that we wish they wood do is hot drinks we enjoy a good cup of coffee ☕️ or tea at the end of a meal 🙂 look forward to going again 🙂 keep up the good work 😎

There was nothing wrong with the food. It was just Chicken. I don't understand the hype.

Had a lovely waitress, Scarlet. She greeted us warmly and quickly addressed our concern about cold chips, replacing them with fresh ones immediately. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness made our meal truly enjoyable. Thank you, Scarlet, for your exceptional service!

This nandos is okay, prefer the service at the one in dockside but it's better than most of the restaurants in Hempstead

The service was great and the atmosphere was good but unfortunately the food didn't really do it for me. The food was also not that hot. Yes I did eat most of it but not enough to go back.

We came for lunch today (13/1/25 - around 2.30pm) and it was by far the best Nandos experience I've ever had! It wasn't busy so service was super speedy, but a particular shout out to Thomas our server. He made a fuss of our 2 year old son and kept him entertained whenever he walked past. He was attentive without being overbearing and was extremely polite and friendly. We were greeted warmly at the door, and also had a 'goodbye and thanks for coming' from one of the line cooks. I didn't catch his name but he was working the station closest to the door. Things like this are such small details, but often overlooked in many chain restaurants/franchises. Good manners and friendly service cost nothing, but make a HUGE difference. THANK YOU to the team today, but in particular Thomas and the cook who spoke to us on the way out.

Excellent Nando's, good was quick and hot, plenty of tables

I have been to a few nando's and this one was the most disappointing. There were a lot of foods and drinks unavailable and also the ice cream machine wasn't working. Very inconvenient as we had kids with us. The app wasn't working, so had to order at the counter. The food was tasty though.

The actual waiter staff amazing especially Ella I think her name was but the manager didn't get her name unfortunately... was abrupt and rude.. We asked for a pudding she said not serving anymore... Asked Ella. She got us a ice cream for the kids on the house!!! Ella needs promoting and the manager needs sacking!

Its a good experience, but not special

The service was the best we have received anywhere the server engaging both me and my partner as well as our kids so massive shout out to Michelle on serving us Food was good again Michelles recommendation on adding the gravy to the Macho sprouts absolutely amazing unfortunately the chicken on my plate was burnt quite a bit but as overall we enjoyed our meal this is forgiven Thanks Michelle

average nandos experience really, nothing bad but not extraordinary. i went at peak time so i had a longer wait for food but that's to be expected.

Food portion is small and it's not too cheap. When you go out to eat you want food that you cannot cook. I would honestly say I can cook better. The decoration was nice though..service was good

been a fan of nandos for about 2 years, this did not disappoint. went out with mates, got an extra hot butterfly burger, peri salted chips and coleslaw. I don't have too much more too add other than I would heavily recommend this to literally everybody that enjoys chicken.

Sometimes you have to wait a long time to get your food. As a customer I feel sometimes they focus more on getting their takeaway food out when they should be more attentive to their customers. I think that portion sizes are small.

Any time I pass by Hempstead Valley, I always go to this location because the service is great. No issues with the food! They are very accommodating to your every need. Ray was my server today he was amazing explaining the kids' menu!

Unfortunately Nandos was low on chicken so couldn't preorder, had a quarter of chicken but was more of a drumstick but was a mush have while visiting the UK again

Nando’s is good as you always know what you’re getting and it’s usually to a good standard. My ratings are normally based on the availability of Frozen Yoghurt. This time it was available so 5/5 from me and the kid.

Our "Go to" Nandos, always served with a smile. Happy to cater for intolerance's and allergies. Nothing is too much trouble. Clean bathrooms and tables are wiped down almost straight away after people leave, which is nice to see. It is always a little on the cold side in there though, maybe the heating could do with being turned up a little! :)

I just want to thank the absolutely lovely lady that attended to us when I visited with a friend, (the lady was an older lady with a beautiful head covering) you are sooooo lovely and caring, it was refreshing to visit a place and have someone so informative, you absolutely couldn't have done any more for us both, so thankyou so much, lovely food and excellent service 😊

Went with my mate at about 1pm for lunch, didn't have to wait more than a minute to be seated. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Super clean place with a great atmosphere, 10/10 will be coming again.

Just an ordinary Nandos with great service. Deducted one star because they do not allow you to sit in waiting area until table is ready... even if the waiting area is empty you have to leave and return when you receive a text mesaage.

Always great food waited about 25-30 mins for mains which is good for a bank holiday was seated after 25 minutes in the que gave us time to look around the shops ! Kind and polite staff :)

We went yesterday for a quick lunch before heading shopping with old friends. Safe to say it was the only thing we ate that day and all of us have been terribly sick. 🤢 we can only assume it’s food poisoning as it’s taken us all out!

I've been to a lot of Nandos and this one st Hempstead is by far the best. The food is never bad, wait time is never long and the staff are always great.

Loved my mushroom and halloumi, staff were excellent. Shame Nandos don't do hot drinks anymore.....

Great all-around dining experience, I just wish the food could live up to it. The last few times I've visited Nandos restaurants, the food is pretty basic. The Chicken breast is always dry and it just lacking.

I really enjoy eating food here love the hot sauce and the chicken. If you order garlic bread make sure that you eat it first otherwise the bread goes really hard. Refill drinks available witch is always really good

Always a nice meal here. Service was slow, waited 30 minutes from ordering to receiving food . But good value

Tasty new menue items, Mac and cheese were great and chicken as good as always. There were a few minutes of waiting before seating but to be expected at dinner rush and was quickly over.

Over cooked chicken becomes dry and tasteless. This chef, loosely termed, doesn't know how to cook chicken... Can't complain about the staff waiting on us, very pleasant and commodeering. Was my first time at nandos, may try another branch though 🤷‍♂️

My past experience of this particular nandos has always been nothing short of excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly. The food is perfectly cooked and tastes great. I will be returning 100%

Lovely staff! Helpful host (Claudia), what a lovely lady she is! Nice, efficient and quick service from the team. Food was good and as a family of 3 (had starters, mains, drinks and desserts) we only spent 60 quid. Decent!

As a non meat eater and also garlic intolerant , if was fairly easy to order off the menu ( with a couple of tweaks ) Food was delicious

Ben was our waiter during our visit. He was very nice and looked after us throughout our meal. Truly a credit to the company!

My son and I ate here on Sunday afternoon. The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Ryan who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food arrived very quickly and was hot and tasty. We've been to many Nando's but this one stood out particularly because of the lovely atmosphere and the way we were treated so well. 100%!

We've had several family reunions at the Hempstead Nando's in recent years and enjoyed the experience every time. The service was polite and efficient, the restaurant was clean and the food and drink delicious. We'll definitely return.

Went in, sat down and was then told they had no half or whole chicken!!! Work that out. So we left and went else where. It is a restaurant that serves chicken, with no chicken!

We visited Nando’s, Hempstead Valley yesterday and had the BEST NANDOS EXPERIENCE EVER. The Manager, Claudia, is absolutely lovely - she noticed we were celebrating a very special occasion and therefore made us feel so welcome and truly looked after us - all staff clearly value her as their Manager. Our waitress was so fab and happy too! The food came out super fast, and it was hot and tasty! We also had the chocolate brownie with ice cream, which was delicious. Thank you to all staff at Nando’s, Hempstead Valley, we will be returning very soon and appreciate your kindness and hospitality :) x

Awful! Phoned twice to ask about a delivery. Spoke to someone who hung up twice and now we have been on hold for half an hour. Maybe you need to learn about service at your restaurants also! It's counts!

Ok. Desert very poor. Had a chocolate brownie with ice cream. The brownie was just about warm and ice cream was in a tub that you would get at cheap cafe. Was not presented professionally
