Every time I visit this cafe the experience is the same, professional, very polite and caring staff and food good. As I am a Ceoliac I always find they are so, so careful and knowledgeable about handling my food. Wearing gloves, using separate utensils etc. it makes me feel safe, so I applaud them for that, thank you Regards, Carol.

5 stars for the staff here -engaging and warm who know how to deliver customer service with a smile (no price you can put on this). Multiple coffee venues in Hempstead Valley. This the best by a mile. Excellent coffee fresh cakes. Lucky to have it on my doorstep.

The coffee was good. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy despite it being busy. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ella.

3 times I have pointed out to staff that the vegan sausage roll should not be in with meat and dairy products and at the very least, not so close to them (always touching) due to allergies etc. At no point have they done anything about it. I have also witnessed on several occasions staff use the same tongs to select meat, pastry and dairy products as well as the vegan item. I have given up on them, they clearly don't care about the health or beliefs of others.

The coffee is fantastic in Bakers and Baristas at Hempstead valley. I've been coming daily for a few days and spend a good couple of hours working/drinking coffee. The main barista is exceptionally helpful and has my regular coffee ready for me before I've even had a chance to pay for it. Everybody is always polite and friendly. It's a much nicer environment than the other coffee shops in the shopping centre.

Fresh sandwiches and a choice of lovely cakes as well. Coffee smelt good but as a tea drinker I thought the tea was expensive for a cup. Mentioned this to staff and gave me a small pot instead. Overall a nice place to have lunch
