Premier Inn Gillingham Business Park hotel in Medway

Would recommend stopping there to anybody The staff are very friendly helpful and very accommodating. Found the afternoon staff to be more pleasant when I checked in on regular basis clean tidy rooms.

Excellent service from all staff I encountered, room was of a high standard.

Location was great, service was fine. No air Conditioning in the rooms, and on the main road so you couldn't have the window open. It got so stuffy I had to open the wondow and put earplugs in.

Hotel ok, food next door, don’t bother its crap.

Good place to stay restaurant is tops rooms are clean and tidy I got a box of chocolates thrown in free what more could you want massive car park too

Visited last week with my family. The hotel was spotless, there was loads of staff available to assist. Val on the middle floor helped my mum to the lift with her bags. Later on, Val helped us with directions to Dockside shopping centre. I appreciate the help given. Amazing hotel!

Free wifi occasionally doesn’t work and when it does it is extremely slow (1 mbps). Other than that I was happy with the stay.
