Amazing food and such nice staff

Great experience today at the Chatham Dockside store. We tried the savory hot pockets which were lovely and the waitress Becky was fantastic! There was nothing she could not do for us!! Becky is an assest to Creams Chatham!

Great experience, we were a large party and the staff were able to assist with two booths. There was a mix up with drinks, I ordered the incorrect drink however, the staff were more than happy to change this for me.

been waiting for order over 1hrs.saying it's been delivered but no one not came and nothing been delivered.

We ordered our food at 7.30pm it turned up at 8.43. Although the pancake was still warm the amount of chocolate was way too much, it overpowered the cherry flavor. The ice cream was ok but then you can’t go wrong with ice cream. The knickerbocker glory was way over priced at £10 for ice cream and some fruit. I’m glad we don’t order from them too often!

We ordered crepes and received sundae got the delivery guy before he left he wasn't interested , explained order was wrong and showed him delivery number was wrong also, he didn't even take the order back with him .tried calling creams 5 times and it goes to voice mail.

Went to creams with my family, was warmly greeted at the door and immediately shown to a table. Ordering was smooth and the food came speedily. Perfect for a sweet treat. The kinder bueno waffles were amazing !!

Gives an option to leave a message but it wasn’t read. I asked for no white chocolate sauce on my smores pancake toastie, but as the request wasn’t read it had white chocolate sauce all over it. I won’t bother next time!

I had some sort of slippage on crepes and waffles. Both boxes were soaked with some kind of drink or liquid. I had to throw both boxes into the bin.

The food was lovely. However the delivery person begged for food, saying can I have chips, as I haven't eaten all day. This isnt what I would expect from your delivery drivers. plus I didn't have chips in my order to give him anyway. This is totally unprofessional and poor behaviour from your staff to make your customers feel uncomfortable. A response from you regarding this issue would be appreciated via my email.

Delivery driver was 5 minutes late over initial time given (not due to traffic) . I paid for an extra on Bueno shake but not received it. Tried to put on missing items but it comes up with the entire shake, but not extra options so can't get refunded

Time just kept going up and up, then arrived and was stone cold and soggy, the fruit and waffle was soggy. Ice cream was melted. Have requested a full refund as wasn’t eatable and have to be careful what I eat being pregnant so couldn’t risk it.

Terrible service. Met with distain when ordering, was told the gf options on the menu dont exist anymore and forgot to serve us our coffee's. This is the first time I have ever left a review, I'm generally a patient customer, but the service was appalling.

This place is absolutely amazing! I went there on May 17, which was (unknown to me at the time) their 16th Birthday! We were all offered a free scoop of ice cream and an Oreo waffle that costed about 8 pounds. The place was well decorated too! Especially the 'Strictly Indulgent' warning.

The gelato at Creams in Chatham was perfect – rich and creamy with a variety of delicious flavors. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff making the experience even better. The prices were reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommended!

the waffle was cold and lacking. I spent 21 quid and neither mine or my daughters was hot. my daughter had to put hers back in the oven I couldn't because mine had fruit on it. I won't be ordering again

great evening here with family and they really made our boy’s birthday special.

I’ve had several Creams delivery before with no complaints. This time round delivery time kept changing then suddenly it was out for delivery and on my top step within minutes. Melted ice cream so it had obviously been on quite the journey before it reached my doorstep so not impressed this time round. Won’t order again in a hurry.

Delivery never turned up, we had to drive to the restaurant to collect our order. The restaurant were amazing! 5 stars all round for them. But just eat delivery drivers need to get looked into, lying that they are at a place, when they really aren’t!

Estimated deliver 25-40 mons, so ordered. Actuality arrived 11pm, 1.5hrs after ordering and we virtually given up...smoothie pot was liquid, frappe was half a cip of liquid and ice with floating bits of cream, so expensive for disappointment

Group of 15 carers mature age (unpaid family carers).treated amazingly well.chose where we wanted to sit. All food was quality and tasty .didn't have to wait long considering how many of us and all ordered something different .staff couldn't do enough for us

very hit and miss. Often forget ice cream which you then can't get a refund for unless you request the entire dessert to be refunded. the waffles recently seem undercooked.

Love this place Staff always friendly Parveen always has time to make you feel welcome and that everything is OK with your deserts Well the deserts are fantastic they really know how to make an ice cream. Waffles to die for Well done

took over an hour and a half to arrive. I called the restaurant direct to chase and they told me no delivery drivers had been there but the app showed a driver there since the order was accepted over an hour prior. it was now 15 mins before it closes. My food arrived cold and crazy late. very poor service from the restaurant

The chicken waffle bites tasted nice by there was barely any I paid over £6 for 4 small pieces ridiculous the milkshake wasn’t great but that was just my choice of scoops so can’t blame them for that I thought I’d try the cookie dough DONT GET IT it’s claggy way too sweet and was just a mouthful of greasy buttery mess

Best thing creams can do is lose just eat. The delivery driver took out food went far out and than went back to collect another or than stopped along the way complete joke.

wow what can i say !! the older lady with blonde/grey hair is horrible !! the way she was talking to her staff was absolutely disgusting , just trying to enjoy a nice desert with my family and she’s screaming and shouting at them. not sure what her job role is but if she’s a manager or supervisor she should be sacked !

ordered from creams at 21:43 and it was at 23:14. I kept an eye on the order and it said the courier was at the restaurant at 22:41 so that says to me that he had been waiting for my order to be prepared for some time, but when my order was delivered it was stone cold milkshake and slush puppy had pretty much melted. when the driver said he was on his way it only took him about 10 minutes to get here and there is no way my drinks would have melted that much in that space of time terrible service
