Popped in quickly for takeaway as only has. A few mins on my lunch break, Andre was serving and was friendly and fast, taking my order as well as making the food, also very tasty!!!!

Delivery driver said he was at the restaurant when he wasn't (confirmed by the restaurant) - ended up waiting an hour and 45 mins for delivery. Restaurant had to remake the order.

Cake part on top of crepe was dry and rock hard- unable to eat

Wrong sauce on crepes. Delivered cold, but ice cream was still relatively cold. Not terrible, but not great. It was okay.

A review of delivery service from Creams, the food may have been nice. From notifications of collection and on the way to us, it took 40 minutes for Ubereats to deliver on a 5 minute drive, ( 2 miles on a Sunday, not through the town ). Tubs of ice cream had turned to milk, waffles cold, everything soggy, even the strawberries had gone mushy after being on the once hot waffles for so long. £25 wasted. Never again.

Don't bother ordering from here. Food arrives wrong, Drinks missing toppings, etc & refunds are never given even when the food is inedible. Total waste of money!!

didn't get either of the extra toppings on the shakes. Ripped us 3 quid.

Delivery was quick. Pancakes were a bit soggy. Waffles definitely not as good as they used to be quality-wise. Not bad but they were definitely better before. Overall, still not bad if you can order when there's an offer on like I did with 'buy one get one free' on waffles otherwise it's overpriced for the quality you get now.

Expensive place for a dessert and wasn't not anything special but the kids enjoyed it, obviously as its dessert. Probably wouldn't rush back in hurry as service was slow and it wasn't particularly busy for such a big place and not much atmosphere.

The crepe was delicious and my daughter said they ice cream was yummy on a nice Sunday pancake day

delivery driver was amazing came here fast ALTHOUGH , creams took ages to actually make my food. after an hour with no update i called them and they LIED to me saying that they have already gave my food to the delivery driver half an hour ago but not even 5 minutes later my food all of a sudden came back to the restaurant and was on the way 🤔🤔

Best place for hot or cold desserts! Been coming for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Clean tidy, friendly staff. Such a calm friendly atmosphere. Love coming up on a Sunday for a chilled afternoon treat. My daughter loves it here always something new to try and old favourites too!

Great experience today at the Chatham Dockside store. We tried the savory hot pockets which were lovely and the waitress Becky was fantastic! There was nothing she could not do for us!! Becky is an assest to Creams Chatham!

food was good, could be a little hotter for the waffle (it wasn’t in a sealed bag for delivery) but was quick and good quantity and quality.

been waiting for order over 1hrs.saying it's been delivered but no one not came and nothing been delivered.

We ordered our food at 7.30pm it turned up at 8.43. Although the pancake was still warm the amount of chocolate was way too much, it overpowered the cherry flavor. The ice cream was ok but then you can’t go wrong with ice cream. The knickerbocker glory was way over priced at £10 for ice cream and some fruit. I’m glad we don’t order from them too often!

We ordered crepes and received sundae got the delivery guy before he left he wasn't interested , explained order was wrong and showed him delivery number was wrong also, he didn't even take the order back with him .tried calling creams 5 times and it goes to voice mail.

Went to creams with my family, was warmly greeted at the door and immediately shown to a table. Ordering was smooth and the food came speedily. Perfect for a sweet treat. The kinder bueno waffles were amazing !!

Gives an option to leave a message but it wasn’t read. I asked for no white chocolate sauce on my smores pancake toastie, but as the request wasn’t read it had white chocolate sauce all over it. I won’t bother next time!

I had some sort of slippage on crepes and waffles. Both boxes were soaked with some kind of drink or liquid. I had to throw both boxes into the bin.
