Very good service pleasent and sociable staff

Usually busy lacks a little "warmth" not one of the best and if you sit outside there is the busy mainroad 20ft away. Couple of doors up is a nice cafe with more options to eat and drink and better atmosphere.

Stacey, Kelsi and Jaime are amazing and always welcoming, they all know my drink and make every effort to get me served as quickly as possible. Highly recommend. Special shoutout to Heidi too!

The rainham costa is beyond amazing, the staff were faultless on service, went above and beyond to accommodate avoidance of my allergen, the food and drinks were perfection, you can taste the quality, highly recommended

never got my order, called costa and had to re order again now down£12 NOT HAPPY getting more and more issues with orders from just eat

3/4 of my order was as expected, but the large latte was undrinkable, tasted very odd and left me feeling disappointed as the lattes are usually very nice.

Met up with my friend, hadn't been to this Costa before, only had a drink and sat outside as it was nice and sunny

Met with group of friends purely for coffees at 2.30pm. No queue. Quiet so easy for a good chat. Quick service. Clean shop. Easy access, a couple of customers in wheelchairs.

No matter how i try to give them a chance they still let me down ! From not turning up to not toasting my sandwich properly one side toasted, im afraid that im not got to give them any more chances, shame as i like to support local businesses, dont now why they cant get it right .

I ordered online, picked up my order after ten minutes, and the staff started making my order after I arrived, this is not the first time, a complete waste of my time.

Staff were on the ball and friendly. Our drinks were nice and hot,tasty and we're made within a couple of minutes. We had a bacon roll which went down well. Unusually for a Costa the tables were mostly clear and had been cleaned. I did use the toilet, it was average and could have done with a bit of cleaning. I find Costa expensive but this was a bit of a treat, I'm not a regular user. There are some savings to be had by downloading the Costs App. They do have some outside seating but today was not the day to sit outside. The branch is situated in the High St. There is paid parking within a 3 to 4 minutes walk

Food was colder than hoped and cold coffee can was warmed than hoped (ambient).. Fantastic delivery service...

Originally told the food would be delivered at 12:20. It finally… turn up at 12:40. So I had to deal with my girlfriend telling me she’s hungry for an extra 20 minutes. Only for when it arrived. The food was cold and gone hard. By far the worst experience I’ve had from this costa. Will really have to consider re-ordering from this branch again. 1 out of 5 stars wouldn’t recommend.

Delivery turned up later than it stated and the toastie was cold and very hard around the edges. The coffee was cold, so had to bin it and just eat are rubbish at giving refunds so I’d recommend don’t order from just eat!

The xmas sausage roll (£4) wasn't delivered because they were out of stock. Could I have a refund for this amount please? Thank you

Friendly service, comfortable seating area, standard Costa drinks offer. I only ever order coffee so cannot comment on the food.

Unfortunately part of the order was wrong which often happens with the Rainham Costa. Double checking in the store before sending to the customer would help

Tasted great, came in perfect time

They kept moving the time of delivery back. Which ment lunch almost came for dinner instead. So they tried to cover them themselves with a technically trick. Total Joke. We couldn’t even get help to cancel.total waste of our time and money! Drinks totally melted. Toast sandwich cold and soggy. It’s not a cheap treat. We won’t be doing it again. Quick enough to take the money!

Coffee was small and half full and sandwich was barely warm.

When you are paying nearly £5 for an iced drink, you don’t expect the drink to be full of ice chunks and watery where it hasn’t been blended properly. It’s a joke. Barely any flavour or sauce and just a watery mess

TOTAL CHAOS I WOULD NOT RECCOMMED THIS PLACE AT ALL. THE TOILETS WERE NOT CLEAN. YOU COULD SEE COB WEBS IN ALL FOUR CORNERS OF THE PLACE. THE COFFEE I HAD MADE BY AN OLDER MEMEBER OF STAFF WAS COLD BY THE TIME IT WAS SERVED

Very disappointed with the service or lack of it. Patiently waited to be served. 3 staff behind the counter. None of them did not acknowledge me to take my order. One of the staff thought it was okay to serve her colleague whilst still not acknowledging that I was waiting. After a while I decided to walk out. Won’t be getting my custom in the future. Went to a coffee shop few doors down and I was served with a smile.

Totally disgusted that I order caramel in my latte , I pay for it and never get it and this isn't the first time it happened at least 5 times before . I'm not sure if the staff actually read the orders properly but to me it's seems they don't. Absolutely shocking

I spent £5 on one coffee alone only for it to have a quarter of a cup of coffee and three quarters foam. I don’t understand how they didn’t notice by the weight of the cup when bagged. Also there was no syrup in mine which I paid for. My partners coffee had just over half a cup of coffee and the rest was foam. His however did have the syrup in. This is the first bad experience I’ve had with this store so I’m just hoping it’s an off day and I get a refund of at least my coffee.

Always great coffee. Very clean well ventilated. Comfortable seating. Large range of breakfast wraps, rolls, toasted sandwiches and even porridge. Very fresh produce excellent prices. Just a great experience

Sadly a fail today with Costa. Lids for drinks not on properly and spilled into drivers bag damaging the food also. Poor driver had a bag full of coffee.

Sometimes hit and miss from this Costa, but today great. Hot, delivered on time and everything there no issues at all.

Door knocked and food just left on door step. Lid on cup not fitted very well so hand burnt retrieving from the bag and holder.

Place is not the cleanest, rickety tables, most chairs were dirty, had crumbs or something spilled on them, we moved several times. coffee was bitter, which is starting to become average for costa

The delivery was very quick today, but at nearly £5 for a Christmas coffee that doesn’t really have much flavour, plus they put the chocolate in with the coffee so they had all melted

Okay coffee but staff a little grumpy, I overheard them arguing with a customer, they might have been in the right but this was not the way to handle the situation.

I like my cappuccino extra dry, & they have all worked hard & taken pride, in achieving this for me every time I go in - We always have a laugh and joke too.

Ordered at 1551 and was meant to be 25-45mins. Eventually arrived 1706 - 1hr 15mins! They’d also put the trillionaire slice in with the coffee so the chocolate was melted

Absolutely disgusting waited over 20 mins for drinks that never came. Got spoken to like a piece of dirt when questioned how long it would be. Then shouted at when asked for a refund Dirty cups and trays everywhere avoid like the plague. Will be reporting to head office. Absolute incompetence and chaos

From order to delivery was 12mins which is exceptionally good. Drink was hot and shortbread arrived in one piece. Great service

Visit this Costa most weeks. Always very friendly staff. The only downside is that they hardly ever have the gluten free sandwiches available.

Visited last Saturday, spent over £25 days n a round of coffee. All coffee were watery, milk also tasted off. Couldn’t get back through on the phone on the day, rang again to discuss my lack of satisfaction. The manager refused to any requests and showed no customer empathy. This store is an insult to the Costa brand and I will not be returning again.

The coffee was great but sadly the choice and quality of the food was poor and it was pretty expensive when compared to places like Greg's or even Tesco.

We do love the coffees, we had three coffees and three baps with sausages inside today and it was over £19:00 it's such a shame that you have got so expensive.

Again hit or miss with this Costa, ordered two sausage baps and drinks. Charged for all but only the two drinks arrived, no food despite it being on the receipt. Driver said not his fault and left, possibly correct however expect there are two sausage baps sat on the side at the restaurant that either he has failed to pick up or they have failed to hand to him. Either way not a good experience.

This is the second time this store has delivered drinks that are lukewarm. I wouldn’t bother ordering from here. The prices Costa charge and the poor quality of the drinks are no longer worth it. The time for delivery was pushed back several times due to not being able to get a driver, which isn’t so much of an issue. But I believe the drinks on this occasion were made long before the driver was assigned, hence why they were lukewarm when they arrived.

Yet again I’ve ordered something for it not to turn up as it’s sold out. I just end up with no lunch 👍 brill

Bit hit and miss at this Costa, sometimes spot on no issues but last two orders one of the sausage baps had a sausage missing from one of the buns. Often they do not put the lids on drinks properly so it’s spilled and damaged when it arrives.

This costa has improved beyond recognition, new management new team with some great ones of old, one thing you get here is cleanliness and good service, food availability up, quality of coffee up, service 1000% better, well done Nichola and team, spot on 🤘

Very disappointed as the app lost contact with the driver, delivery was 30 minutes later than estimated.

Can't grumble, fairly standard fare. Some food items are half price after 4pm, so bonus!

Bit of a dark coffee shop, staff not particularly friendly. Need a better dishwasher and worst of all no brown toast!

Perfect Ruby hot chocolate and flat white!

Very disappointed with the contents of both the cappuccino and the latte. The Cappuccino had absolutely no foam at all and looked more like a flat white. Also I ordered a large latte but the cup was less than half full.

Delivery driver gave the wrong order first off then when I did get it yet again my sugars have been forgotten. It's beyond a joke at this point won't be ordering from this costa again

The Cappuccino was only 2/3's full and the Latte had no foam on top. The flavour was not to Costa's high standard.

Wrong sized drink delivered. Disappointing as it’s not difficult to get an order right.
