The Grange Tandoori in Medway

I had chicken curry, rice and naan from this place last night and was absolutely spot on. I highly recommend 10/10

Very nice restaurant. We tried a variety of plates and I think that Chicken Tikka Mossalla and one plate with chicken, spinach and curry (cannot remember the exact name) outstand from the menu choices. Also, the naan bread was very tasty. We didn't like rice a lot because it didn't have many spices and wasn't very strong for our taste. Although, this restaurant can easily characterized as a value for money choice!

Everything was absolutely amazing, I’m seeing reviews where food was cold but ours was really hot when it arrived. The food was extremely scrumptious and will deffo be ordering again

The Food here is really amazing! I see why they are proud of the title best in town. Shafique and Shaqib are great with their customer service. Definitely recommend and have recommended. Everyone loves it too!! Definitely try it out.

Good reasonable priced food Good friendly staff

Even though I am not from the local area, this is the only Indian I order from when I'm at work. It's far better than anything near where I live as well, which is a shame I live so far away! Honest to goodness beautiful food, very well priced for the quality and portion size. Very friendly staff.

Apprently same issue as most on here.. When you get what you order its nice but if they make a mistake they are very rude and unapologetic.. No customer service skills whatsoever.. I wont be using again..

The order took over an hour to arrive and once it arrived they had missed an item off the order. I phoned the Grange Tandoori and was asked if they could owe the item to us and we would not get it that night. The person on the phone was very rude and un apologetic. When I explained that the item was required as it was the main part of someone’s order I was told “I would have to wait and it will be over 45min as they cannot get someone to deliver” I explained it would need to be considerably quicker than 45min. “I was informed it will be as long as it would be as they are busy.” It seemed like I was being a nuscence and his customer service was poor. I have ordered from Grange Tandoori in the past and found the food to be good but after this experience I will not use them again.

My favourite takeaway place - big portions and all made fresh always able to enjoyed the lamb vindaloo leftovers in a sandwhich the next day *yummy*

Ordered a delivery through hungryhouse for the first time today as usually call them direct for a collection or delivery. In the past we have used this takeaway on a regular basis. The portions sizes I received today were half the size of what I normally receive and it was cold. I contacted the restaurant and was spoken to be a very rude, condescending person who basically called me liar, was not helpful and kept calling me "mate" he said for me to return my food (after waiting 40 minutes for it and having it delivered) I said for him to come and collect it but he refused and said there is nothing he can do. I will not be Ordering from The Grange in the furtune and if they treat all there customers the way I was treated I think many people will leave and go to vast amount of other Indian takeaways in the area. Total disgusting service and very poor food.

We have ordered from Grange a few times but obviously will NOT be using them again, my BF just called to place an order and was told they would no longer deliver to our address as they say we had sent food back for being cold the last time we ordered even though that never happened. Even though he explained that we have not sent back food before (why would we still be ordering if we had), they were quite blunt about not delivering to us. Utterly ridiculous, but either way... we will just order elsewhere.

Food has been excellent every time. Always friendly and quick but well prepared.

Dont get me wrong the food was amazing if you get what you ask for. I called and the man on the phone really sounded like he didnt want to be there. When the food got here they missed out the onion bhajees and the lime pickle and mango chutney. When i called to say that my order was missing he just start saying " no no no you are wrong i have the order in front of me" i confirmed with my wife and she said that i did ask for it. When i said this to him he said very strictly "well why dont you just look in the bag then". If you look at the pic thats meant to be lime pickle and mango chutney (FYI the weird mango yoghurt stuff tastes like pants). So even tho the food was really nice he has let grange tandoori down. I wont be going back there.

Ordered food for the whole family, so tried chicken korma, lamb curry and a really hot beef dish, variety of rices, chips and poppadom. They're made my dad a few coffee while we waited and we got a 10% discount as we collected. Food was good rather than amazing, but we enjoyed it. The lady serving was really friendly and the chef handed over the food. Give it a try

shocking how you can call that a curry dry tough excuse for "meat" when ordered lamb. 1st order never again..
