Lovely food will definitely order again and the bengal special curry was amazing

Tonight 13 of us went to Meridian Spice. We waited hour & 3o mins before our order was taken. Terrible service. Will not be returning!!! So the response from Meridian Spice said we were waiting for friends. This was NOT true!!!! This table was pre booked and deposit paid. When we arrived, on time!!! The table was not ready and had to be pushed together. When we asked for popadoms there wasn’t enough for our group and we had to ask. When ordering the main one of the party ordered her meal but asked for no prawns, I clarified with the waiter he heard yet when her meal came out there were prawns. We also had to chase up one if the meals that didn’t come out with the rest. So please do not tell me that there has been a miss calculation. We arrived at 8pm… no starters and mains came out at 9.30.

First time ordering from them food was nice

Me and my wife was in the greedy banker next door but was horrible dirty table rude women behind the bar and there charging £20 a meal so we left as money ain't s problem just sitting at a dirty table with drunk people next to us as we went outside we was this Indian restaurant went in was amazing seated us and drinks where there within minutes food was amazing server was brilliant couldn't fought this I'm coming back everymonth 100%

Every time give half of oder, bad customer service. I don't go there again.
