A Taste Of India in Medway

Ordered at 7pm it’s now 9:40 and I never received my food. Fortunately this is the first time this has happened as the food is usually lovely! Just very disappointed this time round.

ordered and app said 45mins, turned up 90mins later. Just eat app said it was already delivered 20mins before I received food, had to ring the restaurant and they said its on its way, when the food came I said I hope it's still hot and driver said it should still be warm. it was just warm not even near hot. biriani tastes very bland.

Such great food and customer service. Came from London just to try after seeing them on social media. Will definitely be back with friends as a regular. 10/10

Had a takeaway from here last night and it will be my last... The Tandoori chicken was ruined by salt and I mean so salty I couldn't eat it. Chips where disgusting salad well that went in the bin along with the rest of the garbage I was sold! There are much much better indians for the same price.

Overcharged me by £2, I only ordered 1 thing so don't know how they managed that, food was insanely hot and I only asked for a jalfrezi, will give it another try though.

Fantastic tasting food always hot

Food was amazing and packed with flavour. I asked no coriander in my dish and I was served with it. The gentleman happily remade me the whole dish and gave me extra supplements for the inconvenience. Great service and food. 100% come back again.

I always order my indian from here and recommend it to everyone i know. Such a lovely large menu selection, every single dish i’ve tried so far has been full of flavour and delicious. The prices are cheaper than others but still fair. I’ve never had to wait too long for delivery even when ordering from Maidstone. Food when delivered is always hot and fresh. When picking up the staff are friendly and the place is clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Any bad word I could say about this place would just be a lie. 10/10

Excellent food - the best vegetable dansak I’ve ever had from a takeaway and we’ve ordered from here multiple times. Very very early delivery and the notes regarding tweaks to the order were fulfilled. Very impressed.

My order was ready to collect on time & all the family really enjoyed the food.

The food was lovely as always, but they forgot the onion bhajis. Turned out okay in the end- apparently my gf doesn't like onion bhajis.

Arrived quickly, it arrived hot, the curry and biryani was very fragrant, had a lovely flavour. The chicken tikka was moist, nicely spiced with a hint of yoghurt, it was delicious.

Just bit disappointed that rice come very Oily

Food wasn’t bad but disappointing saag paneer was clearly made with cheddar and not paneer. Naan was nice and so was tandoori mixed grill but I was looking forward to paneer and cheddar was weird

Amazing food for take out. Nice location to pick up from. This place really does stand out, with the options and the flavours produced which are amazing. Tried the Naga Biryani - which was great! Previous visit was really good, really growing to love this place and they have strong competition with the other cuisines available in Davis Estate... but always do a brilliant job.

Delicious, all the dishes were full of flavour, tender meat, spiced to perfection. Arrived piping hot. Excellent!

Great food, quite spicy so watch out and ask before ordering. Great take away service and the curries were really enjoyable. Rice and Naan was good but not fantastic. However this represents good value and good portions. Recommend the Bangladeshi and Naga options if you like something with a kick.

The chicken tikka naan wrap with a madras sauce was delicious and loads of flavour. Menu is good with different options to a normal Indian takeaway.

had to call restaurant as the delivery window I was sent was already 20mins prior, staff just said "its enroute" food was barely warm.....which was such a shame

Ordered multiple times from the restaurant cannot fault them at all. Food was absolutely perfect as always.

Ordered at 6.46 arrived 8.55. called to ask where the food was and they said it's just left but still took 30mins to drive a couple of roads away. Poppadoms came broken, oil and grease all over the bag and food pretty much cold. Never ordered here before, never would again, don't recommend

Took nearly 3 hours to arrive and apparently it was out for delivery every time we phoned the restaurant and the food was stone cold ! £100 worth of food wasted and a night with friends for dinner was ruined! Avoid

Ordered delivery at 6.30pm. At 8.40 food still not here after being told it was on its way twice. They obviously don’t care that you’re left waiting all night. Avoid and order from elsewhere. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

Tasty, spicy, juicy chicken tikka, wonderful flavours…

The lemon rice would have been better, if the lemon had been shredded instead of cut into lumps with the peel still on. ???

The menu is massive and fantastic. Can order plenty of different dishes like the wraps (personal favourite) with vindaloo chips. The service is great and the drivers are always friendly. Can’t recommend them enough!

Meal was lukewarm considering restaurant is on 10 minutes away. Bottle of drink was missing unable to identify the meal due to labeling was none existent. Disappointed

Delivery was extremely late compared to original timing stated, no updates received. Not all the food was hot and wouldn’t recommend. I will not be ordering from her again.

Piping Hot, freshly cooked, always delicious

t wasn’t delivered and food missing!! 10 minutes after the expected delivery time we called, they said that the driver was not there to pick it up so we went to collect. They forgot to cook part of the order so he had to wait whilst that was cooked which meant the rest of the food was cold when it got home. When we opened it they’d forgotten the poppadoms so we had a load of sauce and chutneys we just threw away! It was over and a half since we’d ordered and we couldn’t be bothered to drive back again.

Food never actually arrived. On app it stated food had been delivered at given time however it was not. After 20 mins late of given arrival time I contacted the restaurant and they stated food was just leaving the restaurant. 45 minutes later still no food. Called the restaurant again and they were unable to give me an arrival time. Very poor service. I have requested a refund as we havnt recieved the food. After requesting this restaurant hung up on me. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

This took 2.5 hours to arrive, once arrived, parts of our order was missing and now we are still waiting for the second half to be delivered!! I’d like to know when I will be expecting my refund!

Food is always tasty but always late and cold! Today it was 30 minutes late (1h40mins in total) and gave us 2 sag aloo instead of 1 sag aloo and 1 Bombay potatoes.

Although we enjoyed the food when it finally arrived, we were extremely disappointed that our Order was delivered so late.

My experience was ok but bag was full off Greece with foil tray splat in the bag and think deliver was rush to get order out

Order two night food turn up late when should off been hesr at 7.50 and runs up at 8.20 and food was cold

Had a lovely takeaway from here last night. Was 45 minutes but that’s fine as it’s a good sign they’re busy. Well priced and delicious- we were all stuffed! One item was forgotten in the delivery and they kindly dropped it off later! Highly recommend.

Delivery was on time but the delivery man was awful he didn’t brought the food on my door. My husband had to go downstairs to grab the food. In the meantime when I was telling him that my husband is going down, he was swearing and getting annoyed because he thought my house was on top of the hill but it wasn’t

Driver couldn't find our address but instead of ringing us straight away he walked around so food turned up cold. we had the wrong nan bread in our order slightly disappointing as the one we ordered was more expensive and just got plain husband highly disappointed, we have used so many times before and always been nice but must say wasn't as good as it has been .
