Great food, great service, nice atmosphere and all for a good price actually one of the cheapest restaurants in Horsham

We wanted somewhere for a gathering for my son’s 18 celebration dinner with family and friends. We love this place and we thought it would be perfect. We were a very large group (in fact we miscounted, sorry guys) and we took up a large part of the back room. We soon realised that we were 4 places short however there was not even a blink from the excellent staff and it was immediately fixed. At 24 diners this was a big old group but I have to say that they managed us marvellously. The food, as allays, was superb and the customer experience is quite outstanding. This is an Italian establishment run by Italians exactly how you would expect Italians to run it. Plus roast on a Sunday if you fancy something other than Italian. Please go to this place, I haven’t even started on the Italian desserts……yummy!

Excellent restaurant: food, service, space itself. Best of the best. We go often and always enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food! Strongly recommending

Crates is always a wonderful experience. Very dog friendly with a menu for dogs too, and some great food for humans! They do a great coffee in a very relaxed atmosphere.

What a great place, have just moved to the area and checking out the area this a great place for food and drinks, cocktails made by Nicole were amazing. Was also given a card for a free shot on Saturday night free with my first beer and ended staying all night until late Will be back for sure

Every time I order the quality is always consistent. Particularly recommend the cookie doughs. Why go to a sloppy chain when you can support a fantastic independent!

The decor was really nice, the food was very tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend a visit here..

My friend and I called in here whilst shopping round town, had a coffee and a slice of one of their cakes which was delicious, the portions are also very big! Really cute cafe overlooking the park.

Absolutely useless ... Ordered through just eat at 20:48.... It is now 22.30 .... No food but it's supposedly been delivered.... And nothing... And the restaurant hasnt answered the phone once.... Just eat are completely useless and now need to wait til 90 mins past the latest ETA to get a refund.... Hungry....angry .. avoid this restaurant.... Completely useless

We visited the bubble works bubble tea shop today for the first time. Lots of flavours to try. Thanks for being so patient and helping us choose as we had no clue what it was all about.I must say it was absolutely yummy....We will definitely buy again.

By far the best burgers in town! Full of flavour, right amount of burger sauce and the fries are perfectly cooked. The service is exceptional and very friendly - shout out to Shane who went above and beyond for us! 100% recommend the food and drink - you won’t be disappointed!

Without a doubt the best brunch food in Horsham. Atmosphere is lovely and staff are very nice. It can get very busy during weekends so book a table in advance :)

Still closed despite taking bookings can’t see them opening again

Went there for a dinner yesterday for a birthday celebration. We have visited couple months ago and was amazed by the food at that time so I really wanted to return. When we arrived we were seated downstairs on a tiny table, we have asked if we could go upstairs and the lady (very polite and kind) explained it’s only 2 of them on shift so they trying to keep everyone in the same room. Fair enough. We have ordered sangria, which was disappointing to start with. Just a a house wine (not so nice) with some ice, one piece of strawberry and o tiny orange, that’s it. So there was the new menu…. We both were stunned! More than half of the previous menu was gone, barely anything to choose from, no calamari, no bread basket, no chicken (only paella). We did struggle to choose 5 dishes between 2 of us. Prices, rocket high! £13,5 for 3 pieces of king prawns ( in complete shell ), no thank you. Portion sizes has also shrunk….taste was ok, nothing special. We had such a great time here before, the only thing has saved the night for us was the kind lady who served us. We forgot to get her name, but she had blond hair . Every restaurant should have a waiter just like her, so so kind and professional. We won’t be returning, the menu is just not what you would expect from a tapas place. Apparently there is a new chef, and I hope he takes the review on board. Please bring back the old menu!

Came to bills for dinner, the food was lovely and very quick service. Me and my colleagues were served by Gracie and Millie they were very considerate and made our evening very special.
